本研究は,卒業研究が必須の大学生を対象とし,研究内容の変容の契機となったゼミナール内外の実践共同体との関わりのプロセスを明らかにすることが目的である.半構造化インタビューを実施し,質的な分析をした結果,研究内容の変容の契機は,①指導教員からの助言,②ゼミの先輩からの助言,③同じ関心を持つ学外の他者との対話,の3つに類型化できた.ゼミ内の実践共同体として「班制度」の有無に着目した結果,研究内容の変容に関して,班がある学生は『他者によるゆさぶり』,班がない学生は『他者との対話』が契機となった.また,班の有無により,異なる実践共同体に関与し,異なる研究プロセスをたどる可能性が示唆された.

Previous studies have revealed that the bereaved family of crime are deeply hurt by judicial dissection. In order to control the psychological stress, they tend to adopt a strategy to focus on procedural problems in judicial dissection and propose measures for improvement. However, the present study, in which we collected detailed narratives from a member of traffic accident bereaved family with an interview method, suggested that the dissection itself is extremely strong damage to the bereaved family, and that introduction of another inspection method to investigate the cause of death replacing dissection is necessary. Based on the analysis of the interview, we proposed a new method called Ai (autopsy imaging) and discussed the benefits.

The claudin family of membrane proteins is responsible for the backbone structure and function of tight junctions (TJs), which regulate the paracellular permeability of epithelia. It is thought that each claudin subtype has its own unique function and the combination of expressed subtypes determines the permeability property of each epithelium. However, many issues remain unsolved in regard to claudin functions, including the detailed functional differences between claudin subtypes and the effect of the combinations of specific claudin subtypes on the structure and function of TJs. To address these issues, it would be useful to have a way of reconstituting TJs containing only the claudin subtype(s) of interest in epithelial cells. In this study, we attempted to reconstitute TJs of individual claudin subtypes in TJ-deficient MDCK cells, designated as claudin quinKO cells, which were previously established from MDCK II cells by deleting the genes of claudin-1, -2, -3, -4, and -7. Exogenous expression of each of claudin-1, -2, -3, -4, and -7 in claudin quinKO cells resulted in the reconstitution of functional TJs. These TJs did not contain claudin-12 and -16, which are endogenously expressed in claudin quinKO cells. Furthermore, overexpression of neither claudin-12 nor claudin-16 resulted in the reconstitution of TJs, demonstrating the existence of claudin subtypes lacking TJ-forming activity in epithelial cells. Exogenous expressions of the channel-forming claudin-2, -10a, -10b, and -15 reconstituted TJs with reported paracellular channel properties, demonstrating that these claudin subtypes form paracellular channels by themselves without interaction with other subtypes. Thus, the reconstitution of TJs in claudin quinKO cells is advantageous for further investigations of claudin functions.Key words: Tight junction, Claudin, Paracellular permeability, Epithelial barrier

文化的自己観の個人への反映である相互独立性と相互協調性について, 日本文化での発達過程を探ることが本研究の目的である。既存の尺度 (高田他1996) に加え児童・生徒用尺度を作成した上, 児童期後期から老人期に亘る横断的資料により発達的変化を検討し, 更に日本人青年の相互独立性と相互協調性を西欧人青年と比較した結果,(1) 日本人青年は西欧人青年に比べ相互独立性が低く相互協調性は高く, 相互協調性が相互独立性を凌ぐ傾向が児童期から青年期を経て若年成人期まで見られる,(2) 相互独立性は小学校高学年から中学生にかけて低下するが, 若年成人期以降は一貫して上昇する,(3) 相互協調性は小学校高学年から中学生にかけて低下するが, 青年期には高い水準を維持した後, 成人期では減少し老人期で再び上昇する, という結果を得た。これらの知見から, 文化的自己観が自己スキーマに反映する際の2種の過程が示唆された。

This study investigated the professional impact of “Japanese Journal of Psychology.” Thirty four psychological journals written in Japanese were selected to register articles in a new database. This database included approximately 23,900 articles published through 2010. Using citations extracted from the references and footnotes in these scholarly journals, the Psychology Citation Index for Japanese Papers was created. The citation impact factors in Japanese psychology was determined on the basis of the number of times a journal was cited, cumulative impact factors, and the cited half-life of the journal; five years was a valid period for impact factor of psychological journals in Japan. The changes in the 5-year impact factors of “Japanese Journal of Psychology” were reviewed by comparing it with other journals.
