The present study was undertaken with the object of determining whetehr the hypopysis has some connection with sex reversal in amphibians. Hypophysectomized or thyroidectomized frog larvae (Rana japonica) were treated with estrone (1mg/1) from 105 days of age for 45 days and thereafter maintained without estrone up to 225 days of age. In both groups of animals ovaries were not affected by estrone, but the testes, in most cases, were feminized (Figs. 1, 2). The hypophysis therefore had no connection with gonad feminization. After the treatment was stopped, feminized gonads of thyroidectomized larvae were restored to the testes, all of the ovocytes were destroyed, and the luteal-like bodies were formed (Fig. 3). On the other hand, feminized gonads of hypophysectomized larvae seemed to have evolved into the ovaries (Fig. 4). It seems probable that when the hormonal treatment is stopped, the hypophysis controls the developmental fate of the gonad feminized by the action of estrone.

いわゆる「アクティブラーニング」の推奨に伴い,将来の反転授業を想定した予習・事前学習用の動画・音声資料の重要性が高まりつつあり,多くの実践事例が報告されつつある.その一方で,せっかく動画・音声資料を準備しても,予習として音声・動画資料の視聴を強制されることに対する拒否感も学生には少なくなく,それによる受講拒否も出つつある.本報告では,動画・音声資料の導入に学生が拒否をした事例,及び動画・音声資料を用意したが故に講義に殆どの学生が来なくなった事例を報告する.

本論文は総合計画におけるオープンデータの言及について、定量的内容分析を通じて自治体のオープンデータ政策の特徴を見出すことを試みた。具体的に、まず、DATA.GO.JPに登録してあり、且つ総合計画でオープンデータについて言及のある自治体を対象に、総合計画からオープンデータに関する施策や取組等の記述文書を確認した。次に、これらの記述文書について形態素解析を行って頻出用語を抽出し、主成分分析を行った。最後に、その結果に基づき、自治体のオープンデータ政策の特徴を明らかにした。

The purpose of our study was to investigate radiation dose for lower tube voltage CT using automatic exposure control (AEC). An acrylic body phantom was used, and volume CT dose indices (CTDIvol) for tube voltages of 80, 100, 120, and 135 kV were investigated with combination of AEC. Average absorbed dose in the abdomen for 100 and 120 kV were also measured using thermoluminescence dosimeters. In addition, we examined noise characteristics under the same absorbed doses. As a result, the exposure dose was not decreased even when the tube voltage was lowered, and the organ absorbed dose value became approximately 30% high. And the noise was increased under the radiographic condition to be an equal absorbed dose. Therefore, radiation dose increases when AEC is used for lower tube voltage CT under the same standard deviation (SD) setting with 120 kV, and the optimization of SD setting is crucial.

アカタチ科は多くの骨学的特徴をソコアマダイ科と共有することが知られている.しかし, 共有形質として示されてきた特徴は, これら2科に特有ではない.このためソコアマダイ科をアカタチ科に含めることに関しては, 議論の余地があった.これら2科の骨学的特徴を調べたところ, 前部脊椎骨の上肋骨と肋骨に特異な形質が見いだされた.前部脊椎骨の数個に付く上肋骨と肋骨は基部で癒合する.この形質はスズキ目の他の科では知られておらず, 派生的特徴と考えられるので, アカタチ科とソコアマダイ科は単系統群を形成する.

研究の目的行動的コーチングがハンドボールの7mスローにおけるシュートフォームの改善に及ぼす効果を検討した。研究計画ABAデザインを用いて行った。参加者ハンドボール部に所属する女子大学生3名であった。介入的シュート場面と通常シュート場面の2場面を設けた。シュートフォームを12項目の下位スキルに課題分析したチェックリストを用い、行動的コーチングとしてシュートフォームの教示、モデリング、行動リハーサル、パフォーマンスフィードバックを行った。行動の指標シュートフォーム下位スキルの正反応率であった。結果的シュート場面及び通常シュート場面共に参加者全てのシュートフォーム正反応率は上昇した。考察行動的コーチングはハンドボールのシュートフォームの改善に有効であることが示唆された。シュート成功本数については一貫した向上が見られなかった。

This paper describes the effects of varicts soils on the antibacterial activity of antibacterial agents in the commercial anticrobial treatment socks. In this paper, we deals with six types of soils (Japanese sake, sause, soy sause, milk, juice and miso soup) and make a wear test, and examines the change of the antibacterial activity of socks contaminated with various soils.The results obtained are as follows.(1) When the commercial anticrobial treatment socks were contaminated with soils artificially, the inhibition percenage decreased than the socks with no soils. But, inhibition percntage increased again after washing and removing the soils. It was recognized positive correlation between the reflectnace of socks contaminated with soils and the inhibition percentage. This tendency was similar when the socks were washed after three days. When the socks were washed after one month, however, the recovery of the inhibition percentage was not recognized, because the soils contaminated was not removed easily.(2) In the case of wear test, the width of clear zone of the socks weared was smaller than the no-wear socks, and the antibacterial activity of the socks weared decreased. This result shows that the growth of microorganisms becomes actively when the soils were adhered even if the antibacterial agents was not removed by washing operation. It was recognized the negative correlation between the number of bacteria and each component of soils, and the coefficient of correlation of untreated socks was higher than the commercial anticrobial treatment socks. Because, the bacteria adhated to the commercial anticrobial treatment socks were killed or inhibitioned by the antibacterial agents.When the textile product was contaminated with soils, there was a remarkable growth of microorganisms. Therefore, it was necessary to remove immediately the soils by washing even if the socks was treated by the anticrobial treatment.

貝原益軒 (1630-1714) は, 公務の旅の傍らに各地を遊観し, その足跡を紀行文に記した。そのうちの数点が板行され, 旅に携行されたり多くの紀行文や名所図会等に引用され, 近世の観光に少なからぬ影響を与えた。本研究は, そのような意義を持つ貝原益軒の紀行文の特徴について, 読者である観光者のまなざしの観点から考察したものである。その結果, 名所等だけではなく路次の風景・事物に興味を広げたことで, 旅の行程における情報の密度を高め, 旅全体の魅力を表現し伝えるものとなったこと, 訪問地の見所となるポイントなど, 旅における様々な楽しみ方を具体的に伝えていることなどを明らかにし, それらが読者の関心を呼んだことを示した。

Cellular responses, such as cell fate decision and hormonal regulations, can be regulated by distinct temporal patterns of signaling molecules. However, how temporal patterns of signaling molecules determine the cellular responses remains largely unknown. Recently, we have proposed the concept of “temporal coding”, by which a single molecular species can encode multiple information through its temporal patterns. We found that signaling pathways can process information of stimulation patterns depending on their network motif and kinetics, and cells can regulate downstream molecules depending on stimulation pattern. Thus, “temporal coding” appears to serve as an information-embedding strategy to elicit specific cellular responses.
