エージェントベース社会シミュレーション(ABSS)は現実世界との乖離を抑え、実用性を模索する方向に進めていくべきだ。このための鍵は適切な調査を実施することである。ABSSのための調査には、モデル構築のための調査とパラメータ設定のための調査がある。前者は自由度の高い調査を利用し、論理的規則の抽出や構築したモデルの適用範囲を把握するために利用する。後者はエージェントのモデルを反映した複雑な構造を持つ調査によって、個々のエージェントを定義するために利用する。パラメータ設定のための調査には、数値的尺度を調整するためのものと論理構造を調整するためのものがある。

本論文では,エージェントベースアプローチによって,社会・経済のモデルを作成するためのフレームワークを提案する.このフレームワークによって,「複雑系」(構成要素の振舞いのルールが状況によって動的に変化するシステム)のモデルを記述し,シミュレートすることが可能となる.提案フレームワークは,概念モデル・フレームワークとシミュレーションモデル・フレームワークの2つで構成され,モデル化からシミュレーションまでの一貫した支援を行う.提案フレームワークの特徴は,エージェント間の相互作用を,財(および情報)のやりとりとして明示化する点にある.また,エージェントの行動を,エージェントとは別のモデル要素として外部化し,オブジェクトコンポジションによって付加する点にも特徴がある.本論文は,社会・経済システムをオブジェクト指向でモデル化するための1つのパターンを提示するだけでなく,モデルを作成・実行する環境もあわせて提供することで,シミュレーションを行う仕組みも実現する.In this paper, we propose a framework of agent-based models for economies and societies.This framework allows us to describe and simulate the complex system where the rules of the behavior for each elements change dynamically through out the simulation.The proposed framework is based on a set of two models.One is for building the conceptual models and the other for executing the simulation.Two models together are able to process consistently from modeling to execution.One of characteristics in the proposed framework is that interactions between agents are clearly declared as the exchange of goods (with information).Also, a behavior is defined as a different object from each agents in the model to realize flexible design by using the object-composition technique.This paper not only provides a pattern of modeling the socio-economic system by using object-oriented methodology, but also is able to analyze the state of the system using simulation by providing the environment to build the model and execute the simulation.

IDを使わずにユーザの正当性を認証する匿名認証技術を紹介する.IDをひもづける名寄せによるプライバシー侵害を防止できるとして,実用化に向けたプロジェクトが欧州でスタートし,ISO/IECでは標準化が進められている.匿名認証技術はグループに基づく方式と,それを一般化した属性に基づく方式,そしてブラインド署名に基づく方式の三つに大別される.それぞれを紹介するとともに,匿名認証に特有な無効化についても言及する.

Lymphoma is one of the most common malignant tumors in canine. Chemotherapy results in a high rate of remission; however, relapse and clinical drug resistance are usually seen within a year. Protein phosphatase 2A (PP2A) acts as a tumor suppressor and plays a critical role in mammalian cell transformation. Increased protein levels of SET, endogenous PP2A inhibitor, have been reported to correlate with poor prognosis in human leukemia. Here, we test the potential therapeutic role for a SET antagonist in canine lymphoma. We observed SET protein levels increased in multiple canine lymphoma cell lines compared with primary peripheral blood cells. A novel SET antagonist OP449 increased PP2A activity and effectively killed SET high-expressing canine lymphoma cells, but not SET low-expressing cells. Caspase-3 activation and enhanced Annexin V positive staining were observed after OP449 treatment, suggesting apoptotic cell death by OP449. Consistent with this, pan-caspase inhibitor Z-VAD-FMK blocked OP449 induced cell death. These data demonstrated the potential therapeutic application of SET antagonists for canine lymphoma.

A 7-year-old spayed female domestic short-haired cat presented with dysuria and hematuria that had been unresponsive to medical therapy. Imaging tests such as ultrasonography, urethrocystography and computed tomography revealed a pelvic mass compressing the urethra. Based on histological examination of the mass following surgical resection, the cat was diagnosed squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) derived from the uterine remnant. After surgery, dysuria was resolved, but on instead, urine and fecal incontinence were observed. Then, about four months after surgery, recurrence of the mass and the symptoms was observed. Consequently, the cat was ultimately euthanized. This is the first report of SCC arising from the uterine remnant in a spayed female cat.

This report describes an atypical mammary adenoma with a rare histological feature characterized by proliferating single-layered cystic ducts composed of basaloid cells with frequent myoepithelial differentiation. A 9-year-old, intact female Miniature Pinscher dog had mammary tumors on the thorax. Histologically, one of tumors comprised the proliferation of two types of tubular structures; the single-layered cystic ducts lined by flattened cells and double-layered tubules with luminal cells and outer spindle cells. The former ducts were predominant in the tumor, and contained pale basophilic mucus, which was Alcian blue (pH 2.5)-positive, but periodic acid Schiff-negative. Immunohistochemical staining indicated that the cells lining single-layered cystic ducts were negative for the luminal epithelial marker, cytokeratin (CK) CAM5.2, but were constantly positive for basal cell markers CK14 and p63, and frequently positive for SMA. Electron microscopy revealed fine, parallel myofilaments within these single-layered neoplastic cells. These histological and immunohistological examinations suggested that the origin of the tumor was bipotential mammary progenitor cells with predominant differentiation into the myoepithelial progenitor linage.

本研究では マイノリティーゲームと呼ばれるゲーム理論的な題材にして 効率性と正確さの異なるエージェントを3種類用意して 獲得した利得の比較を行った.その結果,環境の挙動の複雑度が低いときは 他人モデルの学習スピードが遅いときに少ない情報で単純な学習を行うエージェントの利得が高く 速いときには全ての情報を使って正確な学習を行うエージェントの利得が高かった.しかし 環境変化の複雑度が高くなるにつれ 中間的な効率性と正確さの学習を行うエージェントの利得が高くなった.In this paper, we constructed three types of agents, which are different in efficiency and accuracy of learning. They were compared using acquired payoff in a game-theoretic situation that is called Minority game. As a result, when the complexity of environmental change is low and the learning speed of others' models is high, agents that used simpler learning method with little infomation got thgher payoff, and when the learning speed of others' models is low, agents that used accurate learning method with full information got higher payoff. When the complexity of environmental change is higher, agents that used intermediate learning method got higher payoff.

近年,Web上に多数存在する掲示板などの文書から,意見情報を自動的に収集・解析する技術への関心が高まっている.このような意見情報の抽出には,評価を表す表現が重要な手がかりとなるが,評価表現には「コクがある」「液晶がきれい」といった領域依存の表現が多数存在するため,人手で書き尽くすことは困難である.そこで,我々は,テキストマイニングの技術を応用し,評価対象表現,属性表現,評価表現の共起パタンを利用して,これら領域依存表現を効率的に収集することを試みた.本稿では,共起パタンに基づく属性・評価表現の半自動的収集方法を提案し,「コンピュータ」と「ビール」の2つの領域を対象に行った経験的評価を報告する.It has been receiving increasing interest how to extract opinions from tremendous piles of Web documents. To automate the process of opinion extraction, a collection of evaluative expressions like "the monitor is fine" would be useful. However, it can be prohibitively costly to manually create an exhaustive list of evaluative expressions for each domain since they tend to be domain-dependent. Motivated by this background, we have been exploring how to accelerate the process of collecting evaluative expressions by applying a text mining technique. This paper proposes a semi-automatic method where we use particular patterns of cooccurrences between an evaluated subject, focused attribute and orientation expression, and reports the results of our empirical evaluation on the computer and beer domains.

本稿では,文章に記述されている意見を抽出するタスクについて述べる.我々は,意見を<対象,属性,評価値>の3つ組として定義し,文章からその3つ組を抽出する手法を提案する.具体的には,意見抽出の問題を,(a)辞書に存在する属性候補集合と評価値候補集合から評価値候補と対となる属性を同定する問題と,(b)同定した対が意見性を持つか否かを判定する問題の2つの問題に分解し,それぞれ機械学習に基づく手法を用いて解析することにより,属性-評価値対を同定する.提案手法を用いて評価実験を行った結果を報告するとともに,今後の展望についても議論する.This paper addresses the task of extracting opinions described in a given document collection. Assuming that an opinion can be represented as a tuple < Subject, Attribute, Value>, we propose a computational method to extract such tuples from texts. In this method, the major task is decomposed into (a) the process of extracting Attribute-Value pairs from given texts and (b) the process of judging whether each extracted pair is expressed as an opinion of the author, to both of which we apply machine-learning techniques. We also report on the present results of our experiments discussing future directions.
