TCP/IPにおけるアプリケーションプロトコルの学習を目的とした可視化システムを開発した.本システムは以下の特徴をもつ.(1)アプリケーションプロトコルに特化した可視化システム(2)新しいアプリケーションプロトコルや既存のアプリケーションプロトコルのバージョンアップに適用可能(3)アプリケーションプロトコルのメッセージをリクエスト/レスポンス,付加情報,添付ファイルの別に表示可能(4)アプリケーションプロトコルの通信手順の表示可能(5)リクエスト/レスポンスや付加情報の説明が可能

1.研究目的本研究は、卓上実験(マクロな視点)と分子運動のアニメーション(ミクロな視点)を連動させてリアルタイム表示できるバーチャルラボラトリーを開発することを目的とする。2.研究方法(1)気体の状態変化実験装置の作成200mlの注射器内に高度計測センサーを取り付け、気体の温度と圧力を測定できるようにした。またセンサーのコードは注射器の先端から取り出せるようにし、電子計測装置と接続した。(2)バーチャルラボラトリーの作成(1)の卓上実験装置から得られる圧力データと温度データとを電子計測装置を用いてデジタル化し、実験用ノートPCに取り込んだ。実験データから分子の運動をリアルタイムに表示できるシミュレーションプログラム(バーチャルラボラトリー)を作成した。(3)授業実践と評価今後、これまで行ってきた卓上実験と分子運動のアニメーションを別々に用いる授業と、二つをリアルタイムに連動させて表示するバーチャルラボラトリーを用いる授業を行う予定である。そして作成したバーチャルラボラトリーの有効性を評価し、その結果に基づいたバーチャルラボラトリーの改良を検討する。3.研究成果本研究によって、シリンダー中の気体というマクロな視点と、分子運動というミクロな視点をつなぎ、気体の圧力・温度・体積の関係などの熱力学的理解を促進できる教育システムを開発することができた。本教育システムを活用することは、生徒が熱力学現象に興味を持ち、エネルギー概念を身につけるという教育的意義を有するものである。

本研究は,2009-2011年度の採択された科学研究費補助金基盤研究(C)「地域における戦争遺跡の複合的・総合的アーカイブと学習材としての活用」の総括の一部を報告するものである.本研究では,2007・2008年度の報告を踏まえ,まず現在の全国における戦争遺跡について,特に文化庁を中心とした「近代化遺産総合調査」による取り組みを整理するともに,全国における戦争遺跡の指定・登録の現状とその類型的分析を試みた.さらに現在は文化財としての指定・登録が全くなされていない秋田県を事例として取り上げ,県下の戦争遺跡を抽出するとともにその類型的分析を行った.また,今回は戦争遺跡を活用した実践的取り組みとして,秋田大学における「社会科巡見」で取り組んでいる実践事例を紹介した.This research is 2009-2011 Auxiliary gold research adopted in fiscal science research (C) in "utilization as a complex and comprehensive archive of the war-related sites in the region and learning materials" part of the summary report. In this study, 2007-2008 Modernization of legacy general survey based on the report of the fiscal year, first with cultural affairs especially about the war-related sites in the current national efforts to organize at least, tried to present the war-related sites in the country of registration and its typological analysis. More featured registered and designated as important cultural assets was not made at all now Akita Prefecture as an example, went to extract the war ruins of the prefecture with its typological analysis. Also introduced practices working in "social studies fieldwork" in Akita University as a pragmatic approach this time utilizing the war-related sites.

Specimens of the nudibranch Gymnodoris nigricolor were found on the fins of three gobiid fish species, Amblyeleotris ogasawarensis, Ctenogobiops pomastictus, and C, feroculus, near Oujima and Sesoko Islands, Okinawa, in February and May, 1994. These gobiids inhabit the burrows of snapping shrimps. The nudibranchs could be found attached to any fin (caudal, dorsal, pectoral, anal, and pelvic fins) of these fish, and they appeared to feed on a portion of the fin membrane together with one or two of the adjacent fin rays. In the laboratory, G. nigricolor also attached to a free-living gobiid fish, Bathygobius cocosensis. Nudibranchs gathered in glass tubes that had been used as refuges by A. ogasawarensis and C. pomastictus. This suggests that the nudibranchs were attracted to substances that had originated from the fish and remained in the tubes. The nudibranchs did not always attach to the fins of test fish, and individuals that did so detached themselves 1-2 days later. Their association with the fish thus appears to be a predator-prey interaction. Spawning of Gymnodoris nigricolor was observed in a rearing tank. About 200-700 eggs of 0.15 mm in diameter were found in each egg mass. Embryos hatched 10-11 days after oviposition at 24°C.

Nollywood is one of the key issues in the contemporary African media worlds. Since 2001 I have conducted my research on video culture in Sokoto, Northern Nigeria. In this article I trace some developmental processes of popular market literature and video-movie among the Hausa-speaking people, and try to analyze kungfu video-movies produced in Sokoto, as resulting from watching Hong Kong movies for several decades.

農作物の選別作業において、曲がり具合は重要な要因の一つである。特にアスパラガスやキュウリなどの曲がり具合は商品価値に直接影響する。曲がり具合の選別基準が曖昧なために選別の自動化は容易ではないにも関わらず、限られた時期に効率よく出荷するために選別の自動化に関する要求は極めて高い。アスパラガスの形状選別を自動化するために、我々はファジィ論理を曲がり度合の確定に用い、ニューラルネットワークを曲がり具合による形状の分類に用いた。この手法により、アスパラガス100本のサンプルで93%が熟練者の視覚による選別と一致した。

Objectives: Reproductive functions are influenced by various feeding regulators. Orexin, which is one of orexinergic peptides, suppresses the pulsatile secretion of luteinizing hormone (LH) in bilaterally ovariectomized (OVX) rats. However, the mechanism of this effect is still not clear. To investigate whether neuropeptide Y (NPY) is involved in the orexin A-mediated suppression of pulsatile LH secretion, we evaluated the effects of NPY antibody on the suppressive effect of orexin A. Methods: Orexin A was administered intracerebroventricularly (icv) and NPY antibody (NPY-Ab) was injected before icv administration of orexin A in OVX rats. Pulsatile LH secretion was analyzed by measuring serum LH concentrations in the next 2 h in blood samples drawn at 6-min intervals by radioimmunoassay. Results: Administration of orexin A significantly reduced the mean LH concentration and LH pulse frequency. Co-administration of NPY antibody with orexin A significantly restored the suppressive effect of orexin A on the mean LH concentration and LH pulse frequency. Conclusion: NPY mediated the suppressive effect of intracerebroventricularly injected orexin A on pulsatile LH secretion, suggesting that hypothalamic orexin suppressed pulsatile gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH) secretion via NPY in the hypothalamus of female rats. 概念チャートDBと教育評価DBを統一したMY・DBのマニュアルを作成した. また, UNIXマシンのCシエルコマンドを利用した概念チャートDBを作成すると共にそのシステムの使用説明書を作成した. 概念チャートDBを教育に活用し, その結果は, 物理概念のDB, 経営情報(処理)DBとそれぞれ別々に国際学会に報告する. 教育評価DBについては, 実際に教育に活用した結果をも報告する. 上記マニュアル類, 論文などを集めて別冊の報告書を作成したので, その詳細についてはこの別冊の報告書を参照されたい.
