重度視覚障害者に対する学力判定試験として音声による試験の可能性を検討するために英語と国語問題の試行試験を行った.点字触読技能を十分に習得していない重度視覚障害学生のためのリスニングによる試験方法を検討するためである.問題はコンピュータの合成音声,デジタル・ボイスレコーダで録音した肉声をパソコン再生,DAISY レコーダの3方式で提示された.科目は英語の語彙力テスト,英語読解問題と国語の読解問題であった.いずれの形式でも視覚障害者は音声のみで回答可能であり,試験における特別措置の方法としての可能性が示唆された.解答所要時間は問題録音時間の1.1 倍から2.6 倍要した.点字や墨字試験との比較を行い特別措置としての標準化研究が必要である.

最近,稔合学習の実施にともない野外観察が再び重要となってきた。しかし多くの高校では,地学の授業がなく,また受けたとしても実物をみたことがない,暗記するだけの授業が多かった。このため多くの中学校,小学校の教師にとって野外で大地の変動や岩石の説明をすることは難しい。一般的に知られている花崗岩も地域により,色,鉱物の量,鉱物の大きさなどが違っているため,花崗岩と思わない場合もある。このため多くの中学校,小学校の教師が間違った認識をもっていることがある。これらの間違いを少なくするため,登山の途中で見られる岩石を使って教育現場で使える岩石や火山についての自然観寮を考える観察路を開拓した。

JAXAが実施している公募型研究の一環として,Tilt Wing VTOL無人機の1種である4発ティルト翼無人機(QTW-UAV)の飛行制御則を設計した.本研究では,固有不安定なQTW-UAVを安全に飛行させるための安定増大装置と,パイロットのワークロード軽減のための操縦性増大装置を設計した.これらの設計にはそれぞれLMIおよびコントローラの低次元化に基づくPID制御則設計手法を適用した.本発表ではこれら2つの設計法を紹介し,得られた制御則の有効性を確認するために実施した非線形Human-in-the-loopシミュレーションの結果を報告する.

Reddish pulp is one of the most serious disorders in peach production, in which originally white flesh undergoes pink to red discoloration with the development of a mealy texture. In order to clarify the relationship between the incidence of reddish pulp and flowering date, the occurrence of reddish pulp was investigated in ‘Benishimizu’ and ‘Shimizu Hakuto’ fruit with different flowering dates for three seasons. In both cultivars, the percentage of fruit with reddish pulp was higher in early flowering fruit than late flowering fruit in all three seasons. Analysis of pectin and boron contents in immature fruit sampled from June 23 to July 8, prior to observing the symptoms of reddish pulp, showed no statistically significant differences in pectin content between early and late flowering fruit. On the other hand, the boron content in flesh was significantly lower in early flowering fruit that bloomed on April 1 than in late flowering fruit that bloomed on April 11 in ‘Benishimizu’. In addition, a significantly higher total polyphenol content, which is one of the characteristics of reddish pulp, was found in early flowering fruit. The results indicate that the flowering date has a large impact on the incidence of reddish pulp, and the disorder is more prevalent in early than late flowering fruit. The possible relationships among the development of reddish pulp, boron deficiency, pectin content, and increase in total polyphenol content are discussed.

本研究は,震災発生後の管理会計の実態,平常時と復旧/復興期の管理会計の役割や重要性の相違について実態調査を行った。その結果,震災後も管理会計は使用されたが,使用する目的の重要性の変化や震災時特有の使われ方があることが明らかになった。

Cockroaches are parasitized by thelastomatid nematodes, which live in an obligate manner in their hindgut and interact with the resident microbial community. In the present study, a composition analysis was performed on the gut microbiome of Periplaneta fuliginosa and P. americana to investigate natural and artificial infection by thelastomatid nematodes. Nine libraries of the 16S rRNA gene V3–V4 region were prepared for pyrosequencing. We examined the complete gut microbiome (fore-, mid-, and hindgut) of lab-reared P. fuliginosa naturally infected with the parasitic nematode Leidynema appendiculatum and those that were nematode-free, and complemented our study by characterizing the hindgut microbial communities of lab-reared P. americana naturally infected with Hammerschmidtiella diesingi and Thelastoma bulhoesi, artificially infected with L. appendiculatum, and those that were nematode-free. Our results revealed that the fore- and midgut of naturally infected and nematode-free P. fuliginosa have close microbial communities, which is in contrast with hindgut communities; the hindgut communities of both cockroaches exhibit higher microbial diversities in the presence of their natural parasites and marked differences were observed in the abundance of the most representative taxa, namely Firmicutes, Proteobacteria, and Bacteroidetes. Our results have provided basic information and encourage further studies on multitrophic interactions in the cockroach gut as well as the thelastomatid nematodes that play a role in this environment.

近年,太陽地球系物理の分野では,高度に発達した計測機器開発による観測範囲の拡大ならびに国際協調プロジェクトの立ち上がりを背景として,世界各地の観測データを蓄積したデータサイトからの観測データの横断的検索,分析を提供するシステムが要請されている.しかし,対象領域が多様性に富んでいるため,システム構成にも変化があり,Grid Computing やWeb Service での統合も困難であることが明らかになっている.既存のシステムへの変化のインパクトを最小に抑え,かつ多様性の記述と柔軟な連携を実現するメタデータの記述を検討した.広くコンテンツ情報配信に利用されているRSS1.0 の簡素さとRSS1.0 がRDF/XML に基づいていることからオントロジ要素の記述に基づいた拡張ができることに注目し,RSS の独自拡張を施すことで既存のシステムと新しい流れの技術の親和的融合が実現できた.本論文では太陽地球系物理分野の観測データのメタデータの記述のコンテナとしてRSS を利用するための検討結果について報告する.In the Solar-Terrestrial Physics (STP) field, the Virtual Observatory (VO) project is difficult to realize because the data model of STP is wide-ranged and rich in diversity. To realize VO in STP, we have to develop the method that absorbs the gap between the data models in many data site. We have designed the light-weight meta-data delivery mechanism with RSS 1.0 which supports the extensibility from the RDF nature. We have designed the class and relationships of between Mission, Team, Group, User, and observatory data with OWL by the lesson of comparing the difference of models and web-services: CDAS and STARS. This RSS/RDF based meta-data proposes promising prospects which it shows capabilities of changing the specification without breaking forward application compatibility by making deduction from ontology information.
