現在のロボットは,設計時に想定した稼働環境や使用目的に極度に最適化されているため,その振る舞いは著しく単調かつ画一的であり,またそれゆえに環境や身体の変化に対して脆弱である.一方で生物は,身体が持つ膨大な自由度の間に時空間的秩序を生み出すことで,適応的かつ多様な振る舞いを自己組織的に創り出している.本研究では,特異な対称性を持ち,自切する動物であるクモヒトデに着目し,状況依存的に多様かつレジリアントな振る舞いを発現する機序の解明を目的とした.その結果,比較的シンプルな自律分散制御則によって優れた適応性と耐故障性を有する振る舞いを再現できることを実験的に明らかにした.

Ce petit article a pour objet l'idee de souverainete de Pierre Paul Royer-Collard, theoricien liberal francais (1763-1845). En traitant ce sujet, j'ai essaye de demontrer l'effort d'un liberal pour l'etablissement d'une theorie liberale de la souverainete en faveur des libertes modernes crees et consacrees par la Revolution francaise. Le discours de Royer-Collard sur la souverainete est fort influence par sa preoccupation de limiter ler pouvoir du gouvernement. Il repudie la notion de souverainete signifiant le pouvoir absolu et illimite de l'Etat, inauguree pare Hobbes et developpee par Rousseau. A son avis, elle ne sert que de pretexte aux gouvernants pour empieter sur les libertes des gouvernes. Donc la souverainete du peuple et celle du roi doit etre ecartees l'une et l'autre, parce qu'elles partagent l'idee absoutste de souverainete en se disputant la possession du pouvoir souverain. A cette idee doit etre substituee ≪la souverainete de la raison≫, principle qui peut regir ou limiter l'exercice du pouvoir gouvernemental. Ce faisant, Royer-Collard veut apporter une contribution theorique a la moderation du pouvoir politique au benefice des libertes civiles.

日本の実臨床下でのインターフェロンβ-1a筋注用製剤の安全性と有効性検討のため,2006年11月から2010年12月までに登録された本剤投与例全例を対象に観察期間2年の使用成績調査を実施した.全国397施設より調査票が回収され,安全性は1,476例,有効性は1,441例を評価した.安全性評価の86.3%は再発寛解型多発性硬化症であった.主な副作用は発熱(19.24%),重篤な副作用は多発性硬化症の再発26件,肝機能異常10件であった.有効性検討では,年間再発率は1.07から0.29,総合障害度は3.08から2.94と改善した(各P<0.001).安全性と有効性プロファイルは既報と同様であった.

貨幣のような制度的対象はしばしば特別な存在であると見なされる.制度的対象についての有力な見解である集団的志向説によれば,それらは人々の集団的志向性なしには存在しえないがゆえに,他の通常の人工物とは存在論的に異なっており,またその存在論な固有性が認識論的・方法論的な独自性に反映されているという.本稿で目指すのは,制度的対象に対するこの種の哲学的態度のやめ方を描き出すことである.そのためにまず,集団的志向説を批判的に検討する.次いで,その代替的な見方として「ふるまい説」を提出し,その妥当性を示すことを試みる.そして最後に,ふるまい説について想定されるふたつの疑問に応答する.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of artificial carbon dioxide-rich water for peripheral circulatory improvement on fingers of baseball players with circulatory disturbances catching hands with index fingers suffering from repetitive ball impact. A trial therapy of bathing in artificial carbon dioxide-rich water and fresh water for following the nine university baseball players having symptoms of circulatory disturbances graphic evaluation of thermograph and analysis of temperature on fixed point was done. Results suggest circulatory improvement of fingers : two players of the artificial carbon dioxide-rich water tended toward increased temperature on their catching hands, indicating improved blood flow in the index finger and center-point of the palm area. The measurement conditions were not always ideal because there were some variance in this trial therapy, for example environmental temperatures, degrees of circulatory disturbances, problem progress of bathing and so on ; nevertheless treatments for circulatory disturbances in the fingers under the condition of low temperature don't currently exist. The therapy of bathing in artificial carbon dioxide-rich water seems to be useful on the sports field.

目的:2012年に診療報酬上評価された緩和ケアについて専門性の高い看護師(NHPCS)が行う訪問看護師との療養者宅への同行訪問の実施可能性を地理情報システム(GIS)により検討した。方法:都道府県別にNHPCSの分布や養成機関の位置との関連を検討し,NHPCSが少ない都道府県について,所属医療機関と訪問看護ステーションの位置等の関連をMANDARAにより分析した。結果:老年人口あたりのNHPCSの分布は都道府県間で2.6倍の差があり,近隣にがん関連認定看護師養成課程の定員が多い県で多くなっていた。NHPCSが少ない県では,訪問看護ステーションの半径10km圏内にNHPCSが所属する医療機関がない割合が高かった。考察:GISの利用によりNHPCSと養成機関の偏在や実施困難な地域の存在が明らかになり,国内及び都道府県内の人的資源の均てん化のため同行訪問の取り組みの必要性が示唆された。Background : The purpose of this study was to examine the feasibility of home visit by nurses with higher palliative care specialty (NHPCS) with visiting nurses, which became covered by Japanese national medical insurance system in 2012, using a geographical information system (GIS). Methods : We examined the distribution of NHPCS among prefectures and the association between the number of NHPCS and the location of the training institutions. Furthermore, in the prefectures with a small number of NHPCS, the geographical associations between the hospitals to which the NHPCS belonged and the home visiting nursing centers are analyzed by MANDARA Results : The distribution of NHPCS per aging population differed by 2.6-fold among the prefectures, and the number of NHPCS was higher in prefectures with a high admission capacity into certified nurse training courses relevant to cancer. In the prefectures with a small number of NHPCS, the percentage of cases in which the hospital to which the NHPCS belonged was not within a 10 km radius of the home visit nursing center was high. Discussion : From this analysis performed using the GIS, the uneven distribution of NHPCS and home visit nursing stations, and their geographical association became clear. Elimination of disparities in both human resources and training institutions among and also within prefectures is recommended.
