本研究では、京都・伏見・大坂(さらには淀・名護屋、江戸・駿府)を複数の首都として捉え、それぞれの役割と関係性を検討することによって、近世初期における首都の多元性、江戸時代の三都との継承関係を解明することを目指す。その具体的な作業としては、京都の国家的位置づけ、伏見における武家統合と廃城の歴史的意義、軍事要塞としての大坂の重要性について検討を行い、比較のうえで総括・提言をする予定である。

Many real systems can be described as networks, composed of a set of nodes and a set of edges connecting the nodes. Interestingly, it has been found that most real networks have a common architecture, termed scale-free or broad-tail topology. Here we review key well-established concepts in network science: small world, scale-free network and network motif, with special emphasis on biological networks. Key mechanisms responsible for the emergence of the scale-free property are discussed along with a simple evolutionary model of protein-protein interaction networks.

次亜塩素酸ナトリウム水溶液誤飲による食道炎では,多くの市販品は3%前後と低濃度である為,狭窄を生じることは少ないとされている。今回,高濃度のものによって腐食性食道炎から食道狭窄を生じることを経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Robert Walser schreibt Prosastücke über die sogenannten "unglücklichen Dichter“ wie Heinrich von Kleist, Georg Büchner usw. Diese Prosastücke wurden in der bisherigen Forschung vorwiegend als Beweis für Walsers seelische Verwandtschaft zu diesen Autoren betrachtet. Walsers ambivalente Beziehung zu ihnen ist jedoch, wenn man die für den Anfang des 20. Jh.s typischen Wiederentdeckungen der verkannten Dichter in Betracht zieht, eher als eine methodische Distanzierung und Differenzierung von der damaligen Dichterrezeption zu verstehen. In seiner Berliner Zeit erlebte Walser, wie Kleist und Büchner plötzlich in Mode kamen und dann zu mythologisierten Vorbildern wurden. Kleists 100. Todesjahr (1911) und Büchners 100. Geburtsjahr (1913) wurden hintereinander gefeiert. Angesichts der bis zur völligen Identifikation gesteigerten Verehrung durch die Expressionisten und der romantischen, massenhaften Konsumierung der "unglücklichen Dichter“ durch das Lese- und Theaterpublikum findet Walser es unmöglich, diesen verbreiteten Topos durch einen frühen Tod zu wiederholen. In seinem »Geburtstagsprosastück« (1927) ironisiert Walser sich selber, der nichts anderes kann, als über das Todesalter seiner Vorgänger hinaus weiter zu leben.Walsers Dichterporträt ist vieldeutig: Zurn einen gibt es ironisch das damals verbreitete romantische Dichterbild wieder. Zum anderen stellt es wie Büchners »Lenz« auch sein Selbstbildnis dar. Besonders aus Kleist und Büchner macht Walser glückliche Dichter, die sich beweglich der Identifizierung mit dem Unglück entziehen.In »Dornröschen« ist Walsers dichterische Krise um 1920 zu erkennen, der gerade den Tod seiner Vorgänger überlebte. "Der Fremde“, der das Schloß vom hundertjährigen Schlaf befreit, wird aufgefordert, er solle seine Gegenwart ordentlich legitimieren. Dabei läßt ihn Walser nicht die Legitimierungssprache sprechen, sondern zwei zitathafte Erkenntnisse, die den Begriff der Legitimation selbst in Frage stellen.Erstens erinnert die plözliche Rede des "Fremden“, "Ist Wirkliches nicht auch ein Traum…“, an eine Rede Robespierres in Büchners »Dantons Tod« (Akt I. 6). Dort bringt Dantons Metatheater-Kritik Robespierres Identität als freies Subjekt ins Wanken. In »Dornröschen« beschreibt der "Fremde“ die Struktur der illusionären Selbständigkeit des modernen Subjekts, das sich immer einer unsichtbaren höheren Instant unterwirft. "Wirklichkeit als Trau“ bzw. "die Welt als Theater“ ist zwar seit der barocken Zeit kein seltener literarischer Topos, aber Walser scheint ihn dock von Büchner übernommen zu haben, weil bei beiden Autoren kein Gott mehr hinter den Kulissen steht.Zweitens zitiert er aus Kleists Essay »Über die allmähliche Verfertigung der Gedanken beim Reden« den Satz: "L'appétit vient en mangeant“, um hinter dem scheinbaren Happy-End auf seine Utopie der Sprache anzuspielen: "L'idée vient en parlant“, die Sprache, die nicht mehr dem Denken, also auch keinem Zweck, untergeordnet ist. Das Drama endet mit dem glücklichen Geschwätz.Am dramaturgischen Wendepunkt, nach dem Dornröschen die Gegenwart des "Fremden“ ohne seine Legitimation bejaht, berichtet der "Fremde“ über das "Glück im Tod“ seiner Vorgänger, die vor ihm Dornröschen zu erreichen versucht haben. Darauf antwortet Dornröschen, sie werde immer an die erfolglos Gestorbenen denken. Da geniert sich der Fremde, daß er erfolgreich vor ihr steht.

1979~1980年のインフルエンザは複数の型のウイルスによる流行であったが広島県でもA (HIN1) 型とA (H3N2) 型の両ウイルスが分離された.発症者 (41名) ペア血清と非発症者 (234名) 血清を供試して, HI反応によりA (HIN1) 型の流行とA (H3N2) 型の流行の疫学的検討をするとともに, ゲルク揖マトグラフィ (SephacrylS-300Super負ne) により分画された (各分画についてmicro ouchterlony法でウサギ抗ヒト血清を用い, IgM, IgG, IgAおよびα2マクログロブリンの同定を行いインヒビターの含まれるα, マクログロブリンを除去した) 発症者ペア血清のIgMおよびIgG (lgAを含む) 分画におけるこれら両型のウイルス抗原に対するHI抗体価の変化を明らかにすることで流行に関与した両ウイルスの動態を具体的に把握しようとした.発症者ペア血清のHI抗体価の有意な上昇からA (HlN1) 型とA (H3N2) 型の流行を確認したが, IgG (lgAを含む) 分画におけるHI抗体応答が著しく上昇してこれを裏付けた.感染ウィルスが確認された発症者集団の回復期血清のHI抗体価のG, M. (A/USSR/92177 (HlN1);1: 547, A/山梨12/77 (H3N2);1: 427) とHI抗体価の逆r字型分布パターンを感染の指標とした場合, 非発症者血清においてもA (HlN1) についてはその感染指標に近いものが認められたが, A (H3N2) 型についてはそれが認められず, A (HIN1) 型が流行の主流であったものと推察された.IgM抗体のもつ臨床的意義から感染ウイルスの抗原刺激の時期を把握しようとしたが, IgM分画で認められたHI抗体応答からは直接的には明らかにされなかった.したがってA (HIN1) 型とA (H3N2) 型の同時流行については明らかにすることができなかった。

(目的)肋骨骨折の胸部合併症として通常は胸部単純Xp像で気胸の確認だけとなるが、単純Xp像ではわかりにくいものも多いため、今回その頻度や傾向について検討した.(対象と方法)平成17年1月から5月までに、肋骨骨折と診断された51例(男性27例、女性24例)を対象とした.全例にCT検査を施行し、胸部合併症について検討した.(結果)受傷機転は交通事故6例、高所からの転落7例、転倒31例、他7例であった.全症例中で合併症を有する症例は16例(31%)であった.血胸・気胸を12例に認め、5例に胸腔ドレーンを留置した.肋骨以外の骨折を9例、皮下気腫を1例に認めた.交通事故や高所からの転落で受傷した13例中10例(77%)に合併症を認め、7例では血胸や気胸を、8例で肋骨以外の骨折を合併していた.軽微な外傷で受傷した38例中、合併症を有していた症例は6例(16%)であった.5例で血・気胸を認め、1例で肩甲骨骨折を認めた.血胸気胸の12例において、単純Xpで異常所見を認めたものは7例のみで、3例はCT検査で肺挫傷や血胸が判明した.また2例ではCTでも異常所見がなく、経過中に血胸が出現した.肋骨骨折では単純Xpのみでは異常がわからないことも多く、特に、交通事故などでは必ず施行する必要があると考えられた.(まとめ)肋骨骨折の症例では受傷時のCT検査が必須で、血胸などは経過とともに出現することがあり、注意深い経過観察が必要である.

The purposes of this study were to investigate the non and delayed union of diaphyseal fractures of the clavicle and to identify the risk factors associated with such problems. Two hundred three diaphyseal fractures of the clavicle were treated at our clinic from August 1987 to August 2000. Type2A fractures of Robinson's classification were forty-three and type2B were one hundred sixty. We treated all fractures conservatively till August 1990, but most fractures with complete displacement surgically since September 1990. The patients and treatment factors for nonunion and delayed union were analyzed statistically. All patients of type2A fractures with bony contact healed uneventfully. Two patients of type2B fractures without bony contact developed nonunion and five delayed union which was defined as healing more than five months. Two patients of nonunion were treated conservatively. One patient was thirty-nine years old and male.Another patient was fifty-seven years old, female and suffered from chronic hepatitis. Both fractures were displaced more than 20 mm after reduction. Two of five patients with a delayed union were treated surgically. One was fortyseven years old, male with a re-refracture and the other was sixteen years old, male with a refracture. The other three patients with a delayed union were treated conservatively and displaced more than 20 mm. In addition, their ages were fifty years or more. Most studies concerning the risk factors for nonunion focused on displacement In this study, displacements more than 20 mm were associated with poor prognosis of union the same as in our former studies. Furthermore age and refracture were considered as risk factors of a delayed union.

Albumin-bound paclitaxel (nab-PTX) plus gemcitabine (GEM) therapy (GnP) is often administered to patients with unresectable metastatic pancreatic cancer. However, chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN) is a serious side effect. In this study, we investigated the risk factors for CIPN in patients who were receiving GnP therapy for pancreatic cancer at our hospital and had a history of prior chemotherapy. The patientsʼ background, laboratory data, previous treatment history, concomitant medication, dose and number of medicines, and occurrence status of side effects were examined. The frequency of CIPN in patients receiving GnP therapy at our hospital was 72%. Multiple logistic regression analysis revealed that a history of FOLFIRINOX therapy (FFX), including oxaliplatin (L-OHP) administration, (odds rate: 3.864, 95% CI: 1.160-12.868) and female sex (odds rate: 3.673, 95% CI: 1.102-12.242) were risk factors for CIPN. In addition, the severity of CIPN was significantly higher in patients with a history of FFX administration (P = 0.011). Further, the cumulative dose and the administration period of nab-PTX until the onset of CIPN were significantly lower in patients with a history of FFX administration (P = 0.016, P = 0.004, respectively). We suggest that special care in monitoring GnP therapy is necessary in female patients with a history of FFX administration.

Mechanisms of the synergistic effects of MoDTC and organic polymer friction modifier (OPFM) on tribological properties was investigated by using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), quartz-crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D) and frequency modulated atomic force microscopy (FM-AFM). The OPFM used in this study was poly-lauryl-acrylate with OH group: poly-lauryl-acrylate-hydroxyethyl-acrylate (PLA/HEA). Friction tests were conducted at steel/steel tribopairs lubricated with poly-alpha olefin (PAO) and PAO with PLA/HEA, MoDTC and PLA/HEA-MoDTC. From the friction test results, PAO +MoDTC+PLA/HEA exhibited lower friction compared to the other solutions. From all our results, the synergistic low frictional effects can be derived from the formation of MoS2 and the high viscous and thick additive adsorbates on the sliding surface.
