目 的:マッサージの免疫学的,心理学的及び血清脂質に及ぼす影響を検討する.<br> デザイン:32 名に対する被検者内比較試験<br> 場 所:京都府立盲学校及び京都府立医科大学<br> 方 法:18 歳から 56 歳までの 32 人の成人(男性 10 人,女性 22 人)に 25 分間の全身のマッサージをおこない,白血球数,白血球分類,血清脂質,唾液分泌型 IgA,STAI 不安尺度 (State-Trait Anxiety Inventory) などにつき検討した.<br> 結 果:心理学的指標;状態不安,特性不安,ともに有意に減少した.血清脂質;統計学的に有意な血液希釈が認められ,血清 T-CHO HDL-c,LDL-c ともに有意減少した (p<0.001).免疫学的指標;統計学的に有意な好中球の減少 (p<0.05) と CD16 陽性細胞の減少 (p<0.01) が認められた.<br> 結 論:以上により,マッサージ療法は不安を軽減し,免疫力および血清脂質濃度に影響を与えることが示唆された.<br>

本研究では大腸特異的VDRKOマウスを作出し、炎症性腸疾患および炎症性発癌モデル実験をおこない、両疾患に対する大腸のVDRの機能解明をめざした。大腸特異的VDRKOマウスは炎症性発癌による死亡率が高かったが、生存したマウスについては両モデルともコントロールマウスとの差は認められなかった。これは両モデルにおいてコントロールマウスの大腸におけるVdr遺伝子発現が減少したためであると考えられた。一方コントロールマウスで高頻度に認められた脱肛および腸管の周辺組織への癒着は大腸特異的VDRKOマウスでは認められず、大腸のVDRがこれらの表現型に関与していることが示唆された。

今年度は以下の研究を進展させた。①大学組織に関する基礎研究の一環として、昨年度に引き続き、Bess&DeeのUnderstanding College and University Organizationの翻訳勉強会を進めた。②所属組織保有の過去の調査データをマージして二次分析に生かすための検討を行った。併せて東洋経済新報社刊『大学四季報』のデータを購入し、東洋経済新報社とのコラボレーションにより、大学の外形特性と生産性・競争的資金獲得との関係に関する計量分析を行い、2018年2月2日RIHE公開セミナーにおいてその成果を報告した。③方法論の見直し・新手法の適用可能性を検討し、その成果を分担研究者との連名で高等教育学会編『高等教育研究』の依頼論文(2017年6月刊行)、研究協力者との連名でディスカッションペーパーシリーズ(広島大学高等教育研究開発センター刊)として刊行した。④研究分担者により、大学の機能最適化に関する数学モデルで用いられる機能分化指数を用い,カリフォルニア及びニューヨークの大学群の機能の経年変化の分析を行い,UC Berkeley 公共政策大学院高等教育研究センターのリサーチペーパーとして発表した。⑤研究分担者により、大学組織の基本単位である学部に着目し,特に改組を行った人文社会系学部を取りあげ,当該学部の教員構成を分析した。その成果は、2017年度の日本高等教育学会にて報告された。⑥研究分担者により、シンガポールの高等教育の将来像を示す「SkillsFuture」政策およびシンガポール工科大学(SIM)の過去10年の発展の経緯と今後の戦略についての情報収集を行った。さらに、フランスにおける大学組織の在り方や統合・連携等についての調査研究を行い、大学の統合・連携の進展が進行しつつあり、全ての大学が統合又は地域毎に連携しなければならないことが明らかになった。

本論文は、倫理的消費やソーシャルビジネスに参入する消費者ならびに生産者の行動動機と、それを支える経済・社会的メカニズム(「倫理的市場」と呼ぶ)を、経済学的に明らかにすることを目的としている。結果として、倫理的市場を形成するには、倫理的消費とソーシャルビジネスをつなぐプラットフォームの媒介的機能が必要であること、また、チャリティーショップを事例に、家庭におけるボランティアの参加が倫理的市場を形成する要因になることを示した。

When teachers score classroom speaking tests, intensive rater training ahead of the test may not always be possible. The current study examines the extent to which rater reliability can be maintained using a simple rubric without detailed rater training. We analyzed four speaking tests for senior high school students (N = 116). The speaking tests involved an individual presentation, a paired role play, and two group discussions across seven months. Each test was evaluated using a simple rubric by two or more raters who did not receive intensive rater training. The data was analyzed using many-facet Rasch measurement and generalizability theory. The results suggest that in general, raters scored similarly and consistently. The number of raters required to maintain sufficient reliability (Φ = .70), at the overall test level, was one to four, with group discussion tests requiring more raters or intensive rater training. Pedagogical implications with regard to the allocation of limited resources of time and raters were discussed.

メトホルミンの過量服薬を契機に乳酸アシドーシス,急性腎不全を呈した2型糖尿病の1例を経験したので報告する.症例は50歳代男性.入院2週間前より気分の落ち込み,食欲不振を認めていた.入院2日前の採血で血清Cre 1.50 mg/dL,血糖247 mg/dL,血液ガス分析では異常を認めず,入院前日の採血ではCre 1.42 mg/dLであった.入院前日の夜にメトホルミンを推定4000 mg服用し,嘔気嘔吐,下痢が出現したため,翌日当院へ救急搬送となった.血液ガス分析でpH 6.91,乳酸25.0 mmol/L,採血でCre 4.39 mg/dLと,乳酸アシドーシス,急性腎不全を認めた.来院後速やかに緊急血液透析を開始することで救命し得た.メトホルミンの過量服薬後に急激な腎機能悪化を認めた経過から,メトホルミンによる直接的な腎障害が示唆された.迅速な血液透析が治療に有効であったので報告する.

<p>Cavitation phenomenon in automotive torque converter causes various problems such as erosion, noise and performance deterioration. In this study, the mechanisms of cavitation occurrence and its effect on the torque converter performance are discussed by experiment and numerical analysis. It is found that the inception cavitation number decreases as the speed ratio increases and is less influenced by the pump rotational speed. Since the cavitation locally occurs at the inception condition and the local minimum pressure coefficient obtained by the numerical analysis well correlates with the incipient cavitation number, the cavitation inception based on the naked-eye observation is found to be not significantly influenced by the dissolved air. On the other hand, the performance degradation is found to be strongly affected by the amount of dissolved air. Many bubbles are observed in the whole flow passage at this condition. Since the averaged pressure inside the torque converter flow passage well correlates with the gas equilibrium pressure in the high dissolved air condition, it is found that the density decrease due to the huge amount of gas bubble generation deteriorates the performance of torque converter. However, at low dissolved air condition, the above correlation does not well hold, which seems to indicate that the performance degradation is caused by the local vaporous cavitation.</p>

In this paper, we report construction of neural network potentials (NNPs) of Au-Li binary systems based on density functional theory (DFT) calculations and analyses of alloying properties. To accelerate construction of NNPs, we proposed an efficient method of structural dataset generation using the symmetry function-based principal component analysis. We investigated the mixing energy of Au1-xLix with fine composition grids, which were achieved owing to the lower computational cost of NNPs. The obtained results agree well with the DFT values, where we found previously unreported stable compositions. In addition, we examined the alloying process starting from the phase separated structure to the complete mixing phase using Au/Li superlattice structures. We found that when multiple adjacent Au atoms dissolved into Li, the alloying of the entire Au/Li interface started from the dissolved region. These results demonstrate the applicability of NNPs toward miscible phase and provides the understanding of the alloying mechanism.

コニカルカーボンナノ構造の熱伝導に関する非平衡シミュレーションを行った。カップ・スタックナ・ノファイバーはバリスティック熱伝導性を示すのに対して、ヘリカル・ナノファイバーでは拡散伝導性を示した。シミュレーションでは10nmの構造でもセーベック係数は小さく、熱電変換やナノ冷却が十分期待できる。

本研究プロジェクトによって以下の点が明らかとなった。日本政府はこれまで政策改善に向けた努力を疎かにしてきたわけではない(職員の政策能力向上に向けた施策の展開、省庁付属の政策研究機関および議員の政策立案作業支援のための機関の設置、審議会の透明化・民主化など)。大学もまた公共政策プログラムを矢継ぎ早に開設してきた。にもかかわらず、政策分析はいまだ独立したプロフェッションとして確立されておらず、その活用もごく限られたレベルに留まっている。我々は、政策分析の質を向上し、より良い政策の決定・実施の可能性をどうすれば高めることができるかについて、いくつかの具体的方策を確認することができた。
