長野県におけるアスパラガスの作型は,露地栽培,ハウス半促成栽培,伏せ込み促成栽培が分化しており,伏せ込み促成栽培を除き,春だけ収穫する普通栽培,夏から秋の収穫を加えた2季どり栽培,春から秋まで連続して収穫する長期どり栽培が普及している.しかし,長期どり栽培は,立茎方法や収穫期間が従来の2季どり栽培とは異なるため,これに適応した立茎方法と,適正な立茎数を明確にする必要がある.そこで,本試験では,寒冷地のアスパラガスの露地長期どり栽培,ハウス半促成長期どり栽培において,立茎方法および立茎数が収量に及ぼす影響について検討した.1.長期どり栽培では,2季どり栽培より2~3週間早く春どりを打ち切り,2季どり栽培の株養成期間も連続して収穫を続けることで増収した.2.長期どり栽培の立茎方法には,一斉立茎,順次立茎があり,いずれの立茎方法でも収量に差がなかった.3.長期どり栽培の株養成量やGI'は,2季どり栽培より多く,翌春の春どりが増収した.4.長期どり栽培の適正な立茎数は,株当たり5~6本であった.

ユーザが他人に見せる自分の顔映像を見せたい印象に変換する手法の研究を行った.近年,写真/動画共有サービス、テレビ電話、デジタルフォトフレーム等のサービスが利用可能となり、ネットワークを通して顔画像/映像を見せる機会が増加している。しかし,自分の映像の印象が見せたい印象と異なることがあるという問題がある.そこで本研究ではテレビ電話映像の印象向上のために専門家が行う色変換法の調査,調査結果に基づいた色変換技術の開発,開発した色変換技術の評価を行い,既存手法と比較した印象の向上とユーザ毎の色変換の好みの違いを確認した.また,提案手法を用いることでテレビ電話利用への意欲が高まることも確認した.We propose a facial color beautification method for video communication. The video-captured face often disappoints us, especially the subjects themselves, because the impression of the face is not as good as we expect. We solve this problem by retouching the captured video. We studied how the experts change the color of the video to improve the facial impression in video-phone, and developed a color transformation method based on the result. We also conduct a user study to evaluate our method. The result shows the effectiveness of our method and the diversity of user preferences.

従来は安全な技術であれば利用者は安心すると考えられてきたが,システムが安全なだけでは利用者が安心するとは限らないことが指摘されている.我々は情報システム・サービスの利用者の安心感の要因について調査を行ってきた.因子分析によって"能力・知識因子"が,個人情報の管理や保証などに関する提供者の能力についての意味を含むことが分かっている.提供者の能力については,提供者が情報提供をしなければ一般的に利用者が知りえないものである.よって,提供者が情報提供することが,利用者の安心感に関係があると考えられる.情報提供手法についての研究では,情報提供によって不安を解消するためには,納得させなければならないと考えられている.本研究では安心感の要因の1つとして納得感があると仮定し,情報システム・サービスの利用者の安心感と納得感の関係について質問紙調査および因子分析を行った.また,因子分析の結果から共分散構造分析を行い,納得感が安心感の要因としての側面を持つことを示した.It was thought that the user felt relieved by a safe technique. However, safe systems do not necessarily give a sense of security to the people. We have investigated the factors of sense of security for users of an information system and service. The result has been shown that the factor of "Capability and Knowledge" includes an ability to manage personal information and guarantee for users. Generally, providers' ability could not be taken users without provision of the information. Therefore, providing providers' information should have a relationship with user's sense of security. The research results of information providing method say that reassuring by providing information needs consent. In this research, on the hypothesis that consent is included in the factors of sense of security, we conduct a survey and the exploratory factor analysis of the relationship between sense of security and consent. Then, by using structural equation modeling (SEM), we show that consent would be one of the factors of sense of security.

The process of formation of austenite has been studied in low-carbon low alloy steels. The specimens with acicular structures such as martensite, bainite or tempered martensite are heated at temperatures between Ac1 and Ac3. The structual changes in these specimens during heating are observed in detail.The main results are as follows.1) Austenitizing processes are divided into two stages. In the first stage globular austenites are formed accompanying the dissolution of cementite. Acicular austenites are as well formed at an early stage.2) In the second stage a globular austenite is formed by the coalescence of the acicular austenite grains and those formed in the both stages grow to form extended austenite grains.3)γ′ transformation prevails in a boron containing steel.Based on these results, it is proposed that the reverse transformation are mainly controlled by the rate of recrystallization of austenite.

近年注目されている説によれば、飛鳥の須彌山石は、夷狄が当時の日本の朝廷に対して行う服属儀礼のための装置であったらしいとされる。そして、その儀礼は帝釋天や四天王に関連する神聖なあるいは呪術的なものであったらしいとされる。さらには、『倶舍論』にもとづきつつ、須彌山石と東大寺大仏蓮弁の須彌山図とには共通点が見られるので、須彌山石は意匠的にも須彌山を象徴したものであろうとされる。しかしながら、『日本書紀』や『倶舍論』などの内容を確認してみると、以上のように解釈することは適切ではなさそうである。須彌山石は、文化力誇示のための装置と見るほうがよいであろう。また、その意匠についても、さらに検討が必要であろう。

インストールCDで導入したシステムは,ファイル共有できる「Samba」が既にインストール済みである。Part2では,白箱のネットワーク設定や共有フォルダの設定などを行って,ファイル・サーバーとしてきちんと使えるようにする。ネットワークの設定を変更する 白箱のIPアドレスをはじめとするネットワーク関連の設定は,初期状態のままでは困る読者もいるだろう。
