本研究は新たな声紋認証手法の開発を目的とする.提案システムは特徴量抽出に Fast Fourier Transform を用い,識別器に未知のパターンに対して排除能力が優れた Radial Basis Function Networks(RBFN) を用いる.提案手法は RBFN の出力細胞数を 1 としているために,特定個人の認識と未知のパターンの排除に優れると予測される.実験により認証対象者となる被験者の未学習データを評価し,提案手法の認証率および排除率を確認する.

エキスパート・システムにおける知識ベースの推論機構からの独立,知識ベースの宣言的表現法,ヒ-リスティックスの利用,優れたユーザーインターフェースという特徴は,その手法の企業評価論への適用可能性を高めている。本研究で実際に作成された企業評価システムは従来の財務諸表分析の知識をルール化することに成功し,かなり高度な専門的解決能力を示した。

Under the 'Abbasid dynasty, qadis in Kufa differed from those in Medina in their origin, personal connections and scholastic tendencies. In Kufa, the influence of Ibrahim Nakha'i, Ibn Abi Layla and Abu Hanifa was strong, and their relatives and disciples assumed the post of gadis. There were political strives behind the appointment and dismissal of qadis. Sharik became a qadi after Ibn Abi Kayla who was cooperative with the government, but he lost his post due to the persecution of unorthodoxy in the reign of al-Mahdi. After Abu Yusuf assumed the post of a qadi al-qudat, many disciples of Abu Hanifa became qadis in Kufa in the days of Barmakid and al-Ma'mun. Liberal tendencies in Iraq in those days appear to have been reflected in the views of qadis and lawyers of Kufa.This tendency and pro-Shi'ite trends in Kufa came into conflict with the qadis and lawyers in Medina. Among the qadis of Medina there were few scholars who studied law and Hadith, but people of the Bakr and 'Umar families, who were descendents of Abu Bakr and 'Umar condemned by the Shi'ites held many posts of qadis in Medina. It may be said that they were able to manage legal and administrative affairs in the Holy Place not because of their learning but because of their authority which they derived from being descendents of powerful families.

The paper considers the origin of dynamism in Islamic Law by examining the formation process of madhhabs (of legal schools) with a special reference to Wael B. Hallaq's Authority, Continuity, and Change in Islamic Law (2001). This text examines the doctrines and practices of madhhabs within the historical context, and shows how madhhab functioned effectively in the Islamic world before the Shariá (Islamic law) system was integrated into the modern nationstate system. The paper explains the role and the qualifications of the muftī (jurisconsult) and the musannif (authorjurist) to better illustrate the structural diversity of madhhab, focusing on the legal practices such as ijtihād, takhrīj, tarjīh, and tasnīf. In Hallaq's study, the plurality and diversity of madhhabs is considered as an important factor for both continuity and change in Islamic law, and its epistemological aspects are primarily explained. This paper further explains the ontological aspects of madhhab from the Islamic worldview, tawhīd, Showing that the dynamism in Islamic law that stems from the diversity is an exact reflection of existential relationships based on tawhhīd.

水素原子を波動関数で表すということと同じレベルで, 時空やその中のすべての物質を含む宇宙全体を波動関数で表そうとするのが, 量子宇宙論である. 古典的な宇宙論では, 宇宙は big bang から始まった事になっているが, ほんとうに始まりを議論しようとすれば, どうしても量子論が必要になる. ここ数年, インフレーション宇宙というものの後に big bang が生じたという模型が議論されてきたが, これを量子論で考えようとしたのが, 最近の量子宇宙論の研究の直接の動機である. ここでは宇宙論的側面と, 付随して問題になる量子力学そのものの解釈論など原理的側面を含めて, 最近の発展を解説する.

目的 : プライマリ・ケア診療所において, 診療所の果たすべき機能とそこで働く看護師の役割, 必要な能力を明らかにする.方法 : プライマリ・ケア診療所に勤務する医師6名と看護師11名を対象に, フィールド調査 (面接法及び参加観察法) を実施し, 質的帰納的分析を行った.結果 : プライマリ・ケア診療所には「外来機能」「在宅支援機能」「地域支援機能」の3つが抽出され, それを支える看護師の役割として「個人及び家族の健康を守る役割」「人々が住み慣れた場所で安心して療養でき/最期を迎えることを支援する役割」「地域の健康問題に対処する役割」, これらの機能を支える「診療所をマネジメントする役割」の4カテゴリーが, 役割に対応する能力として9カテゴリーと, プライマリ・ケアを実践する専門職者に必要な4つの基本能力が抽出された.結論 : 診療所におけるプライマリ・ケア看護師は幅広い役割と能力が必要とされていることが明らかになった.

目的 : 日本の透析患者は増加傾向だが, CKD診療からみた必要専門医は概算1万2千人にも関わらず実際は4~7千人しかいない. 透析の質の維持向上に工夫をしながら, 透析非専門医が行う当施設の透析医療の現状と, 透析の質について検証した.方法 : 当施設で2011年に血液透析を行った全患者を対象とし, 後方視的診療録レビューを行い, カルテ上の記載から情報収集. 日本透析医学会ガイドラインの管理目標の達成率を算出した結果 : 目標達成率は, Kt/Vdpは80.0%, ヘモグロビン69.9%, 血清アルブミン63.6%, 血清補正カルシウム85.4%, 血清リン78.3%, インタクトPTH 56.8%だった.結論 : 今回の検証において, 当施設が行う透析でも質は確保されていた. 他の分野同様, 安定した患者を家庭医などジェネラリストが受け入れることで, 専門医は, より専門性の高い患者の治療に専念できる可能性がある.

大枝流芳の通行の略伝の内容の検証と諸資料による大枝流芳研究の手がかりを紹介する。大枝流芳の本名は岩田信安、本姓は大江、大枝流芳は版本の筆名。号は漱芳ほか、多く隠逸趣味を反映している。流芳は難波でも由緒ある家格の富家の出身。多病のため世事から離れ京都に享保年中まで隠棲し貝合から始まりさまざまな雅遊の故実について漢籍・古典を渉猟し筆録し考察を加えていた。大坂に本拠を移したのは享保15、16年。香道への関心を強めたのはその頃か。享保17年御家流の口伝を受けていた大口含翠に香道伝授を願って弟子入り。含翠の香道三流に通じた解釈と幅広い知見と多くの伝書の提供を受けた流芳は、含翠とともに伝統的な公家の雅びの世界としての香道御家流を新たに作り上げた。流芳の編著について『国書総目録』に加筆訂正を行った一覧を記す。流芳の没年については新資料と推定を紹介する。

Two factors were found as a result of factor analyses of "fear" scales used in the studies of fear-appeal and attitude change. One factor was an anxious-fearful feeling. The other was an unpleasant-disgusted-angry feeling. The latter might be divided into two sub-factors: an unpleasant feeling and a disgusted-angry feeling. It was suggested from this result that "fear" should be measured multidimensionally in the study of attitude change by "fear" appeal.

This paper focuses on two educational programs for adults, one held in the U.S. and the other in Japan. People participating in the programs learn how to deal with their conscious will, in order to develop their well-formed unconscious conditions suitable for achievement of their goals embedded in their unconscious. The underlying theory derives from research findings on the automaticity of higher mental processes, such as motivation, goal-settings, social behavior, and so on. Educators and educational researchers are now expected to gather scientific rerearch findings in order to develop educational programs to help people understand and livehappier lives.
