This study explores the possible application of the "Makeup-Picture" in a clinical setting, by case studies of two adolescent females. In the first case study, the characteristics of drawings which related to the oblivious type in narcissism, observed in the study of Fujihara and Ishida (2010), and those related to the new hyper vigilant type in narcissism were identified. The results of the first case study indicated that the makeup picture is a drawing method that easily allows for the projection of female adolescents' narcissistic tendencies. The second case study showed, through the post-drawing inquiry of the makeup pictures, drawers' awareness of the way they wanted themselves to be and how they wanted themselves to be perceived. These studies show that the makeup picture could help psychotherapists assess adolescent females' narcissistic tendencies and how they feel about themselves. It is submitted that makeup pictures could also help the drawers themselves develop a deeper sense of self understanding and increase awareness of their narcissistic desires.

Recent topics of the chemical/biochemical micro/nanosystems using MEMS technologies and top down nanotechnologies are reviewed. This field is called Micro Total Analysis Systems (μTAS), the Lab-on-a-Chip and BioMEMS. The largest international academic conference of this field, Micro Total Analysis Systems (μTAS 2002), was held in Nara, Japan last November. A general trend in the conference is analyzed and described. Some noteworthy papers concerning the technologies of biomolecule handling and separation are picked up and introduced.

今回, 我々は新しいデータ解析の方法論としての exploratory data analysis の基礎的手法である boxplot および robust regression analysis を応用して正常集団におけるアポ蛋白値に及ぼす種々の背景要因の影響について検討し, 以下の結論を得た.1) Apo-AII (40歳代), Apo-B (30歳代), Apo-CII (40歳代), Apo-CIII (30歳代, 40歳代) は男性が女性より有意な高値を示した.2) 男性ではApo-B, Apo-CII, Apo-CIIIに, 女性ではApo-AII, Apo-B, Apo-Eに加齢の影響を認めた.3) 男性においてApo-AI, Apo-AII, Apo-CIIIの値は飲酒者が非飲酒者より高値であった.4) 男性においてApo-CII, Apo-CIIIの値は喫煙者が非喫煙者より高値であった.5) 肥満傾向の者は男性においてはApo-AII, Apo-B, Apo-CII, Apo-CIII, Apo-Eが, 女性においてはApo-AIIが高値であった.このように, 新しい統計的方法論を用いることにより比較的小数のデータでも多数例を用いた解析に劣らない有効な結果を得ることが可能であった.

2013年9月7日、東京2020オリンピック・パラリンピック開催が決定した。プレゼンテーションで取り上げられた「お・も・て・な・し」の一言は日本の良さを端的に表現し、大きなインパクトを与えた。東京オリンピック招致に成功し、ソチ冬季オリンピックが開催された今こそ、長野県内スキー場の現状を把握し、考察することが求められている。オリンピック開催地であった志賀高原を本稿では取り上げ、事例研究とする。

代々木公園,砧公園,駒沢オリンピック公園,神代植物公園の4公園内に設置された計12売店における売上げ高と(1)公園人口からの距離(2)周辺空間特性(3)売店の見える範囲の大小(4)設備の質(5)新旧感(6)建物の広さの6因子との相関関係を分析した。売上げ高は「売上げ日報」,分析は数量化I類等によった。その結果次の点が明らかになった。売上げへの影響因子は大きいものから(1),(2),(3),(4),(5),(6)の順となっており,売店の売上げは売店そのものの形態よりもその立地に大きく影響されることがわかる。なお休,平日それぞれの平均売上げ高比較は凡そ休日:平日=5:1であり,天候による平均売上げ高比較は凡そ晴天:曇天:雨天=5:2:1である。
