日本各地に再生可能エネルギーが急拡大するとともに「メガソーラー」の存在が定着しつつある。しかし、とりわけ山林開発を伴う事業をめぐって社会紛争が増え、推進側と反対側、そして土地所有者との間での社会的亀裂を生じさせている事業も少なくない。 本稿は、全国のメガソーラー問題の多くが、共有地の性格を有してきた土地に外来型開発として計画・建設されていることに着目し、地租改正や農地改革など近代的土地所有制度の確立過程、そして高度成長期・バブル経済期の国土開発など、土地問題を規定する政策や動向の連続線上にメガソーラー問題を位置づける。そのための方法として、まず立地地域における人と自然との関係を規定してきた環境史・開発史を明らかにし、その知見をもとに問題を分析した。 長野県諏訪市四賀に計画されている長野県下最大級のメガソーラー事業は、近世以来の入会林野・牧野を戦後に分割解放した土地に計画された。この事業を事例に、土地所有者である地元牧野農業協同組合を取り巻く社会的状況の分析を行い、牧野から林野へ、そして観光開発へと資源利用の転換が起こる中で旧来より山元として有していた地位がことごとく裏目に出た結果として、メガソーラー事業への土地売却が企図されたことが推論できた。

This paper deals with concept of “Ryoiku”. That is to say, this study focused process on the three time, I before World War Ⅱ, Ⅱ. after World War Ⅱ, Ⅲ. today. The results were as follows. The concept of “Ryoiku” was urged in the field of medical and education, and welfare. We examined process on this thought, it's concept was the problems of development.

ヘルマン(Geoffrey Hellman)は2003年の著作〝Does category theory provide a framework for mathematical structuralism?"(Hellman,2003)にお いて,マックレーン(Saunders Mac Lane)による数学の圏論的基礎付け(Mac Lane& Moerdijk,1992)とアウディ(Steve Awodey)の圏論を用いる構造 主義(Awodey,1996)を誤って結びつけた。彼がどのように誤ったかは,ア ウディの圏論を用いる構造主義の実際を見ることで理解できる。さらにアウ ディの構造主義に特徴的な「図式」の概念(Awodey,2004)に対してヘルマ ンは数学的真理の所在と射のみの立場の一貫性の観点から疑問を呈している (Hellman,2009)。前者の問いは図式の指示の観点から実際に問題であり,後 者の疑問は不適切な問題設定であると思われる。

Despite the popular assumption that yōkai has been one of the central themes in Japanese folkloristics, there have actually been few monographs about them. Given this, I discuss how yōkai became excluded from folkloristics by examining works of Kazuhiko Komatsu. By contrasting Komatsu and Kunio Yanagita, I suggest that Komatsu more or less explicitly replaced yōkai from old-style folkloristics to structural anthropology. His analysis of yōkai is particularly anthropological in that he takes them to be found in the world of the Other. This fact contrasts sharply with his (and Yanagita’s) definition of folkloristics as an understanding of the Self. Yet another of his definitions would explain this replacement: a central theme of folkloristics is“ kami.” Examination of his works reveals that his view on yōkai implies that while his formulation of the continuity between yōkai and kami could apply to folk societies of the Other, contemporary societies lost this continuity. Therefore yōkai became excluded from his folkloristics.

This paper introduces our workshop on fieldwork using maps and conducts discussions regarding this in the university. In fact, using maps for fieldworkis not a new attempt. However, some problems exist in using maps that students have not sufficiently investigated as they are only interested in participant observation and interview methods. Briefly, students would gointo the field without much preparation, making it difficult for them to understand the essence of fieldwork. Therefore, we designed the workshop for building a strong "geographical imagination" and examined its effect.

ZooBank is intended as the offcial registry of Zoological Nomenclature, according to the International Commission on Zoological Nomenclature. Since its launch in 2005, more than 73,000 records of Nomenclatural Acts, >29,000 Publications, and >11,000 Authors have been deposited in ZooBank as of this writing. An explanatory introduction for ZooBank and proposed three scenarios for mandatory registration of names governed by the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature is given in the Japanese language to popularize relevant issues in domestic taxonomic researchers
