Nitrosourea系制癌剤のNimustine HydrochlorideからHydrochlorideを除去したNimustine50mgとLipiodo110m1との懸濁液(N-L液)の癌局注療法における原発巣及びリンパ節転移に対しての抗腫瘍効果について検討した.【材料と方法】(1)C57Black/6 MouseにLewis Lung Cancerを移植,N-L液,MitomycinC, Adriamycin, Oil bleoをそれぞれ移植腫瘍内に局注して,その直接的抗腫瘍効果を比較検討した.(2)同様にN-L液局注後のDNA Histogramの変動をFlow cytometryを用い測定した.(3)ICR Mouseの足底部にSarcoma180を移植し,リンパ節転移に対するN-L液の抑制効果を検討した.【結果】(1)N-L液の直接的抗腫瘍効果が最も強かった.(2)DNA Histogramの変動は,局注前と比較し局注後G0-1期の比率が減少し,S期,G2-M期の比率が上昇した.(3)N-L液はリンパ節転移抑制効果を認めた.【結論】N-L液の局注療法は原発巣だけでなくリンパ節転移に対しても抗腫瘍効果が認められた.

In order to investigate the fate of 1-(2-tetrahydrofuryl)-5-fluorouracil (FT-207) in comparison with that of 5-fluorouracil tritiated FT-207 (3H-FT-207) and 5-fluovouracil (3H-5-fluorouracil)were administered from the rectum in normal and AH-130 tumor-bearing rats, and rapid absorption of 3H-FT-207 or 3H-5-fluorouracil, was observed. Blood level of radioactivity after rectal administration of 3H-FT-207 was higher and more continuous than that of 3H-5-fluorouracil. Although the radioactivity after rectal administration of 3H-FT-207 and 3H-5-fluovouracil was widely distributed in the various tissues of the animal with or without tumor, the highest concentration of the radioactivity was observed in the kidneys, and higher in tumor. The radioactivity in lymphatic gland reached a maximum level within 2-4 hr after the rectal administration of 3H-FT-207 and declined very slowly. The urinary excretion of radioactivity within 24 hr was about 30% of the administered dose of 3H-FT-207. More than 85% of the excreted radioactivity accounted for FT-207 and its metabolite, α-fluoro-β-alanine. Other metabolites such as 5-fluorouracil, α-fluoro-β-ureidopropionic acid and tritiated water were detected in small amounts in rat urine. The radioactivity in blood and tumor, 4 hr after rectal administration of 3H-FT-207, was found to represent FT-207. However, the radioactivity in liver was due to the presence of α-fluoro-β-alanine. About 90% radioactivity in lymphatic gland within 2-6 hr after rectal administration of 3H-FT-207 was detected as FT-207.

飼料用イネの暖地向けを含む14品種について,暖地ですでに広く普及しているか,あるいは今後普及が見込まれる13除草剤に対する感受性を検討し,「ミズホチカラ」および「モミロマン」はカフェンストロール・ベンスルフロンメチル・ベンゾビシクロン粒剤,「ルリアオバ」はカフェンストロール・ベンスルフロンメチル・ベンゾビシクロン粒剤およびテフリルトリオン・フェントラザミド水和剤の処理により,白化症状を引き起こし,標準使用量でも枯死を伴う強い薬害が生じた.上記品種は,それ以外の11除草剤の処理では強い薬害は生じなかった.一方,上記品種以外の11品種は,いずれの除草剤でも強い薬害は生じなかった.薬害は,その症状より,トリケトン系の化学構造をもつ4-ヒドロキシフェニルピルビン酸ジオキシゲナーゼ(4-HPPD)阻害型除草成分のベンゾビシクロンおよびテフリルトリオンが主因と推察された.したがって,混合成分による相互作用の影響などについては,さらに検討する必要があるが,「ミズホチカラ」,「モミロマン」および「ルリアオバ」の栽培にあたっては,ベンゾビシクロン,テフリルトリオンなどトリケトン系の4-HPPD阻害型除草成分を含有する除草剤の使用は避けるように,除草剤を選択することが重要である.

The four tea ceremony documents, Matsuyakaiki, Tennoujiyakaiki, Kamiya Soutan Nikki and Imai Soukyu Chanoyu Nikki Nukigaki, were examined to investigate the early-stage of kaiseki from the end of the medieval period to the beginning of the modern period. Twenty-five percent of kashi in kaiseki consisted of confectionery(rice cake, steamed bun, candy, sweetened and jellied bean paste, etc.)and 75% consisted of other food, which means that confectionery was still at an early stage of development. Among the other food were nuts, seeds and fruits, as well as various vegetables, potatoes and other starch, fungi, algae, etc. The kinds of food and recipes of that age suggest that the concept of kashi was not clear ; there was not a definite distinction between kashi and sai. The recipes used for kashi changed later ; for example, nishime continued to be used as a recipe for kashi, while frying fell out of fashion.

本論文ではコミュニティに基づくマルチエージェント電力マネージメントモデルを提案する.提案したモデルではコミュニティを複数の家庭で形成し,コミュニティの単位で大型蓄電池を運用する.また、本論文では,家庭の太陽光発電や蓄電池について,エージェントに基づく電力マネジメントモデルを提案する.本論文で提案した家庭の電力マネジメントモデルの特徴は,日本の現実的な電力消費データ及び気象データ用い,再生可能エネルギーである太陽光発電の不安定さを考慮したマネジメントを行う点である.そして本論文では,マルチエージェントによる電力売買シミュレーションを行い,太陽光発電や蓄電池の導入とエージェントによるマネジメントの影響,コミュニティに基づく電力マネージメントモデルによる影響及びコミュニティの戦略による影響を評価する.評価実験では,提案手法であるコミュニティに基づくマルチエージェント電力マネージメントモデルの導入によるピークカット,停電時のバックアップ対策及び社会全体のコストに関して評価を行う.
