This research is a study on the effect of estimating price of the scenic views in the super-high-rise residence. The effect at the year since construction is considered by targeting of the newly-built selling in the-high-rise residence, and the numerical value of a relative standard is calculated on an azimuth, views from the room, natural elements, and the building things etc.Finally, as for the view synthesis chart, value from the scenic views from the room is evaluated. The value of the scenic views is able to be clarified in the process of the design stage, and the rights to landscape will be protected in the future by the security of the value.

The constructions of most of the early gothic cathedrals were started under the reign of Louis VII. This paper investigates the actual relationship between Louis VII and the construction of the cathedrals. Regarding the finances of the constructions, Louis VII gave economic aid in some case, but they weren't the great patronages. As for his power of ruling over the "royal bishopric", it reduced under his reign. Thus. Louis VII wasn't the great patron of the early gothic style. The fact that the king renounced his right to deprive the bishops' possessions might help the construction of the gothic cathedrals.

Attenuation relations of peak ground acceleration, peak ground velocity, and acceleration response spectrum in both horizontal and vertical components are estimated by regression analyses of California strong-motion data set, which contains many near-source records of shallow inland earthquakes. These attenuation relations can take into account the effects of fault extension, reflection from Moho, and nonlinear amplification of holocene stratum. By comparing with Japan inland earthquake data, it is confirmed that these attenuation relations are applicable to the estimation of strong motions on pre-Quaternary and Pleistocene strata for Japan inland earthquakes. However, in the estimation on Holocene stratum the applicability are decreased because area-dependent variations of soil amplification are large.

This study aims at “Ro” architecture in Nara period. The research method used in this article is detailed study on both historical documents and existing buildings. There is a commonly-held view that people cannot go upstairs in pre-Kinkaku period. But some historical documents show that people went upstairs in Nara period.This research has five conclusions. 1. It is defined that “Ro” architecture was (N-1) storied architecture with N-layers. 2. The important function of “Ro” architecture was to be seen in Nara period. 3. There were no floor on the first floor, that is to say, the first floor of “Ro” architecture was dirt floor. 4. The importance of “Ro” architecture was to go upstairs in Nara period. 5. “Ro” architecture built after Heian period lost its function to go upstairs.

The interior of the dome on the original form of Tokyo Station, which was finished with various decorations, was one of the most distinctive features in its design. Despite the fact, there exist a number of unknown facts on the dome design. For example, it has not been clarified yet how the relation between the design, technique, architect, or Kingo Tatsuno, craftsmen, and so on, worked together on the formation of the dome. This paper is to clarify the design of original Tokyo Station and the position of the building among the works by Tatsuno and other architects in those days.

Formaldehyde (HCHO) included in construction adhesives is one of the principal causes materials of sick house and sick building syndrome. However, not much has been done to suppress or eliminate HCHO. In the experiment, it was found that addition of several types of row and burned clay minerals to adhesive suppressed emissions of HCHO. The bentonite was most effective among all materials used in the experiment. A coating gypsum plaster with bentonite and effective microorganisms reduced the amount of HCHO emission synergistically. Also, changes pH level caused by addition of Ca(OH)_2 contributed in suppression of HCHO.

大淀区, 城東区を事例とする以上の分析によって, 大阪市内の都心近接区部と縁辺区部における住宅市街地化の動向が明らかにされた。それを民間中高層集合住宅, 特に民間分譲マンションの立地動向に視点をあててまとめると, 以下のようになる。(1)民間中高層集合住宅の立地件数は, 現状では賃貸マンションが圧倒的に多い (件数比率で分譲1, 賃貸5)。(2)工場転出跡地における土地利用としては, 都心近接区部のほうが民間分譲・賃貸マンション化の件数比率が高い。縁辺区部では戸建分譲住宅地化や駐車場化の件数比率が高く, 民間分譲・賃貸マンション化の件数比率は相対的に低い。(3)都心近接区部では, 工場跡地のオフィスビル化や住居・店舗化 (細分化) の件数比率も高い。(4)縁辺区部における民間分譲・賃貸マンション立地は, 空地・未利用地における件数比率が高い。(5)全体的には, 工場跡地や空地・未利用地での民間分譲・賃貸マンション立地の戸数規模は比較的大きい。このような結果から, 土地利用の変化として, 相対的に地代支払い能力の低い工業的土地利用から, より地代支払い能力の高い住宅あるいは商業的土地利用への転換と, より一層の高密度利用が進行しつつあることが明らかになる。そして, このような傾向から判断すると, 小規模敷地における民間分譲マンションの立地がさらに進行することが予想されるのである。従って, 都市全体の居住環境水準を高めるためには, 単なる住戸数の増加のみでなく, 街区や地区としてのオープンスペースや歩道などの都市施設の計画的整備が不可欠である。こうして, 都市内住宅地全体の居住環境水準を高めることが, 長期的に良好な住宅ストックの増加に結びつくものとなる。
