This review makes a survey on that the behaviors and the mechanisms proposed of both the stress generation in oxide films and the plastic deformations of oxides at high temperatures, and discusses a role of the mechanical properties of the oxide films in the oxidation of metals. It suggests that the kinetic studies of some oxidation reactions need to be examined again with the mechanical properties of the oxide included in the considerations.

坂口安吾作『桜の森の満開の下』は昭和二二年六月に雑誌『肉体』の第一号で発表された短篇小説である。本稿では桜の森の満開の下において、過去・現在・未来は不可逆的時間軸ではなく多重層的に同時並行することを提唱し、男が拒絶していた時間概念の自得が鬼の召喚へ繋がったものとして決着をつける。

This paper aims to clarify Walras's ideas of entrepreneurship and the State by focusingparticular attention on his criticism of Marx in chapter 5 'Theory of property' in Studies inSocial Economic(1896). Based on the idea of the zero-profit entrepreneur presented in his pure economic model(the general equilibrium theory), Walras developed his views on collectivism in his socialand applied economics, and defined it as a system where the State takes over the role ofthe entrepreneur. He classified Marx's scheme also as collectivism, and tried to clarify itspractical difficulties and impossibilities. Contrary to the textbook interpretation, Walras didnot regard the difference in their theories of value as a crucial point to criticize Marx. Walras concluded that Marx gave priority to justice, that is to say, the prevention of anyexploitation by the private capitalist entrepreneur, by sacrificing economic advantage. Walrasbelieved he could realize his own style of collectivism where justice and economic advantagecould be achieved together. If we ignore Walras's thinking in areas other than pure economics, and if we hold to thetextbook interpretation about the antagonism between the Marxian and Walrasian schools,we then lose sight of the real implications and significance of Walras's pure economic theory.

1741年北海道渡島半島沿岸から津軽地方にかけて襲った津波は,その規模の大きさからみて,地震によるものとする方が考え易い.しかし地震があったとする確かな古記録が,現在のところ見当っていない.そこで渡島大島の噴火によって発生するとしたら,どの程度の津波が期待できるかを見積った.渡島大島北側の大崩壊地形に見合う量の,土石なだれと,空気と混合した大規模な粉体流を仮定して,津波発生の数値実験を行った,結果は渡島沿岸の津波の高さが,1741年津波の1/3~1/4にしかならず,また津波のエネルギーも2桁位小さい.A great tsunami hit the Japan sea coast of Oshima and Tsugaru Peninsulas on Aug. 29, 1741. The idea that the tsunami was caused by the bottom deformation due to a large earthquake might be reasonable because the tsunami was ranked as one of the largest in the sea of Japan. However, there were no old records to prove the tremor or damage due to an earthquake, in contrast with the existence of many records on the eruption of the Oshima-Ohshima volcano.

国内の3施設で飼育されていた18頭の成熟雄チーターから,経直腸電気射精法で採取した31サンプルの精液の性状を分析した。なお18頭中13頭は,繁殖歴がなかった。18頭の雄の精液の性状は,精液量が0.91±0.11ml,精液pHが8.1±0.1,総精子数が32.6±5.4百万,生存精子率が84.9±1.9%,精子運動指数が53.7±3.8,形態異常精子率が66.1±3.4%,正常先体精子率が68.5±5.1%で,これらの値は,他のチーターにおける報告値の範囲内であった。繁殖歴がある雄とない雄の精液を比較したところ,先体正常精子率以外のパラメーターについては,両者間で有意な差はみられず,繁殖歴がない雄の正常先体精子率(59.8%)も致命的なほど低くはなかった。以上の結果から,飼育下の雄チーターにおける低受胎の主因が,精液性状の低さである可能性は少ないと考えられた。

現状のレコメンデーションシステムでは,購入履歴をレコメンドの基準として利用しているため,消費者は満足のいく情報を受け取ることができない.我々は商品の物理的特徴に基づいて各消費者の主観的な商品の評価基準をモデル化する.そして,各消費者の評価基準に合う商品情報を提供するレコメンデーションシステムを,(1)イメージ語ネット,(2)感性レコメンデーションシステム,(3)匿名感性データベースという構成で構築する.Consumer cannot receive suitable recommendations by the present system because the system uses purchased logs as the criteria. Our research is aiming at modeling each consumer's evaluation process on the specific features of the items. And we have developed the matchmaking and recommendation system of items whose feature matches with the criteria of each consumer's. For this purpose the system is composed of following functions; (i) the taxonomy of impression words, (ii) matchmaking and recommendation systems, (iii) anonymous Kansei database.
