「患者満足度」 という概念は、 今や医療界の必須要件であるといえる。 鍼灸治療は、 患者と直接接する時間が長く、 病院の検査で明確に捉えられにくい症状や心理的な状態などに対処しようとするもので、 治療行為そのものに対して満足が得られやすい医療と考えられるが、 利用者を含めた一般市民が鍼灸治療に対してどのように感じているかという情報は十分に知られていない。 鍼灸治療に興味を持つ人はどのくらいいるのか? どのような人たちが鍼灸治療を受けているのか? 鍼灸治療に何を期待しているのか? 鍼灸師が心地よいだろうと思って施す治療を患者はどのように感じているのか? 診療費用や診療時間は適切か? どのような治療をすれば満足が得られるのか? これらの疑問に答えるために我々は東洋療法研修試験財団の研究助成を受けて一般市民を対象とした全国規模の調査を実施してきた。 2003年3月から計6回にわたって実施した調査の結果には、 様々な情報が含まれている。 今回はこれらのデータを基に、 鍼灸治療の継続的な利用者や、 鍼灸治療に興味を持ちながらも受療経験を持たない者、 あるいは鍼灸治療についての関心が少ない者など、 様々な立場から見た鍼灸治療の実態についてまとめた結果を報告する。

The Khnate of Mogulistan lost its territoy and completely drew back into the Tarim Basin south of the Tianshan Mountains under the pression of Uzbek and Kazakh.Sultan Saiid Khan, son of Ahmad Khan, defeated Aber Beg of the Doglat powerful clan ruling the Tarim Basin and built the Khnate of Yarkand in 1514. In the early times of the Khnate, Saiid Khan subdued Sali-Uighur living in the south wild land of Lob Nor in the name of “Jihad”. Thereafter he subdued the Bolor mountainous lands of Hindu Kush Mountains and the Realms of Ladakh and Kashmir. His general, Mirza Haidar advanced the troops further into Tibet. The “jihad” finally had not succeeded, and didn't change their local religions. Haidar Mirza, who was condemned to exile from the Khnate and served Humayun of the Mughal Empire, wrote the historical book “The History of Rashid” for the Khnate.

『朝日新聞』は1970年における日米安保条約の延長問題について,「ベトナム戦争での米軍の在日基地使用や核持ち込み疑惑等,安保条約に対して世論の抱く不満を解消する」ことを条件に同条約を容認するという姿勢で臨んだ。具体的には,日本の対米軍支援が行き過ぎないように警鐘を発する一方で,世論や安保条約反対勢力には安保条約の廃棄を求めるような運動を沈静化するように務めた。これは,安保条約の自動延長及び1972年における沖縄の「核抜き・本土並み」返還をもたらすこととなった。しかし,「極東」の範囲,「事前協議」の対象,「非核三原則」の実効性等,安保条約上の問題は曖昧なまま残った。その結果,「日本が対米防衛を明示しないまま米国に対日防衛を依存する」という構造を残したまま,日米安保条約は期間と適用地域を延長することとなった。

In this paper, we have examined the potential for overseas expansion offood service companies in Japan that are suffering from market contractionand other factors. Specifically, I focused on Saizeriya from a group of majorfood service companies that have been expanding their business relativelysteadily, and studied what specific factors have enabled them to expandtheir business.From the earnings analysis, it was found that Saizeriya has beenexpanding its stores relatively steadily in China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, andSoutheast Asia. The reasons for this are as follows.(1)Store developmentand profitability in Asia and future issues, (2) foodstuff procurementstrategy, and(3)labor management strategy.In the following sections, we will examine how Saizeriya has used thesestrategies to expand in the restaurant markets of China, Taiwan, HongKong, and other countries, and discuss the key points of the overseasstrategies of Japanese restaurant companies.

本研究では,リーダー行動に関わる自信を検討した。リーダーの自信を「リーダーとして必要とされる役割行動を確実に実行できると考える度合い」と定義し,それを測定するための測度を開発した。企業組織の管理者170名から得られた回答をもとに因子分析を施した結果,「他者との関係性領域」に関する自信因子(“メンバーの育成支援”,“メンバーとの関係構築”,“組織内外からの支援取り付け”)と「課題遂行領域」に関する自信因子(“メンバーへの権限委譲”,“問題対処行動”,“職場内での目標設定”,“革新行動”)の合計7因子が確認された。また,これらの各因子は十分な信頼性と適切な基準関連妥当性を持つことが明らかになった。最後に,高い自信を有するリーダーのマネジメント志向性について検討した。

The Targeted Protein Research Program (TPRP) started in 2007 as a sequel of the Protein 3000 Project which lasted from 2002 to 2007. In the new project, four cores, Protein Production, Structure Analysis, Control of Protein Functions with Compounds, and Informatics, have been established as focus of methodology developments critical for functional and structural studies by the target protein research teams. Within the “Analysis Core” synchrotron radiation plays a pivotal role providing X-ray beams for structural analyses of the target proteins. The two large Japanese synchrotron radiation facilities, SPring-8 and Photon Factory (PF), along with three protein crystallography groups from Hokkaido, Kyoto and Osaka Universities have teamed up to develop two complementary micro-beam beamlines, one on each synchrotron site, and associated technologies for cutting edge structural biology research. At the PF, there are 5 operational beamlines which are equipped with state-of-the-art instrumentation for high-throughput protein crystallography experiments. Within the TPRP framework, the PF is developing a micro-focus beamline optimized for a lower energy single anomalous diffraction (SAD) experiment. This will be particularly useful for structure determination of difficult protein targets for which heavy atom derivatives or selenomethionine substitution does not work and other standard phasing methods fail to give structure solutions. This will augment the capabilities of the PF structural biology beamlines with similar look-and-feel experimental environments.
