古代中国の「傷寒論」には経絡を意識した記載がある。経絡とは経穴の機能的連絡ルートであるが, 日本の漢方界では目に見えないものとして無視をしてきた。しかし, これを自律神経の作用ルートとして経絡を理解すれば「傷寒論」の条文がよく理解できる。また鍼灸治療の立場からは要穴といわれる経穴は自律神経作用点として重要な意味をもっている。「井」穴はアドレナリン分泌作用, 「栄」穴はIFNγ分泌作用「兪」穴はPGE2分泌作用などのように, 自律神経系への作用を理解することは鍼灸治療の際に重要である。

本稿では日欧の循環政策を比較した。<br> EU は複数の PRO (Producer Responsibility Organization) を認め市場競争を利用して静脈市場を効率化し,日本は個別企業レベルでの環境配慮設計 (DfE) を促進している。競争を促進すればコストの低減が期待できるが,コスト情報の開示は困難で,情報開示度が下がり,フロー監視も困難となる。生産者と資源化事業者の間での契約も短期となり,情報のやりとりも難しく,DfE は効きにくい。<br> EU は超国家組織として,統合の深化を目指し,合意しやすい抽象化レベルの高い目標,政策の大枠,期限を設定し,実際の政策では各国が柔軟性をもって施行している。循環政策と資源政策の整合性をとりやすい。日本では,個別製品特性に配慮し,制度設計されているので,DfE は進むものと期待され,排出者責任原則も個人レベルで担保されるが,資源政策との統合は難しい。<br> 日本の家電リサイクル制度については,資源政策との整合性をどうとるのか,他のリサイクル制度も含めて検討することが必要である。

Does video clip claim for political or social issues? How the artists represent their opinions in their clips? This paper focuses on claims of clips on environmental issues, victims of the war and racism. Firstly we invest clips claiming environmental issues and victims of the war. Their message is quite political even though they were made for promotion. Clips present opinions of artists. Secondly we look into claims for racism in clips, especially of Michel Jackson's. His message is quite strong in his clips such as "Bad", "Black or White" and "Jam". Thirdly we examine the films "Marcom X", "Do the Right Thing" and "8 Miles" to follow the history of the racism in the States. We notice the expansion of Hip Hop culture.

SELENE Main Orbiter (KAGUYA) has separated two small sub-satellites; (1) the Relay Satellite "OKINA (Rstar)", and (2) the VLBI Radio Satellite "OUNA (Vstar)". These sub-satellites started to perform 4-way Doppler measurements using Relay Satellite Transponder (RSAT) and multi-frequency phase-delay differential VLBI using VLBI Radio Sources (VRAD) for lunar gravity mapping. We have developed the frequency conversion system, multi frequency S/X-band vertical dipole antenna, and light weighted S-band patch antenna to perform these missions. Simple structured release mechanism has also been developed and confirmed its performance by ground test and orbital demonstration using micro-Lab Sat.<BR> Initial check out were executed and properties of satellite bus equipments, onboard mission instruments, and observation systems including ground stations were evaluated. Electric power and thermal control subsystems have shown that they conduct as designed and inspected in the ground tests. The release mechanisms have given the spin which can maintain the stability of the satellite attitudes. Communication functions of mission instruments conform to the link budgets. These results suggest that OKINA and OUNA have enough performances to produce efficient data by RSAT/VRAD gravity observations.

A subcutaneous tumor in the left inguinal region was present in an 11-year-old female bloodhound. Histopathologically, the tumor showed invasive growth and extensive necroses, and it was composed of spindle-shaped, elongated, and stellate neoplastic cells accompanied by occasional giant cells arranged in fascicular, herringbone, or irregular storiform patterns with abundant production of collagen fibers. The cytoplasm of most tumor cells was positive for vimentin, alpha-smooth muscle actin, and calponin, but was negative for desmin, smoothelin, and S-100. Furthermore, most of the tumor cells were negative for Iba1 while some tumor cells were weakly positive. Thus, this tumor was diagnosed as a high-grade myofibroblastic sarcoma according to the diagnostic criteria for human myofibroblastic sarcomas.

<p>Mobile app stores, such as Google Play, play a vital role in the ecosystem of mobile device software distribution platforms. When users find an app of interest, they can acquire useful data from the app store to inform their decision regarding whether to install the app. This data includes ratings, reviews, number of installs, and the category of the app. The ratings and reviews are the <i>user-generated content</i> (UGC) that affect the reputation of an app. Therefore, <i>miscreants</i> can leverage such channels to conduct <i>promotional attacks</i>; for example, a miscreant may promote a malicious app by endowing it with a good reputation via fake ratings and reviews to encourage would-be victims to install the app. In this study, we have developed a system called <i>PADetective</i> that detects miscreants who are likely to be conducting promotional attacks. Using a 1723-entry labeled dataset, we demonstrate that the true positive rate of detection model is 90%, with a false positive rate of 5.8%. We then applied our system to an unlabeled dataset of 57M reviews written by 20M users for 1M apps to characterize the prevalence of threats in the wild. The PADetective system detected 289K reviewers as potential PA attackers. The detected potential PA attackers posted reviews to 136K apps, which included 21K malicious apps. We also report that our system can be used to identify potentially malicious apps that have not been detected by anti-virus checkers.</p>

海外ライフスタイル移民は、ミカエラ・ベンソンが「仕事や政治的避難のような伝統的に挙げられてきた理由のためではなく、主に生活の質として広く語られる理由に駆りたてられた移住のグループ」と定義しているように、より良い生活を求めての移住という点に特色があると言われる。本稿では、日本人のライフスタイル移民の研究が比較的多いオーストラリア移民の事例を中心にこの移民の移住動機を再検討し、生活の質として語られる理由の内実を確かめる。先行研究から、出自国社会の閉塞感、上下の人間関係、ジェンダー規範や都会のストレスからの脱出と、ゆとりのある生活、安い住宅費と生活費、健康に良い気候や景観、子育てに良い環境への希求が出てきた。さらに、1980年代90年代に新たに登場したライフスタイル移民と、戦前からの従前の経済移民とを対比し、前者の移住の性格は自発的な選べる移動に特徴がある点を確認した。その上で、グローバル化現代のライフスタイル移民が、移住先の海外日本人社会の中でどのような位置に置かれているかを検討し、移民の性格の点で見るとこの人たちが今やゆらぎの中にあることを明らかにした。この半世紀の間にライフスタイル移民のタイプは複雑に多様化し、階層分化の中で格差が大きくなり、孤立する者が生じ、重大なことに、選びとる移動で来たはずの人が、グローバル化の進展の中で今や選べない移動を強いられている事態が表面化してきている。
