本研究は,2個の弁別課題を併行して訓練する併行弁別事態において,後述学習における先行学習の適切次元の有無を変数として,過剰訓練の効果を検討した。 5×2の要因計画が用いられ,第1の要因は移行の型であり,全体逆転移行(W),部分逆転移行(P),半次元外移行-I (HEDS-I), 半次元外移行-II (HEDS-II)か次元外移行(EDS)であった。第2の要因は過剰訓練の有無であり,過剰訓練0試行か過剰訓練24試行かであった。被験者60名(平均年齢4歳1か月; 平均知能115.3)の幼児で,6名ずつ下位群に分けられた。先行学習の規準(5回連続正反応)到達後,あるいは所定の過剰訓練後,ただちに5個の移行条件(W, P, HEDS-I, HEDS-II, EDS)のいずれかを行った。移行学習規準は5回連続正反応であった。正反応に対する強化は"あたり"という言語強化と,ブザー音と黄色ランプの点灯の非言語強化とであった。 主要な結果は次の通りであった。 (1),全体逆転移行群の学習は過剰訓練によって促進される傾向がみられた。また半次元外移行-II群の逆転群の逆転課題の学習は過剰訓練によって促進された。しかし過剰訓練は部分逆転移行群の学習を遅延した。 (2),過剰訓練は半次元外移行-II群の次元外移行課題の学習を促進したが,次元外移行群の学習を促進も遅延もしなかった。 (3),全体逆転移行群と部分逆転移行群の後続学習課程は,標準訓練条件下では異ならないが,過剰訓練条件下では互に異なっていた。 (4),次元外移行課題における学習行程は,半次元外移行-I群,半次元外移行-II群および次元外移行群の3群間に差がみられなかった。 本研究の結果は,後続学習における先行学習の適切次元の有無が過剰訓練の効果を規定する重要な要因であることを示している。さらに先行学習の適切次元が後続学習に存在する場合には,過剰訓練は次元外移行学習をも促進することを明らかにしている。

Aging progresses, in Japanese local governments, the cost of welfare has been pressure on the budget. The reason is that, the demand of residents and system of the country has increased the cost of welfare. In this paper, we assumed that budget of the local governments are determined by the demand of residents. We examined the relationship between the current expenditure of local governments and aging by median voter hypothesis. At this time, we assumed that median voter is median age of 20 years of age or older. For the analysis of public demand function, we used the data of the local governments that have less than 100,000 and more than 50,000 populations. We were confirmed that median voter hypothesis is applied in these small and medium cities. From the results of this analysis, we were confirmed that budget of these governments are increased by median age of 20 years of age or older, average salary of civil servants and population. On the other hand, these are decreased by local tax rate and population density.

本研究は密林に覆われた古代都市アンコール帝国の実像解明を目的としている.2012年に取得されたLiDAR地形データから作成した高分解能赤色立体図は密林下の地形と遺構を鮮明に描き出し,王都アンコール・トム周辺地域を含む往時の都市構造を解読することが可能となった.LiDAR地形データをベースに王都内の現況水路網の配水・排水検証と降雨に対する挙動を数値計算した結果、自然勾配を生かした水路網と溜池群などの水利都市構造が,雨季と乾季に二分されるこの地域の気象環境条件を克服し,多数の人口を維持するために機能していたことが推定された.

An optimization program for single point mooring floating production systems, which are currently employed for marginal offshore oil field, was developed. This program is applicable for typical six kinds of single point mooring systems, i.e., CALM-Yoke type, Turret Mooring type, SALM hawser type, Articulated Column-Yoke type, SALS type, and Tower Soft Yoke type.Type program contains detail analysis programs and simplified optimization program. The detail analysis programs are developed based on the up-to-data theory and are capable of performing dynamic and static analysis of mooring system and flexible riser, vibration and fatigue analysis of mooring chain, downtime analysis of floating production system and other analysis. These functions were verified by using model test results and full-scale test results. Some results are presented.The simplified optimization program was developed for preliminary evaluation of mooring system for a specific oil field. Using the detail analysis programs, a series of calculation was carried out and the results were compiled as built-in database, which contributes to shor-ter calculation time. By using this program, the optimized dimensions of mooring system will be derived from the input of water depth, environmental data, and storage capacity.

800MHz帯FPU(Field Pick-up Unit)システムは,マラソン中継などの移動映像伝送に用いられている.現在,筆者らはより高画質で途切れにくい次世代システムを目指してMIMO伝送技術および誤り訂正技術の研究を行っている.直列連接LDGM(SCLDGM:Serially-Concatenated Low-Density Generator Matrix)符号はLDPC(Low-density Parity-check)符号の短所である符号化演算量とエラーフロアの両方を低減可能な符号としてFPU用の誤り訂正符号として着目しており,これまでに連接に適したLDGM構造の提案などを行い,シミュレーションによる評価を行ってきた.今回,野外移動伝送実験によりSCLDGM符号の特性を現行システムの畳込み+RS(Reed-Solomon)連接符号などと比較した評価を行った.さらに,FPUシステムへのLDGM符号の導入に向けた観点から符号についての考察を行った.
