56歳,女性。両親はいとこ婚。生下時より毛髪と虹彩の色素異常,弱視があった。2011年1月頃より左大腿に易出血性の紅色結節が出現した。前医で切除生検された病理組織では,びらん表面から真皮中層に,HMB45,melanA,S100蛋白,Fontana-Masson染色で陽性となる異型なメラノサイトが増殖しており,悪性黒色腫(MM)と診断され,同年4月に当科を紹介受診した。拡大切除術,分層植皮術を施行し,センチネルリンパ節生検は陰性であった。pT3bN0M0 stage ⅡBと診断し,術後インターフェロン局注療法を行っている。眼皮膚型白皮症(OCA)については遺伝子検索を施行し,Ⅰ型と診断した。OCAと有棘細胞癌や基底細胞癌を含む皮膚悪性腫瘍の合併は多く報告されているが,MMとの合併は少ない。

新しい技術の台頭によって,既存技術か新技術かという技術選択に直面した多くの企業は,合理的理由によって通常,両方の技術を一定期間開発するという並行開発を行う.だが,成功する並行開発の仕組みに関する知見は十分に蓄積されていない.本稿ではまず,先行研究の知見を整理し,それらを踏まえたうえで,並行開発の枠組みを概念的に導出する.次に,松下電器産業の並行開発事例を分析し,その妥当性を例証する.

Two main errors arise from radiation and thermal inertia in the measurement of the air temperature and they interact with each other.It is too complicated to deal with the radiation errors theoretically, then the author introduces some special conceptions to study this subject.A thermometer receives heat radiation from the sun, cloud, obstacles and atmospheric water vapor etc. We supposed that those radiation fluxes come from the hypothetically black body which envelopes theromometer. Now being θ* the temperature of this body, φ denotes the ratio of the convective conduction to radiative heat exchange of the therometer, and θ0 is real air temperature thermodynamically defined.The variation of indication of the thermomter with time may be written;dθ/dt=-C{φ(θ-θ0)+(θ-θ*)}.Hence, in equilibrium, the reading of the thermometer is as follows:Θ=φθ0+θ*/φ+1.Then, if α is the time constant of the thermometer;1/α=C(φ+1).The value of φ was determined by this relationship, after measuring the lag of a thrmometer (Fig. 2). Thus, the error of thermomtry may be expressed byδ=Θ-θ0=θ*-Θ/φ.If we keep the accuracy of the thermometry by 0.1°C, the necessary condition is as follows|δ|=|θ*-θ0|/φ<0.05°CThe application of those formulas to the practical thermometry will be described in a next paper.

The crash safety structure of the railway vehicles is effective as one of the safety measures against the train crews and the passengers in the event of a collision accident. The standards for crashworthiness of railway vehicles are defined in Europe and the U.S., while there are no standards for crash safety in Japan. Therefore, it is important to establish the evaluation method for crashworthiness of railway vehicles considering the actual situation of collision accidents in Japan. The authors carried out finite element analyses of a level crossing accident under various conditions (collision speed, mass of the obstacle and relative position between the train and the obstacle) based on the statistical analysis of serious level-crossing accidents in the past in Japan, and calculated the deceleration time histories in the passenger area under each condition. We evaluated these deceleration waveforms according to European and the U.S. standards for crashworthiness, and we also performed finite element analyses of dummy’s behavior and injury values using these deceleration waveforms as input. We verified the correlation between the evaluation results in terms of the deceleration according to these standards and dummy’s injury values obtained by finite element analyses. As a result, the evaluation according to the velocity at which a passenger contacts the seat back ahead of him (the U.S. standards) was the most effective. Moreover, the integrated values of the deceleration of the passenger area during an integration time t360 had the highest correlation with the dummy’s injury values.

I Purpose What physical element is man's sensory judgement affected by, on axis of "simplicity-complication" in plane figures?. This study aims to make the functional relation clear and at the same time put the scale to practical use. II Method (1) On a card of 15×15cm, random figures of equal area are made used with table of random numders. (2) Judgement of "simplicity-complication" is made by ranking method used with 26 sheet of card. Subject are 60 students of high school. (3) Rank value "ri" of stimulus "i" is compared with other stimuli when it is calculated. Result and conclusion (1) Sensory judgement of figure's complication is proportioned to logarithm of peripheral length per area of this figure. (2) The following regression equation comes from the experiment. y=1.6 log l/S-0.908 The coefficient of correlation is r=+0.988 (3) The "scale of complication" is made using the upper equation. It has an origin at circle and 1 at square. This unit is named "Comp.". An equation of change is as follows. C=(log li-log 2√<πS_0>)/(log 2-log √<π>) C: Complication li: peripheral length S_0: Standard area of figure (4) 1 Comp. ought to be an interval of unit on this scale judging from man's ability of difference threshold. (5) The "scale of complication" is put to practical use on the basis of this study.
