本研究の目的は,親が認知する離婚後の父母コペアレンティング,ゲートキーピングを測定する尺度を作成し,信頼性・妥当性を検証すること,離婚後の父母コペアレンティング,ゲートキーピングと子どもの適応との関連を検討することであった。離婚後の父母コペアレンティング,ゲートキーピング尺度は,離婚後9年未満の親432名を対象に分析を行った結果,一定の信頼性・妥当性を備えており,同居親・別居親で測定不変性を有していることが確認された。作成した尺度を用いて,2―17歳の子どもと同居する母親166名を分析対象として仮説モデルを検証した結果,葛藤的なコペアレンティングは,SDQの「総合的困難さ」との間に直接正の関連が認められた。一方,協力的なコペアレンティングは,SDQとの間に直接の関連は認められなかったものの,面会交流の促進を介して,同居時の父親の子どもに対する暴力が高かった場合のみ,SDQの「総合的困難さ」との間に正の関連が認められた。以上の結果を踏まえ,離婚後の父母や親子関係の在り方,親に対する心理教育プログラム等への示唆について,考察した。

This paper (a) summarizes both the Japanese and English literature regarding the measurement of parental conflict following separation or divorce, (b) discusses that literature, especially, studies on the psychological effects on children, and (c) offers some suggestions for further research issues. Based on a search of an electronic database, two Japanese articles and 26 English articles are reviewed. Parental conflict includes (i) inter-parental conflict, (ii) being caught between parents, and (iii) parental alienation behaviors and parental denigration. There has been very little research assessing the effects of parental conflict following separation or divorce within the Japanese articles. Within the English literature, there are few appropriate measures of parental conflict and the results concerning parental conflict and child adjustment are mixed. For future research, it is necessary to clarify the relationships and influences between the various aspects of parental conflict, to develop a scale of parental conflict, and to investigate the relationships and influences between parental conflict, parenting time and quality of parenting.

本研究の目的は,別居・離婚後の父母葛藤や父母協力が,父母の別居・離婚に伴う心理的苦痛を媒介して,青年・成人の心理的適応に与える影響を明らかにすることであった。6歳から15歳までに父母が別居し,母親と同居することになった現在18歳から29歳までの男女275名を分析対象とした。別居・離婚後の父母葛藤や父母協力,父親との交流が,父母の別居・離婚に伴う心理的苦痛や現在の心理的適応に影響を及ぼすという仮説モデルに基づき,男女で多母集団同時分析を行った。分析の結果,別居・離婚後の父母葛藤は,子どもの葛藤受け止め,父母の別居・離婚に伴う心理的苦痛を表す「自己非難」や「子どもらしさの棄却」を媒介して,自尊感情や抑うつ・不安との関連が認められた。また,別居・離婚後の父母の協力は,「父との交流実感」や「母の情緒的サポート」を媒介して,「自己非難」や「子どもらしさの棄却」との負の関連が認められるとともに,自尊感情や抑うつ・不安との関連も認められた。最後に,男女で有意差が認められたパスについて,それぞれ考察を行った。

The current study ascertained whether the annual income of one's wife or differences in one's type of employment increased a husband’s sense of a financial burden and whether a sense of a financial burden increased stress. Participants were 1,167 married men in their 30s to 50s, and these men were financially responsible for providing for their families. This study also examined whether views on gender roles alleviated the participants’ sense of a financial burden. Results indicated the following: (1) Instances where the wife was not “employed full-time” affected the husband’s sense of a financial burden. (2) The husband's sense of a financial burden increased stress in all 4 subscales of the Public Health Research Foundation Stress Checklist: “feelings of anxiety and uncertainty,” “fatigue and physical symptoms,” “feelings of depression and inadequacy,” and “autonomic symptoms.” (3) An egalitarian view of gender roles decreased the husband's sense of a financial burden. Both a husband's own views on gender roles and his acknowledgement of his wife's views on gender roles are important.

本研究の目的は,第1に,離婚後の父母コペアレンティングと子どもの適応の相互関係,第2に,子どもの適応のうち「外在化問題行動」,「内在化問題行動」,「向社会的な行動」の相互関係について,交差遅延効果モデルを用いて,経時的な相互関係について検討することであった。離婚して2年未満で2―17歳の子どもと同居する母親500名に,3か月後,6か月後に追跡調査を行った。3時点のデータを用いて,交差遅延効果モデルによる分析を行った結果,「葛藤的なコペアレンティング」は,「外在化問題行動」に正の影響を及ぼし,「外在化問題行動」は「内在化問題行動」に正の影響を及ぼし,「内在化問題行動」は「向社会的な行動」に負の影響を及ぼすことが明らかになった。また,「内在化問題行動」と「向社会的な行動」の間には,互いに負の影響関係が認められた。変数相互間の関係性については,発達カスケードを踏まえて考察を行った。本研究の結果を踏まえた介入や支援への示唆として,離婚後の「葛藤的なコペアレンティング」を抑制することの重要性および子どもの「外在化問題行動」に着目することの重要性が示された。

【症例】35歳,1妊0産.タクロリムス投与下に凍結胚移植により妊娠成立.妊娠10週に当院紹介.妊娠中と分娩時に合併症なく,妊娠38週で2,564g,男児を経腟分娩した.産褥3日目,突然の血圧上昇を示した直後,眼球上転,嘔吐を契機に強直間代性痙攣を生じた.チアノーゼ,呼吸停止を認め,気道確保を行い人員を集めた.ジアゼパム投与後に子癇発作,痙攣再発予防の治療を開始し,他疾患の鑑別を行った.脳波検査より,てんかんの診断に至り,抗てんかん薬を導入の上分娩後13日目自宅退院となった.分娩後マタニティブルーや母乳育児支援でフォローをおこなった. 【結論】分娩産褥期に初発の痙攣発作をみた際には迅速な初期対応を可能とする体制整備と産科疾患のみにとらわれない鑑別をおこなうことが重要である.てんかんと診断した場合には治療コンプライアンスを維持する患者教育,母乳育児支援,メンタルヘルスへの配慮が重要なポイントとなる.

The aim of this study was to develop the Mother’s Cognition of Father’s Parenting Time following divorce (MCFPT) scale and examine its reliability and validity. MCFPT items were developed from a questionnaire administered to 281 divorced mothers living with their children. Factor analysis identified six factors that influence mothers’ cognition of fathers’ parenting time: (a) belief that fathers’ parenting time benefits children, (b) concerns about their own safety and the safety of their children, (c) concerns about remarriage, (d) expectations of financial support, (e) jealousy of the father, and (f) disappointment with the father’s lack of interest in the children. These factors had a high degree of internal consistency. The MCFPT scale was significantly correlated with the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, Caregiving System Scale, and others. The effect of the manner in which the divorce took place, children’s age, violence perpetrated by the father, and the father’s parenting time on MCFPT were evaluated using the t-test or one-way ANOVA. The MCFPT scale is reliable and valid for measuring mothers’ cognition of fathers’ parenting time after divorce.

In this paper we describe a newly developed assessment method of Japanese mora timing, which is the foundation of the rhythm of the Japanese language, based on the phonetic segment technique. In this technique time-spectral patterns of uttered speech are transferred to the phonetic segment labels every 8ms frame shift. First, we propose a consonant region and vowel region estimation algorithm based on the phonetic segment labels. Next, we calculate the mora length simply and accurately by the number of phonetic segment labels and evaluate the pronunciation of foreign students. Furthermore, by using the utterance data of Japanese students, we show that the permissible variation based on the type of each mora and adjacent mora differs. We claim that the proposed method of evaluating the validity of a foreign student's mora timing by using the mora length and the ratio of each mora length to the whole word length is effective.

Anti-N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA)-receptor encephalitis is a paraneoplastic encephalitide that causes various symptoms. It occurs especially in young women, with about 60% of cases being associated with ovarian teratoma.   We report two cases of emergency laparoscopic surgeries for anti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis associated with ovarian teratoma.Case 1: A 17-year-old woman had headache, fever and vomiting. A week later, she also had abnormal behavior and hallucination and entered hospital. CT scan detected left ovarian teratoma. As anti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis was suspected, she underwent laparoscopic left ovarian cystectomy. She needed post-operative respirator management for 2.5 months. Although discharged after 4.5 months, she was sent to a psychiatrist after 7 months because of domestic violence. The pathological diagnosis was an immature teratoma, but there is no sign of recurrence.Case 2: A 26-year-old woman had fever, headache and fatigue. A few days later, she also had memory disorder and entered hospital. CT scan detected right ovarian teratoma. As anti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis was suspected, she underwent single incision laparoscopic right salpingo-oophorectomy. She needed post-operative respirator management for 9 months and left hospital after 1 year. The pathological diagnosis was a mature teratoma.  Antibodies against NMDA-receptor were positive in both cerebrospinal fluids.  Early diagnosis and surgery are important for quick recovery of anti-NMDA-receptor encephalitis associated with ovarian teratoma. Even so, patients don't necessarily recover quickly without aftereffects. We should review operative methods, because the patient is young and cannot agree and immature teratoma prevalence is high. Whether a tumor is benign or malignant, it is important to prevent leakage of tumor contents whenever possible.
