高齢者の透析医療における意思決定支援に関する看護師の役割と課題を検討するために文献検討を行った.その結果,意思決定支援に関する看護師の役割では,透析療法適応と宣告された患者は,衝撃と不安から悲観的感情や絶望感をもち,意思決定までに時間を要する.看護師は,患者が腎代替療法を受けるか否か,患者や家族の思いや考えを十分に聞き,患者がどのようにしたいのか,家族が患者を支えるにはどのような支援が必要になるのかを十分に話し合うことが重要である.チーム医療のキーパーソンである看護師は,医師や訪問看護師と連携しながら,患者が療養生活を送れるようにコーディネートの役割やリーダーシップなどが求められていることが示唆された.また今後,高齢化社会に伴い,認知症などで患者自身が意思決定することが困難になることが予測され,高齢者の透析導入・非導入,透析を中断するか否か,緩和医療による看取りという方針が妥当か否か,早い時期からアドバンス・ケア・プランニング (以下ACP)が重要であると考える.

Young people nowadays often feel anxious as they cannot ensure the basis of their existence. Thinking of the reasons, it is necessary to focus on qualitative changes in family, community, and personal relationship of Japanese society. The author analyzed the issue through the movie My Neighbor Totoro directed by Hayao Miyazaki, which portrays what life was like in the past. The movie has a detailed description of the interaction with nature and supernatural force, which was characteristic in traditional Japanese society, and the various protective power for children to underpin human existence. However, its theme is not just for tired people to feel comfort. After we confirm the basis of our existence through this movie, we ourselves need to make every effort for mutual commitment in real−world society and relationship, going beyond the fantasy.

【目的】本研究では,インプラント体表面への歯周組織との接着性を高めることによりインプラント維持機能を永続させるインプラント体を開発することを目的として,G4チタンで作製したインプラント体表面にレーザーによるマイクロ形状加工を行い,in vitroにおける細胞の変化およびin vivoにおける骨形成の状態について組織学的観察を行った.【方法と結果】 機械研磨(MS),ブラスト加工(BL),ディンプル状レーザー加工(WL)されたG4チタンプレートにヒト未分化間葉系幹細胞(hMSC)をhMSC分化培地で1-14日間培養した.培養終了後,MTT assayにて細胞増殖能,Ⅰ型コラーゲンおよびアクチン染色にて細胞の付着状態と形態について観察をした.また,一部よりmRNAを抽出しRT-PCRにてⅠ型コラーゲン,VEGF,インテグリンα5,オステリックスの遺伝子発現を解析した.その結果,hMSCは,MS,BLおよびWLの何れのチタン表面形状においても,3,7,14日後においてミトコンドリア代謝活性に有意な変化を示さなかった.また,hMSCの形態は,MSでは研磨溝に沿って扁平に細長く伸展し,BLでは方向性なく不定形に伸展し,一方,WLでは細胞がディンプルの形状に一致して入り込むように存在し円形を呈していた.また,インテグリンα5,VEGF,I型コラーゲンおよびオステリックスのいずれの遺伝子においてもWLはMSおよびBLに比べて有意な発現の上昇を示した.動物実験ではφ3.0㎜×長さ5.0㎜のインプラント体に,MSおよび WLを施し,日本家兎(17-19週の3.0㎏,雌)の大腿骨骨幹部へ埋入した.埋入後,3および7週でインプラント体を周囲組織とともに摘出し,光重合レジンに包埋後非脱灰研磨切片を作製し組織学的に観察した.その結果,WLではMSに比べて埋入後3週より内骨膜側からインプラント体周囲に新生骨形成の有意な増加を認めた.【結論】 以上より,WLはこれまでに例にない特異な加工表面形状であり,種々の細胞培養の基盤として,また生体材料として組織への適合や接着および機能発現に効果を発揮する可能性が期待される.

No matter whether into modem Japanese or into foreign languages, the problem of translating the dinstinctiveness of the narrative voice in Genji Monogatari is a difficult one. In my opinion that difficulty originates with the female character of the narrative style. The female character of the narrative voice is apparent in many facets of the text. In this presentation, taking one passage of the "Wakamurasaki"chapter as a focus, I will do a comparative analysis of how the four main translations into modem Japanese, (Yosano Akiko, Tanizaki Jun'ichiro, Enchi Fumiko and Setouchi Jakucho) have dealt with this problem. On the basis of this, I will further compare the two major translations into English (Arthur Waley and Edward Seidensticker) to show that this kind of female narrative voice has not been sufficiently taken into consideration in the translation process.

満洲国の日本人作家を代表する北村謙次郎は、在満中、綜合文芸雑誌『満洲浪曼』を創刊、主宰した。この雑誌において、彼は「満洲ロマン」という文学理念を提唱した。この理念は、北村が満洲で追い求めた文学の本質を示すものであり、彼の文学の全体像を解明する鍵となるものでもある。本稿では、雑誌『満洲浪曼』の編輯内容を通して、この作家の「満洲ロマン」理念を検討する。 『満洲浪曼』は1938年に創刊された。当時の満洲国では、日本人文学者の創作発表の場が足りないばかりか、一般の文芸作品が日本人の目に触れる機会も少なかった。北村は、そのような現状を打破したいと痛感し、雑誌を作ることを決意した。『満洲浪曼』は満日文化協会の財政的協力のもと、首都の新京において、北村謙次郎の努力によって誕生した。 『満洲浪曼』は全六輯からなり、ほとんど北村の編輯によるものである。寄稿者には、吉野治夫、緑川貢、横田文子、檀一雄、木崎龍、逸見猶吉、長谷川濬、大内隆雄などがいた。誌面は小説、詩、随筆、評論などを中心に構成され、その他、音楽、映画、演劇といったジャンルにも目配りがなされ、綜合文芸雑誌としての多様性を窺わせるものとなった。特に第四輯の「満洲作家選集」と第五輯の「満洲文学研究」は、同誌を満洲国を代表する文芸雑誌として不動の地位につけた。 この雑誌を通して、北村は自分の文学理念を模索しつづけた。彼にとって文学とは、自己表現の手段であり、自分の人生体験の存在証明でもあった。彼は文学の純粋さを強調し、文学の功利性を根本的に否定している。その文学は苦心の結晶であり、生活に深く沈潜しないと出来るものではなかった。 その考えに基づいて、北村は「大陸日本人の生きかたの規範としてのロマン」を「満洲ロマン」(「大陸ロマン」)であると定義した。彼は日本文化の優越感などを一切捨てて、肌から満洲の風土を感じることを強調し、自分の「死」によって膚肉から満洲風土を吸収するというふうに主張した。そして、それによって、他民族と一体化することを望んでいた。 しかし、創刊から僅か3年のうちに、満洲国の文化状況は大きく変わった。『満洲浪曼』も、北村謙次郎の求めた「大陸ロマン」も、満洲国政府の「文化統制」によって息の根を止められた。それはつまり、北村謙次郎の満洲に託した夢の挫折でもあった。Kitamura Kenjirō was one of the representative writers in Manchukuo. He founded the literary journal Manshū Rōman and advocated a concept of literature he called “Manshū romance.” The concept points to the essence of the literature pursued by Kitamura and is an important key to understanding his writing. This study takes up the contents of Manshū Rōman to examine the concept of the “Manchurian romance.” Manshū Rōman was started in 1938. At that time there were few opportunities for continental Japanese writers to publish their works, nor was there a literary journal that published on behalf of Manchukuo. Kitamura Kenjirō recognized this condition and decided to create a magazine. Thus, Manshū Rōman was born. Manshū Rōman consists of six issues, five of which were edited by Kitamura Kenjirō himself. Most of the Japanese writers who were living in Manchukuo published their works in the magazine. Included among them are Yoshino Haruo, Midorikawa Mitsugu, Yokota Fumiko, Dan Kazuo, Kizaki Ryū, Henmi Yukichi, Hasegawa Shun, and Ōuchi Takao. The magazine primarily published short stories, novels, poetry, essays, and criticism, but also included writing about music, film, and theater to show its cultural comprehensiveness. For Kitamura Kenjirō, literature was self-expression and the evidentiary record of his life. He carried out his concept of literature in this magazine. He emphasized literary purity and denied literary utility fundamentally. On this basis, Kitamura Kenjirō proposed “the romance as a norm of a continental Japanese’s way of life,” calling it “Manchurian romance” (“continental romance”). He cast aside the sense of superiority of Japanese culture, and emphasized experiencing the climate of Manchuria through one’s own skin, so that when one died one would be assimilated into that climate. In this way, he tried to promote the unification of Manchukuo with the other races. However, the magazine did not last more than three years, as change came about in the cultural situation of Manchukuo. The “great romance” which Kitamura Kenjirō asked for was ended by “cultural control” and his dream of the “Manchurian romance” was likewise frustrated.

高校の教科「情報」が2025年の大学入学共通テストに追加されると,教育現場は大きく変わる.その教科書を見た私は,内容の濃さに驚いた.この教科について,保護者ですら関心は高くないが,入試に追加されれば,若年層のリテラシーは一気に向上するだろう.今後は国民全体の底上げも課題だ.

本研究は新型コロナウイルスによるパンデミックのもと、日本での第1波直後に私たちがおかれた就業状況について企業組織を中心に調査・分析を行ったものである。本稿で用いるデータは2020年4月実施の全国大企業を中心とした調査、同年5月実施の京都市中小企業調査、同年7月実施の中小企業経営者へのインタビュー調査である。分析の結果、危機的状況では企業規模が小さくなるほど耐性が低く、反対に企業規模が大きくなるほど組織内コミュニケーションの齟齬による混乱が大きくなることが明らかになった。

【目的】CNSにおける自律性測定尺度を作成し,その構造的特徴を明らかにする.【方法】CNS認定者545名を対象に質問紙調査を実施した.【結果】回答者212名(38.9%),有効回答205名(96.7%).因子分析の結果,CNSの自律性は"倫理調整・ケア相談能力","他職種間調整・管理運営相談能力","看護研究の実践・活用能力"のCNS役割行動3因子,"ケアプランニング能力","クリティカルケア・総合判断能力","基礎的実践能力","自立的判断・実行能力"のCNS看護職自律性4因子構造を示した.CNS自律性測定尺度のCronbach's αは0.81〜0.94,各因子総得点と項目得点との相関係数は0.63〜0.83(p<0.001)と高い値が得られた.CNS自律性と自信や意欲,職場の人間関係との間でも関連性を認めた.なお,本研究では対象者数が少なく専門領域の経験年数も僅かに過ぎないことから,今後は認定者数の推移をみてCNSの自律性形成プロセスを検討していくことが課題である.【結論】CNSの自律性は,CNS役割行動3因子及びCNS看護職自律性4因子で構成され,尺度項目に関する一定の妥当性と信頼性が確認された.
