This study aims to grasp the target area of the literature on ontology and to apply it in radiological technology. We used Google scholar to search the literature containing the keyword “ontology”. Our search identified and extracted 162,381 words from 29 manuscripts and used the 8,706 nouns excluding duplicates as individual variable. Using a cluster analysis, we categorized the documents to one of the following five classifications: (1) “Systematization of vocabulary by text mining”, (2) “Hierarchy of language information”, (3) “Conceptualization of situation”, (4) “Standardization of lexical information”, and (5) “Visualization of the concepts related to the problem”. We propose that the terminologies in (2), (4), and (5) cluster can be used in radiological technology field.

今年度は研究目的の(2)環境学系科目担当教員が持っている教材、人材情報、授業デザインなどを収集・共有する に関する活動を行った。研究代表者、研究分担者が行った教材開発は以下のとおりである。(畑田)小麦アレルギー者のためのグルテンフリー代替メニューの開発・エコバッグ一体型学生鞄の開発・カフェインレスのコーヒーがコーヒーの代替品となりうるかの実験・アクアポニックスを利用した小学校の総合的な学習の授業デザイン・キャンパスラリーを利用した環境学系授業の授業デザイン (平山)学校の校庭の樹木等を教材とした自然観察授業・森林機能に関する教材(授業プログラム)の実践・三重県内の学校教員を対象とした環境教育の研修講座の実施 (谷垣)京丹後市での保全型農業の実施とゲンゴロウ米の販売 (中田)ぬまがさワタリ著「図解 なんかへんな生き物」の監修 (野崎)大学生を対象にした河川生態系の多様性を理解するための宿泊型自然体験学習の実践・愛知県現任保育士研修会での講演 (村上)没入型授業映像視聴環境のためのハンドジェスチャインタフェース今年度は、研究代表者・研究分担者各自の教材開発にとどまり、共有化のシステムを構築することができなかった。共有できる教材が集まってきたため、早急にHP上で共有できるシステムを構築したい。研究目的の(3)座学の授業で利用可能なハンズオン型教材の開発を行う については、以下の活動を行った。(畑田)ミネラルウォーターと水道水の利き水・紙は何回二つ折りにできるか(ワークショップ)・視覚と臭覚なしでかき氷の味が見分けられるか(ワークショップ)・よく飛ぶ紙飛行機を作ろう(ワークショップ)3Dプリンタを用いた昆虫模型の制作は、ゼロ工房提供の15種類の昆虫のフリーデータを用いて、試作を行った。

There have been numerous attempts to measure the effects of clothing color on the impression ofan individual, however, these studies mainly focused on the implication of results by quantifying theeffects that are driven by the relative evaluation of an observer. I argue that this is not the case in ourdaily lives. When we meet a person for the first time, the color of his/her clothing affects our firstimpression based on our absolute evaluation and not on relative evaluation. From this perspective, Ihave studied the implications of clothing colors (e.g. red, blue, black and white) on the impression ofobserver during the process of his/her absolute evaluation. In the first study, interpersonal impressionof the observer was measured against a person with a given colored clothes. 7-point scale was used tomeasure the 5 interpersonal impressions. The result showed that the clothing color did not have anysignificant effect on the observer's impression. However, in the second study where 6 people with thesame color uniform appeared in front of the observer, the effect was quite evident. From this study,we can draw a conclusion that the uniform color of a group affects the impression of the observer. Inother words, impression of a group can be controlled under specific conditions.

慣れていない運動や久しぶりの運動を行った後には筋肉痛が生じ,その痛みはしばらくの間持続する。筋肉痛が安静を促す危険信号だとすれば,筋肉痛が消失するまでは,痛みのある筋肉を動かすような運動は控えるべきであると考えられる。しかし,痛みがあっても運動することはあり,痛みをこらえて運動するうちに痛みが軽減されるといった経験的な事実もある。本研究では,筋肉痛がある状態でさらに運動を負荷した場合の筋肉痛の程度や,筋機能の変化について検討した。実験モデルには,最大等尺性筋力の50%に相当するダンベルを,負荷に抵抗しながら肘の屈曲位から伸展位にゆっくり降ろす上腕屈筋群のエクセントリック運動を用いた。この運動を一方の腕では10回3セットのみ行い,他方の腕では10回3セットを1日おきに3回実施した。運動に伴う,筋肉痛,筋力,関節可動域,血漿CK活性値,Bモード超音波画像の変化について両腕間での比較を行った。その結果,エクセントリック運動を1日おきに3回行った腕における各指標の変化と,1回のみ運動を行った腕での変化との間には有意な差が認められなかった。筋肉痛がある状態で運動を負荷しても新たな筋肉痛が生じないばかりか,運動後には筋肉痛の程度が顕著に軽減した。また,2回目,3回目の運動直後に筋力は1回目の運動直後と同様に低下するが,その翌日までには,2回目,3回目の運動負荷がなかった腕と同様に回復を示し,関節可動域については,運動前に比べ運動後に有意に大きくなった。また,超音波画像や血漿CK活性値においても回復過程が遅延したり,新たな損傷が生じたと考えられるような所見は見られなかった。これらのことは,筋肉痛がある状態で,その筋に対してさらに筋損傷を誘発するような運動を負荷しても,筋の回復過程には影響がないということになる。しかし,筋肉痛がある部位の運動はしてもよいということにはならず,運動の有効性や効果の側面からは,その部位の運動を敢えて行う必要性はないものと考えられた。今後,組織学的な検討を加え,なぜ,筋損傷が生じている筋にさらなる損傷誘発刺激を負荷しても損傷が生じないのか,また回復過程に影響がないのかについて明らかにしていきたい。

The study objective was to determine the effect of oral orbifloxacin (ORB) on antimicrobial susceptibility and composition of fecal coliforms in cats. Nine cats were randomized to two groups administered a daily oral dose of 2.5 and 5.0 mg ORB/kg for 7 days and a control group (three cats per group). Coliforms were isolated from stool samples and were tested for susceptibilities to ORB and 5 other drugs. ORB concentration in feces was measured using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The coliforms were undetectable after 2 days of ORB administration, and their number increased in most cats after termination of the administration. Furthermore, only isolates of Escherichia coli were detected in all cats before administration, and those of Citrobacter freundii were detected after termination of the administration. E. coli isolates exhibited high ORB susceptibility [Minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), ≤0.125 µg/ml] or relatively low susceptibility (MIC, 1−2 µg/ml) with a single gyrA mutation. C. freundii isolates largely exhibited intermediate ORB susceptibility (MIC, 4 µg/ml), in addition to resistance to ampicillin and cefazolin, and harbored qnrB, but not a gyrA mutation. HPLC revealed that the peaks of mean concentration were 61.3 and 141.0 µg/g in groups receiving 2.5 and 5.0 mg/kg, respectively. Our findings suggest that oral ORB may alter the total counts and composition of fecal coliform, but is unlikely to yield highly fluoroquinolone-resistant mutants of E. coli and C. freundii in cats, possibly because of the high drug concentration in feces.
