移動中継用の700MHz帯FPUはマラソンや駅伝の中継で映像,音声を伝送するために用いられているが,総務省の周波数再編アクションプランにより1.2GHz帯,2.3GHz帯へ周波数を移行することが検討されている.移行先の周波数は現行の周波数より高く波長が短くなることから,中継車屋上にアンテナを設置した際,車両屋上の形状による送信アンテナの放射特性への影響がより大きくなることが懸念される.今回,700MHz帯,1.2GHz帯,2.3GHz帯FPUの送信アンテナ,中継車をモデル化し,それぞれについて解析,比較した.その結果,車両屋上からアンテナ高をとることでその影響を軽減できることがわかった.

Hikifuda -business advertisement- with an illustration created in the Edo era was developed in the Meiji era by the printing technology improvement to calendar types and even to page-a-day style calendars, which formed the fundamentals of today's calendar variations. Hikifudas with an illustration in a major way were appreciated by common people as plain arts and led to picture supplements of major newspapers and the emergence and popularity of business posters. However such common arts ceased in the 10s of the Showa era by the popularity of page-a-day style calendars from the Taisho to Showa eras and the controlled economy during the World War II, and did not recover before 1945. One may observe the enthusiasm and efforts of professional people dedicated in printing in the Meiji era, safe and comfortable life, long for material wealth, and change and accumulation of people's various desires through those hikifudas.

Rekidai Hoan is a collection of Ryukyuan diplomatic documents, covering 500 years from the 15th to the 19th century, which are the first class historical materials, to elucidate the history of Ryukyuan intercourse and especially trade with foreign countries and to make clear the historical situations of the East Asia of the times as well.

We encountered cases in which the anticoagulant effects of warfarin (CYP2C9 substrate) were reversibly attenuated by the concomitant administration of rifampicin or bosentan, which are potent pregnane X receptor (PXR) ligands. The purpose of the present study is to report the previous case with rifampicin, and to evaluate the changes in the warfarin anticoagulant effects when withdrawing or switching bosentan treatment. The former is a case study of a 4-year-old girl undergoing warfarin treatment. The latter is a longitudinal study of 20 pediatric patients receiving stable warfarin treatment. The prothrombin time and international normalized ratio (PT-INR) values were extracted from the medical records and normalized by the daily-dose per body size as an index for the warfarin anticoagulant effects. Rifampicin treatment resulted in a 52.0% decrease in the anticoagulant index. On the other hand, 10 of 20 patients started bosentan and their anticoagulant index was reduced by a median of 2.00. Bosentan was withdrawn in 4 of 20 patients and their anticoagulant index increased by a median of 3.67. Six of 20 patients switched from bosentan to macitentan, which is considered not to activate PXR in clinical settings. However, switching from bosentan to macitentan resulted in a median of 2.25 reduction of the anticoagulant index rather than recovery of the response to warfarin. This study suggests not only the possibility of heterogeneity in the response to PXR activation and deactivation, but also the importance of long-term monitoring of drug–drug interactions when switching from bosentan to macitentan.

災害復興におけるソーシャル・キャピタルの役割が注目されている. ソーシャル・キャピタルとは 「社会関係資本」 と訳され, 他者への信頼感, 助け合いの意識, ネットワーク, 社会参加などで評価される人間関係の強さを表す概念である. 先行研究において, 災害発生時, ソーシャル・キャピタルの豊かな地域ではPTSDやうつといった精神疾患の発症リスクが低いとの報告も行われている.本研究では福島第一原子力発電所事故からの避難者を対象にソーシャル・キャピタルとメンタルヘルスの関連について調査を行った. その結果, 高齢者を対象とした調査, 子育て中の母親を対象とした調査のいずれも, 個人レベルのソーシャル・キャピタルが豊かなほどメンタルヘルスが悪化しにくいことが明らかとなった.今後, ソーシャル・キャピタル醸成の視点を取り入れた災害復興政策を行っていくことが重要であると考えられた.

熊本地震の震災関連死に認定された者のうち3割が車中泊を行なっていたことが報告されている。車中泊による影響は,身体のみならず精神的負担も大きく,車中泊が及ぼす影響についての報告は少ない。そこで,本研究は被災就労者を対象に,熊本地震1年後の車中泊者の特性と精神的健康に影響を及ぼす要因を検討する。対象者は,熊本県上益城郡にある工業団地13社の被災就業者460名を対象者とし,車中泊あり群,車中泊なし群の2群に分類し分析した。結果,車中泊あり群は181名(72.7%)を占めていた。車中泊なし群に比べて,アテネ不眠尺度(Athene Insomnia Scale以下AIS),PTSDスクリーニング尺度(Impact of Event Scale-Revised以下IES-R),精神的健康調査票(General Health Questionnaire 以下GHQ 28)が有意に高いことが明らかになった。次に,精神的健康(①IES-R,②GHQ 28)の関連について重回帰分析を行なった結果,IES-R得点には,「身体機能(PF)」,「社会生活機能(SF)」,「不安と不眠」,「車中泊の有無」が,GHQ 28得点には,「活力(VT)」,「回避症状」,「車中泊の有無」,「自覚症状の有無」が影響を及ぼす要因として明らかになった。災害時の就労者の精神的負担は,累積された業務負担の上に課されている。長引く精神的負担は,改善されない可能性が指摘されており,早急に支援対策の在り方について検討する必要性が高いことが示唆された。

Purpose: We attempted to clarify the relationship between the signal intensity (SI) in the hepatobiliary phase of gadoxetic acid-enhanced magnetic resonance (MR) imaging and the efficacy of hepatic arterial infusion chemotherapy (HAIC) in hepatocellular carcinomas (HCCs).Methods: We enrolled 14 patients with HCCs who underwent gadoxetic acid-enhanced MR imaging prior to HAIC using cisplatin and 5-fluorouracil. In the hepatobiliary phase, we calculated the SI of the HCCs and the background liver. In cases with multiple HCCs, we calculated the SI of the largest lesion. Patients were classified into high (n = 7) and low intensity (n = 7) groups based on the median value of the SI ratio (SI of the tumor/SI of the background liver). We analyzed progression-free survival using the Kaplan-Meier method and the log-rank test. In the 5 patients with a history of HCC surgery, we compared the expression of immunohistochemical organic anion-transporting polypeptide (OATP) 8 between the high and low intensity groups by chi-square test.Results: The SI ratios were 0.568 ± 0.093 (mean ± standard deviation) in the high intensity group and 0.251 ± 0.086 in the low intensity group. Compared to the group with low signal intensity, the group with high signal intensity demonstrated significantly lower serum levels of alpha fetoprotein (AFP) (P = 0.0350), significantly higher progression-free survival (P = 0.0108), better differentiation of tumor grade at histologic examination (P = 0.0253), and significantly higher OATP8 expression (P = 0.0253).Conclusion: Patients with HCCs of high SI ratio in the hepatobiliary phase of gadoxetic acid-enhanced MR imaging can respond better to HAIC.
