個人情報保護のため削除部分あり一六世紀後半から一七世紀前半のイギリスでは救貧をめぐる問題が深刻化し、慈善・寄付の現状に大きな関心が寄せられることとなる。本稿では、エリザベス救貧法体制における救貧の単位であり、かつ、富者と貧者が私的な慈善・寄付をつうじて結びつく場でもあった教区に焦点を合わせる。すなわち、ロンドン市内のセント・バーソロミュー・エクスチェンジ教区を主たる対象として取り上げ、一六世紀末から一七世紀前半におけるこの教区の救貧活動を、救貧のための財源、救貧扶助を受けた人々、慈善・寄付の動機など、様々な角度から解明することを目指す。教区を対象とすることにより、救貧法による公的な救貧と、私的慈善による貧者への援助とが救貧の現場においていかに機能していたかを、実態に即して考察することができるのである。

Fukuba Hayato (1856-1921) is known as a person who created the foundation of modern gardening. This study is aimed to search his thoughts of modern horticulture and landscape gardening in Japan through his personal records.Also the author intended to clarify his influences on modern horticulture and landscape gardening in Japan. He studied knowledge and skills of modern horticulture and landscape gardening from foreign countries over his life for refining the Shinjuku Imperial Gardens (Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden). He advocated the ideal way of Imperial gardens and gardening in Japan, established Kunaisyo Naienkyoku (after Imperial Household Agency, Maintenance and Works Department, Gardens Division), and popularized skills of modern landscape gardening not only inside of imperial palaces. In addition, he greatly contributed to the development of the modern landscape gardening including professional educations. In conclusion, the author pointed out the influence that he had given to the horticulture and landscape gardening in Japan was considered as a critical one that has continued until today.

<p>We propose a novel method for motion guidance by creating a motion direction by using multiple vibration stimulations. In order to create the motion direction, we utilize a vibratactile illusion called Phantom Sensation. In this method, moving vibration stimulation on the user's skin, which is generated by controlled the position of Phantom Sensation, creates the motion direction. In this paper, we guide the user's wrist to the desired position using our proposal method. We control the produced direction and transmission time by the relationship between current position and desired position. We recognize that they can arrive at a desired position to move their wrist obeying the produced direction.</p>

<p>昨今, 世界と日本社会は大きくかつ急速に変化しつつあり,大学が社会で大きな役割を果たすことへの期待がますます大きくなっている.琉球大学は創立時から「地域の発展に貢献する」ことをミッションとしてきたが,期待に応えるためにさらに様々な取組を強化する必要がある.そのための一環として,本学にリサーチアドミニストレーター(URA)が導入された.このURAが所属する研究企画室は,案件によって様々な部署と柔軟に連携を取ることによって,少人数でも効果的な活動を実現してきた.本稿では,4年近くにわたって進めてきた研究企画室の活動を,学内外セクターとの連携強化の試みに焦点を当てて紹介する.</p>

Acetophenone derived mono-Mannich bases (Ig1&mdash;Ig4), 1-aryl-3-amino-1-propanone hydrochlorides, which are known to have cytotoxicity in Jurkat cells, were synthesized. Then, they were converted to corresponding azine derivatives (D1&mdash;D4), <i>N</i>, <i>N</i>&prime;-bis(3-amino-1-aryl-propylidene)hydrazine dihydrochlorides, which are bifunctional agents. The aryl part was replaced by phenyl in Ig1, Ig2, Ig3, D1, D2, and D3, and by <i>p</i>-hydroxyphenyl in Ig4 and D4. The amine part was replaced by dimethylamine in Ig1, D1, Ig4 and D4, by piperidine in Ig2 and D2, and by morpholine in Ig3 and D3. The aim of this study was to investigate whether the modification in chemical structure, converting the mono-Mannich base to a corresponding azine derivative, improves the cytotoxicity. In addition, the effect of the representative compound, D3, <i>N</i>, <i>N</i>&prime;-bis(3-morpholine-4-yl-1-phenylpropylidene)hydrazine dihydrochloride, on cellular glutathione level after 1 h exposure in phosphate buffer at 37 &deg;C was also determined to provide information on a possible mechanism of cytotoxic action. Compounds D2&mdash;D4 are reported for the first time in this study. Except for Ig2 and D2, the cytotoxicity of mono-Mannich bases, Ig1, Ig3 and Ig4 and corresponding azine derivatives, D1, D3 and D4 were higher than the reference compound 5-FU. Azine derivatives D1 and D4 had almost equal cytotoxic potency with corresponding mono-Mannich bases Ig1 and Ig4, respectively. On the other hand, azine derivatives D2 and D3, had 1.28 and 1.90-times less cytotoxicity in Jurkat cells compared with the mono-Mannich bases, Ig2 and Ig3, respectively, from which they are derived. Azine derivative D3 dose-dependently decreased the total cellular glutathione level, suggesting that azine derivatives may exert cytotoxicity by thiol alkylation. Azine derivatives with equal or less cytotoxic potency compared to the mono-Mannich bases they are derived from seemed to be less suitable derivatives for the development of new cytotoxic compounds.

本論文では児童養護施設における被虐待児との5年間の遊戯療法過程での箱庭や遊びの表現を取り上げ,被虐待児のクライエントにとっての守りとなったものを検討した。言語的表現が苦手なクライエントは,セラピストとの最初の出会いでの体験からセラピストへの安心感を持ち,心理療法初期から自己の内的世界を箱庭や遊びの中で自由に表現することに繋がった。母親との葛藤に直面化する日常の出来事が起こるたびに,彼の内的世界は大きく崩れたが,心理療法における場所や時間など治療的な枠組みとセラピストとの関わりが守りとなり,遊戯療法の中で内的世界を自由に表現した。さらに,箱庭や遊びで表現できることの守り,箱庭の枠や箱庭の中の柵の守りなど幾重もの守りが彼の自我の成長を促し,クライエントは主体的に生きていくことを選べるようになったと考えられる。

夢窓国師が足利直義の問いに答えた93章の仮名法語。暦応2(1339)年西芳寺に隠棲する頃以後の成立で、康永元(1342)年竺仙の跋を得て刊行。仏学の専門的な課題のほか、当時流行した茶や庭を語るところもあり、話題は多方面にわたる。室町時代になると、京都や鎌倉の五山等での書物出版の影響が、次第に地方にも波及してきた。本書は、下野国(栃木県)足利の行道山において刊行されたもので、出版活動が地方に波及した一例である。巻末に、「此版留枉行道山/浄因禅菴常住公用」の刊記がある。伝本は少なく、当館本も下巻のみの零本である。経済ジャーナリスト・評論家として知られた小汀利得(1889-1972)の旧蔵書。
