本研究の目的はドライバーの速度超過運転の習慣強度を質問紙法によって測定する尺度(SHS) を構成することである.種々の習慣に利用可能なVerplanken&Orbel(2003)のSRHIを速度超過運転習慣の強度測定用に修正・変更した.18歳~68歳のドライバーを対象にしたインターネット調査データを分析した結果,非常に高い内的整合性信頼性係数及び中程度の再検査信頼性係数(2カ月間隔)を得た.SHSと関連が予想される変数との相関分析も整合的な結果であった.クラスター分析で得られた最も習慣強度が強い群は,最も違反回数が多かった.SHSは研究用だけでなく,ドライバーのアセスメントツールとしても有用であると考えられる.

This paper examines what kind of roles journalism played on the foundation of Modern "Art" at the Meiji era in Japan. It first looks at how arts were reported by journalism when it had not yet been established as a system and discusses the intimate relation between two. It then examines how the relation gradually changed with the commencement of art exhibitions, focusing on the newspaper coverage on the "Hakubakai" exhibitions. Finally, it looks at the Bunten, the national art exhibition held by Ministry of Education, and discusses how journalism shifted to overheated reports, naturally resulting to affect the viewers.

Seiho painted three famous figure-paintings in his life. "Dancing to the tune" (1909), "Posing for the first time" (1913) and "Day Laborer" (1917). I started my study with "Cherry Viewing" (=a skeleton looking back to cherry blossoms falling, 1897) and mainly study about "Dancing heavenly maid" (Only idea, Cealing-painting of the gate, Higashi-Honganji temple, 1910-15). He was interested in human-frame and body, before 1897. He visited Paris Exposition Universal 1900, and looked around the art-expositions fulled with nude-paintings and nude-sculptures. He was deeply impressed in nude-arts. When he was requested to paint the ceiling, 1910, he decided to paint female-nudes. He investigated old-type heavenly maid in Japanese paintings and on the other hand he skeched real nude-models day after day. Finaly he failed the ceiling-painting without two trial productions. Seiho painted the lion from his sketches at Antwerp zoo. It was very real from traditional style, and was the first-prize at Art Contest 1901. Analogically saying, he wanted to paint real nude-shape from real nude models. There is the pattern extremely similar in "Lion" and "Heavenly maid". He failed it by the gaps between Japan and Europe. It is necessary to study in the future.

This paper reports on the special exhibition of Korean comics ‘Flowers that Never Wilt’ at the 2014 Angouleme International Comics Festival. It also analyzes the ‘politics’ involved in the festival site and the exhibition display. The exhibition, which dealt with the issues of ‘comfort women’, raised disputes among the three involved countries: Korea, Japan and France. This paper tries to carefully examine the cause of these disputes, and to clarify the differences or the gaps in their perspectives towards exhibiting such political issues.本稿は、フランス・アングレーム市で毎年開催されるアングレーム国際BDフェスティバルに出展された韓国漫画の展覧会「枯れない花」展を、現場のレポートを交えて概観するとともに、そこにおいて顕在化した場と展示の〈政治性〉についての考察を行うものである。これによって、日韓仏三国には、〈政治性〉をめぐる解釈に齟齬があること、またここには日韓間の問題だけではなく、ヨーロッパからみた「オリエント」としてのアジアという問題も、影を落としていることが明らかになった。

てんかんは発作だけでなく, 発作間欠期における認知機能障害や精神症状を伴う罹病期間の長い疾患であり, 生涯にわたってQOLが大きく損なわれる. 正しい診断・治療だけでなく人生のさまざまな局面に応じた適切な指導・助言を行っていくことが重要である. そのためには, てんかんの病態だけでなく, てんかんに関連する法・制度の理解が必要となる. てんかんについては, 自立支援医療, 手帳制度, 障害者支援区分認定, 障害年金, 障害者雇用制度などについて理解しておくとよい. 一方で, てんかん発作よる悲劇的な自動車事故は社会問題化している. 自動車運転に関連した法・制度は流動的であり, 運転免許制度に関する知識の更新を心がけたい.

Marijuana has been used as a traditional medicine and a pleasure-inducing drug for thousands of years around the world, especially in Asia. Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, major psychoactive component of marijuana, has been shown to interact with specific cannabinoid receptors, thereby eliciting a variety of pharmacological responses in experimental animals and human. In 1990, the gene encoding a cannabinoid receptor (CB1) was cloned. This prompted the search for endogenous ligands. In 1992, N-arachidonoylethanolamine (anandamide) was isolated from pig brain as an endogenous ligand, and in 1995, 2-arachidonoylglycerol was isolated from rat brain and canine gut as another endogenous ligand. Both anandamide and 2-arachidonoylglycerol exhibit various cannabimimetic activities. The results of structure-activity relationship experiments, however, revealed that 2-arachidonoylglycerol, but not anandamide, is the intrinsic natural ligand for the cannabinoid receptor. 2-Arachidonoylglycerol is a degradation product of inositol phospholipids that links the function of the cannabinoid receptors with the enhanced inositol phospholipid turnover in stimulated tissues and cells. The possible physiological roles of cannabinoid receptors and 2-arachidonoylglycerol in various mammalian tissues such as those of the nervous and inflammatory cells are demonstrated. Furthermore, the future development of therapeutic drugs coming from this endocannabinoid system are discussed.

インフルエンザウイルス (flu)ワクチン接種,flu 感染は小児特発性ネフローゼ症候群 (NS)再発の誘因となるがその詳細を検討した報告はない。今回,flu ワクチン接種または感染を契機としてNS 再発に至った小児6 例を報告する。flu ワクチン接種によるNS 再発が3 例 (以下,ワクチン再発例),flu 感染によるNS 再発が3 例 (以下,感染再発例)で全例が男児であった。flu ワクチン,感染後に全く再発のないNS 例を対象とし,その背景を検討した。ワクチン再発例では,ワクチン接種3 回全てをNS 初発または最終再発から6 か月未満の時期に行っており対照群 (15 回中3 回)よりも多かった。感染再発例においても,flu 感染3 回全てがNS 初発または最終再発から6 か月未満の時期で対照群 (5 回中0 回)よりも多かった。flu ワクチン,感染に伴ったNS 再発には,背景に症例毎の病勢の影響が存在するかもしれない。本検討は症例数が少なく,今後大規模な多施設共同研究が望まれる。

2013年8月6日に死亡したタンチョウのヒナを剖検したところ、鼻腔内と前胸および叉骨間気嚢から20 個体の線虫が検出された。形態学的に検討した結果、円虫上科開嘴虫科のCyathostoma属Hovorkonema亜属の一種であった。種名決定は保留されたが、タンチョウを宿主としたCyathostoma属線虫の報告は初であり、同時に、この属線虫の国内初となった。本属線虫はミミズを待機宿主として利用することが知られ、この個体は親からミミズを盛んに給餌されていたため、幼虫を含んだミミズを採食して感染したと考えられた。
