A 57-year-old man was referred to our hospital for detailed investigation and therapy of right exophthalmos and chemosis. Cerebral angiography demonstrated a dural arteriovenous fistula (DAVF) involving an anterior part of the right cavernous sinus (CS). The main feeders of the CS-DAVF consisted of the right inferolateral trunk and right middle meningeal artery. The predominant drainage route was the right superior ophthalmic vein (SOV), extending to the right facial vein. The right inferior petrosal sinus (IPS) was not visualized in the arterial phase, but was visualized in the venous phase, indicating that it contributes normal venous drainage. Transvenous embolization (TVE) was performed under general anesthesia through the right facial vein. We advanced a guiding catheter in the right angular vein and passed a microcatheter system through the tortuous vessel to the shunting point under single plane road mapping. The affected anterior part of the CS was occluded with Micrus coils (UltiPaq and Cashmere) (Micrus Endovascular, San Jose, CA, USA). Post-treatment angiography revealed disappearance of the fistula. <br> In general, CS-DAVFs are treated with TVE through the IPS. However, in the present case, IPS was not used for the approach based on the angiographic appearance. Large drainage volume of the right facial vein enabled us to advance the guiding catheter to the angular vein with facility, and to pass the microcatheter system through the tortuous vessel with sufficient support of the guiding catheter. Cashmere, which is a 14 system infinity loop-shaped coil and relatively soft as a framing coil, had a tendency to attach to the anterior part of the CS wall. <br> Because of good packing efficiency, transvenous Micrus coil embolization through the facial vein is an efficient treatment of DAVF involving the anterior part of the CS.<br>

ペット動物は人類の最も古い友人である.人々は彼らと生活を営み,今日では家庭において家族としてのペットと人の関係が研究されてきた.近年になってコミュニケーション・ロボットの登場により,家庭における人とペット動物に加え社会的ロボットを考慮した3者関係に注目した研究分野が生まれつつある.本研究では,社会的ロボットが家庭における人とペット動物の関係に対してどのような影響を与えるのかを調査するために実験的なフィールド調査を行った.調査には10家庭22人と12頭のペット動物(犬が4頭,猫が8頭)が参加した.調査においては社会的ロボットとして小型人型ロボットNAOを使用し,各家庭において小型人型ロボットと人,ペット動物が対話する様子の観察を行った.対話ではペット動物に対してポジティブに話しかける正条件と,相対的にネガティブに話しかける負条件の2つのシナリオで調査を実施した.両条件では約2分間の対話シナリオのうち,約30秒間のロボットからペット動物への発話内容が異なった.結果として,ロボットのペット動物に対する発話内容と態度の違いが,参加者からロボットへの印象に影響を与えていた.

This paper proposes a system to produce 3D computer animation based on the human performance from video image sequences. This system uses a 3D model of the human body for motion capturing as well as generating CG images. In fact, a human action is observed by video cameras allocated around the actor. Fitting the 3D human model to the human images, the human action are measured as series of 3D pose of human body. This method needs not to attach any equipment and marker to the human body. We have made a database of various kinds of human actions. An action required in a story-telling can be generated by warp and combination of actions from the database. We produced an animation video originated from a fairy tail in the selection of Grimm brothers by this animation system.

Saihara, which is located in north-western area of Uenohara in Yamanashi Prefecture, is a depopulated area. A traditional Kabuki play had been performed at Ichinomiya Shrine in Saihara for the autumn festival since at latest 1860s until 2001,and ceased to be performed since then. Interviews with 29 people living in Saihara held in 2009-2010 enabled us to collect information on the traditional Kabuki play. What is clarified in this article is as follows: (1) there were 3 types of play: a traditional Kabuki play performed by Saihara people, plays performed by a professional theatre company, and semi-traditional Shimpa plays; (2) during Meiji and Taisho period, most plays were traditional Kabuki plays performed by Saihara people,performance by theatre companies had become popular later, and the traditional kabuki play by Saihara people became popular again after 1980s; and (3) performance of plays for the shrine festival had become a hard task due to a change of life style in Saihara, which seemed to be the most serious cause for the interruption of this traditional local play.

本稿では, 長崎華僑社会を一つのエスニック・グループとしてとらえ, 祭祀や芸能に焦点を当てることにより, 華僑文化のダイナミズムを再検討した。祭祀と芸能は, 変動するエスニシティにとって重要な意味をもつ文化要素である。日本華僑の場合, 住居, 服装, 生活様式など文化の日常的側面においては, 日本社会への同化の傾向が強い。その代わりに弁別的特徴として重要な役割を果たしてきたのが祭祀と芸能である。祭祀については次の3タイプに類型化することができる。1)「被受容祭祀」 : 江戸時代に日本人社会に受容され日本の祭と混淆して現在に受け継がれているもので, 「長崎くんち」に代表される。2)「伝統祭祀」 : 同郷組織等によって運営され, 華僑の寺院で行われる「普度勝会」(盂蘭盆)などの祭祀。3)「新伝統祭祀」 : 中華街の活性化を目的として, 近年に春節(旧正月)・元宵節等を再編して創造された新たな祭。旧来のエスニック・アイデンティティのシンボルとしての「伝統祭祀」は同郷組織によって維持されてきた。しかし, 第二世代は伝統祭祀への関心を失いつつあり, 長崎華僑社会は近年急速に変化を示している。それは, 特に「新伝統祭祀」ランタンフェスティバルの創設過程にみることができる。ランタンフェスティバルは, 政治的変化(日中国交正常化)を契機とし, 観光と地域活性化という新たなニーズによって, 新たなエスニック・アイデンティティのシンボルとして中華街を中心に創造されたものである。それに先だって, 中華街の二代目店主らは, 日本人店主らとともに, 新しい組織として中華街商店街振興組合を結成した。こうして, 長崎華僑のエスニック・アイデンティティは, 同郷組織を核とし「伝統祭祀」をシンボルとするものと, 振興組合を核とし「新伝統祭祀」をシンボルとするものとに二極化してきた。さらに, 長崎市は, 中華街で創設された「新伝統祭祀」を市全体の祭として取り込んだ。長崎は, 古くから華僑の文化を「被受容祭祀」として取り入れることにより, 自らの地域文化を構築してきたが, そうした過程が現代的な形で再生産されているととらえることも可能である。このように, エスニック・グループとしての長崎華僑社会は, 上位社会(日本社会及び長崎地域社会)や出身社会(本国)との交渉の中でエスニシティ再構成をしているのみならず, 上位社会に対しても影響を与え続けていると言えよう。

転移性がんの治療方針の策定や転移メカニズムの解明の為には,CTC を採血サンプル中から出来るだけ損傷を与えずに取りこぼし無く回収し,回収したCTC の生理学的性質や遺伝子変異を迅速に計測する技術が必要となる。 本稿では非浸襲的で高感度なCTC 分離精製法開発の取り組みについて概観した後,我々が開発を進めている画像認識型セルソーターシステムと超高速PCR のCTC 分離精製,遺伝子解析への応用可能性について論じた。
