Based on the hypothesis that Hokkaido gold dust was contained in the enormous amount of gold that supported the wealth of the Oshu-Fujiwara clan, we analyzed gold dusts which were obtained from relics excavated in Yanagi-no-Gosho Site in Hiraizumi.In this research, we conducted the analysis using statistical methods such as data similarity, principal component analysis(PCA) and support vector machine(SVM). The target data are elemental analysis data sets of gold on relics excavated from Hiraizumi and they are compared to data sets of gold dust picked in Hokkaido and Tohoku region.Through these statistical analysis, we concluded that the gold on relics excavated from Hiraizumi was closer to the elemental constituents of gold dust picked in Iwate Prefecture. About this Hiraizumi sample, we were not able to estimate that its gold might have been brought from Hokkaido. However, we are thinking that these statistical approaches are useful methods to clarify facts of the trade between the Oshu-Fujiwara clan and indigenous people in Hokkaido.

Preliminary results of the deep-sea faunal survey conducted from the TR/V Seisui-maru of Mie University in April 2019 are presented. A total of 20 taxonomists and ecologists working on a wide variety of animal taxa participated in this survey. Surveyed areas included the Kumano Sea(off Mie Prefecture)and south of the Kii Strait(off Tanabe Bay, Wakayama Prefecture), at depths of 112-775 m. Sampling gears employed were beam trawl and biological dredge. The collection is represented by macrobenthos and meiobenthos from nine animal phyla, including echinoderms, arthropods, molluscans and annelids. The number of phyla occurring in each station varied from seven to eight. The station with most diverse fauna at the phylum level was St. 3B(south of the Kii Strait, 775-661 m depth, mud bottom).Meiofauna includes priapulids, nematodes and small arthropods such as copepods, tanaidaceans, amphipods, isopods and cumaceans. In addition to freeliving species, cnidarians symbiotic on a gastropod and an antipatharian, and crustaceans parasitic on a fi sh and sea urchins were also collected. Preliminary identifi cations are given for Asteroidea, Ophiuroidea, Holothuroidea, Crinoidea, Cyclopoida, Siphonostomatoida, Tanaidacea, Isopoda, Decapoda, Mollusca, polychaetes, Bryozoa, Cnidaria and Nemertea.

<p> 本研究では夜間介護があるような困難な介護状況においても介護に肯定的な評価をしている介護者の精神的側面を「アンビバレントな世界」とし,その本質に焦点を当て,その世界を本人の視点から記述していくことを目的とした.家族介護者を対象に半構造化面接を実施し,現象学的心理学の視点から質的分析を行った.</p><p> 介護者の語りを意味ある単位ごとに分類した結果,「役割規範の受容と介護役割に対する疑念」「夜間に感じる憔悴感と自分自身の納得」「無力な要介護者に対する悲憤と悲哀」「身体的開放感の欲求と社会への奉仕欲求」「要介護者を預けることによる休息感と虚無感や気づかい」が浮かび上がった.これらは「役割アイデンティティ獲得の交渉」「報恩・感謝の実践」「生活充足感の探求」の3つの基本軸に構造化された.また,これらは「行為を通じて価値を獲得していく過程」ととらえなおすことが可能であると解釈された.</p>

1945 年の敗戦時日本帝国の支配は東アジア・東南アジア・太平洋地域に及んでいた。朝鮮半島もその一地域である。そこに約75 万人の日本人が移動・定着して家族を形成し、植民地での特権的生活を送った。35 年間の植民地支配の過程で、植民者一世・二世(あるいは三世)という世代形成がなされた。<br>本稿は、朝鮮で植民者として暮らした日本女性に焦点を当てた。被植民者に対し抑圧者・支配者であった女性に関する研究は少ない。まず、朝鮮における日本女性の人口・職業構成を明らかにし、彼女たちの植民地での位置を概観した。続いて、女性たちのあり様を、一世の経験としての愛国婦人会の結成と活動を通して考察する。朝鮮における愛国婦人会の結成は併合以前の1906 年であり、それも内地の愛国婦人会結成と歩みを揃えて行われた。これは日本の支配層が植民地化推進に女性の力を不可欠としたことを示している。愛国婦人会は「文明化の使命」の理念を掲げ、朝鮮王室や支配層の女性の多数を組織しながら活動を展開していった。<br>さらに女性たちのあり様を、二世の経験としての女学校生活という側面から明らかにした。具体的には京城第一公立高等女学校生の植民地経験をとりあげた。朝鮮で生まれ育った彼女たちは高等女学校生として「幸せな」学園生活を送るが、それは支配者としての特権の享受のうえに成り立っていた。彼女たちの大半は、自らが「植民者= 侵略者」であるという自覚なしに生活した。そこには支配を支配と感じさせない暴力、被植民者を不可視化する暴力が働いていていた。日本の敗戦により、「自分が侵略者であった」とつきつけられ、引揚げたのちに、内なる植民地主義をいかに解体するのかが課題となるが、いまだに果たされたとは言えない。<br>さいごに、少数ではあるがこの課題に応えようとする女性植民者の事例を紹介し、植民地主義解体の可能性について考察した。

This paper inquires into the education reform case carried out using the method of New Public Management (NPM) in the London Borough of Hackney in the UK. During both the Conservative and the Labour Governments in the 1990s, education reforms with the NPM method were adopted widely. The Hackney case was an extreme case of them. The Hackney Council became the first local authority to be judged as failing in running local education, as a consequence, its power to deliver education services was removed from the Council by the central government to be transferred to a private company. Eventually, in 2002, and independent non-profit organization, the Hackney Learning Trust, took over all the power from the Council to run education, under a ten-year contract. Although the Learning Trust undoubtedly had improved the whole range of education in Hackney, the Trust was closed without extending the contract when the contract ended in 2012. The education services in Hackney were returned to the Council. In this NPM education reform case, it should be noted that the private company was not considered to be the permanent agent to deliver education in the local area, but a temporary effective operator to work intensively to recover the malfunctioning local authority. The closure of the successful Trust suggests that the Hackney case was not a simple case of NPM privatisation in educational administration, but this should be interpreted as a case of an education governance reform by the private sector in an emergency, in which the local government had lost their ability to improve their malfunctioning public services.

Mechanism and control of a newly developed coupled tendon-driven multi-joint manipulator, abbreviated as CT arm, are discussed. CT arm introduced here has the specific tendon traction force transmission mechanism, in which a pair of tendons to drive a joint are pulled from base actuators via pulleys mounted on the base-side joints. The mechanism makes the most of coupled drive function of the tendon traction forces and thus has the possibility to exhibit enormous payload capability. The manipulator also has the characteristics to be solidly structured and to be inexpensively manufactured because of its mechanical simplicity. Basic discussion is also made on the specific control of the CT arm. The control algorithm which minimizes the squared sum of the traction force of the tendons while satisfying given restrictions is introduced. The validity of the control method is shown by the computer simulations.

他の作物よりもダイズ子実中の放射性Cs濃度は高いがその理由は明らかにされていない。本論文では子実内のCs分布に着目し,133Csを用いたX線蛍光顕微鏡と,137Csを用いたオートラジオグラフィで観察するとともに,成熟期のダイズ体内のCs分布も検討した。CsはKと同様に均一に分布し,吸収したCsの約4割が子実に蓄積した。ダイズ子実は他の作物よりCsを蓄積する割合が大きく,吸収したCsを子実に多く蓄えることが,放射性Cs濃度が高くなる要因の一つと考えられた。

高難易度の運転シーンのある実路運転で、高齢ドライバーは若年ドライバーより周辺視野内の光点に対する反応成績が低く、ワークロードが高いことを確認した。さらに、高齢ドライバーの反応成績の低さの原因を明らかにするため、難易度の異なる運転シーンをシミュレータで再現し、その時の反応時間と運転行動の解析を行った。
