乾燥性皮膚疾患に対して,肌着が皮膚病変・自覚症状・生活の質に与える影響を主観・客観的に解析した。乾燥性皮膚疾患を有する20歳以上の患者33名を対象とし,被験試料はグンゼ株式会社が販売している完全無縫製の肌着(メディキュア®)を使用し,開始後14日後および28日後に評価した。紅斑・乾燥・掻破痕は14日および28日後共に有意な改善が認められた。結節・苔癬化は28日後に有意な改善が認められた。経表皮水分蒸散量は28日後に有意に減少した。そう痒による VAS score は14日および28日後に,疼痛による VAS score は28日後に有意に減少した。DLQI score は14日後・28日後に有意に減少した。研究終了まで明らかな有害事象は認められなかった。本研究品の肌着を着用後,各皮膚病変はいずれも有意に改善し,また,経表皮水分蒸散量・VAS・DLQI score も有意に低下した。以上の結果より,本研究品の肌着が,皮膚との摩擦を軽減することで,バリア機能を改善させ,その結果,乾燥によるそう痒や疼痛・皮膚病変も軽快し,患者の日常生活の満足度が高くなったと考える。よって,乾燥を有する皮膚には,日常のスキンケアに加え,縫い目や肌着の素材などを考慮し,刺激の少ない肌着を選ぶことが重要であることが示唆された。(皮膚の科学,16: 266-273, 2017)

In our modern police history, it has been considered that police activities have intruded into the details of civilian life and persecuted their freedom and rights. However, at present it can be said that both the police and welfare activities are for actualizing the safety of society and the happiness of people. This paper sees the police as a provider of welfare. Firstly, the author studied the legal reasons and the actual conditions of the "protective activities" that require the welfare aspect among police activities. Secondly, the author conducted a questionnaire survey targeted at citizens regarding the "protection of demented elderly with wandering symptom," which is one of the proliferating elderly-related problems and one which especially needs the activity of the police. In order to secure the physical safety of wandering demented elderly, it is desired to find wandering aged people and protect them as soon as possible. While referring to the situation of the police's protective activities and the results of the questionnaire survey, effective measures were designed. It is first necessary to amend the fundamental laws regarding protective activities: "Article 3 of the Policeman's Duty Performance Law" and "Regulations on the Protection of the People who Need Protection of the Police" in each prefecture, so as to describe more clearly how to deal with demented elderly. At the actual site of protection, the police officers in charge are required to have knowledge of dementia and the ability to deal with demented elderly, and it is an urgent task to secure appropriate places for protecting temporarily demented elderly. Furthermore, in a regional society, it is most important to establish a network for supporting the safety of wandering demented elderly, and it can be expected that such a network will become more effective if the police takes a leading role in cooperating with the regional residents. In order to solve such issues, it is necessary to oblige the police to conduct an appropriate protection of demented elderly, and it is desirable that the police works while considering their welfare duties.

Cyanogenic glycoside, amygdalin (AM) and its degradation products, benzoic acid (BA) and benzaldehyde (BAL) in rose family plants were measured utilizing high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Liqueur was cleaned in an InertSep NH₂ cartridge, and other samples were cleaned in an InertSep C18 cartridge and an InertSep NH₂ cartridge. The three components were not detected in any sarcocarp. AM was detected in seeds of loquat, apricot and cherry in the range of 1.35〜28.80 mg/g, and BAL was detected at 0.48 mg/g in seeds of apricot. AM and BA were detected at 0.83 mg/g and 0.10 mg/g in tea processed from loquat seed.

Atmospheric and anti-electron neutrinos generated inside the solid Earth (geoneutrinos) are potentially powerful tools for imaging the Earth's interior, in order to visualize the spatial distribution of the density of uranium and thorium concentrations. This review is limited to neutrino imaging techniques. Observations of atmospheric neutrinos and geoneutrinos have been reviewed previously and are not discussed here. An elementary introduction to neutrino generation on the Earth and propagation through matter opens the review. After reviewing neutrino tracking methods in the context of today's views of technological developments, the current experimental limits on neutrino imaging are presented. A technique to confront the standard Earth model is discussed in the conclusion. Neutrino imaging of the Earth has been pursued at IceCube. It is fair to mention that it has opened the possibilities of this new elementary particle technique for the first time.

Using two consecutive trait judgments on the same trait word for self and other within a relational context, Ishii (2009) found slower responses for initial judgments about the other (e.g., a “friend”) when they were inconsistent with the second judgments about the self (e.g., a “self-with-friend”). This finding suggests that the overlapping representation of self and other (Aron, Aron, Tudor, & Nelson, 1991) could also be true of the relational aspect of the self. However, similar slow responses were observed between trait judgments about the other and the self in an irrelevant relational context (e.g., “father” and “self-with-friend”). The current report presents a replication of Ishii’s findings in Study 1. Study 2 uses stimulus persons within the same category (i.e., “father” and “mother” as parents), and finds slower responses among every combination of trait judgment about the self and the other, suggesting a preference for categorical over person-wise judgments. The distinctiveness of interpersonal relationships and a possible differentiation of self-representation, exerted by different relational contexts, are discussed.

背景:慢性腰痛患者には運動療法を実施すべきと報告されているが,運動時痛により運動が十分に行えていない患者が多い.経皮的電気刺激(Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation)は,慢性腰痛患者にも実施されているが,運動時痛に対する効果を検証した報告は少ない.また,TENSは周波数により鎮痛機序が異なるが,腰部運動時痛に対する最適な周波数も明らかではない.本研究の目的として,腰部運動時痛に対するTENSの効果と最適な周波数を明らかにすることとした.試験デザイン:ランダム化比較試験.方法:対象は慢性腰痛患者80名であり,高頻度TENS群(100 Hz),変調TENS群(10-100 Hz),プラセボTENS群にランダムに割付け,TENS実施前,実施直後,30分後に運動時痛評価と運動機能評価を行った.TENSは30分後の評価終了まで実施した.結果:変調TENS群はプラセボTENS群よりも運動時痛が有意に低下したが,運動機能は向上しなかった.結論:変調TENSは慢性腰痛患者の運動時痛を低下させる.

2009年4月6日早朝に発生したイタリア中部地震後のイタリア赤十字社(IRCS)およびラクイラ大学で行っている心理社会的支援について、現地視察調査を行った。IRCSでは、国際赤十字赤新月社連盟(IFRC)の心理社会的支援プログラムとは別の独自の心理社会的ケアを行っていた。それらのいくつかは、「ユーモア」に基づいたものであり、「ドクトル・クラウン」という存在もあった。IRCSの心理社会的支援は、災害の生存者に対してのみならず、救援者に対しても行われていた。IFRCには、心理社会的支援のための十分な資器材がそろっていた。ラクイラ大学が行っていたサバイバーの精神的健康に関する調査には、グローバルスタンダードになっているGHQやIES-Rなどが含まれていた。

要旨:本研究は、救護施設における地域移行・地域定着支援についての現状と課題について述べたものである。1950 年の生活保護法で規定された救護施設は、精神衛生法のもとで長期にわたり、「福祉」の入所施設として精神障害者を受け入れてきた。また、現在でも入所者の半数以上が精神障害を有しているという状況にある。歴史的な経緯の中で、救護施設は、精神科病院からの退院先の一つの選択肢であったこと、また、精神障害者にとっての居場所であった。また、全国の救護施設を対象としたアンケート調査を通して、「精神科病院から救護施設、そして精神科病院」という一つの流れがあること、また高齢化により死亡による退所も多いことが明らかになった。しかし、その一方で地域移行については、年齢や性別により退所にむすびつきやすい層があること、救護施設の事業だけではなく、障害者総合支援法も活用されるなど、選択肢があることが明らかになった。

胎児の腸内は基本的に無菌状態であり,出生時に母親由来および環境由来の細菌に暴露されることで新生児の腸内細菌叢の形成が始まる.本稿では,まず母親の腸内および腟内細菌叢の重要性について述べ,新生児の腸内細菌叢の形成にビフィズス菌の母子伝播,出産形態,授乳形態などの因子がどのように関わっているかを概説する.また,無症状ながら乳児期特有に認められる病原性細菌の感染と定着事例を報告し,最後に新生児・乳児を対象としたプロバイオティクス生菌菌末の介入試験について紹介する.
