We examined the effects of vitamin B_1 (B_1) and fat added to a feed on their accumulation and glucose- and lipid-metabolism in the porcine liver. B_1 content in the livers of pigs fed a feed supplemented with 15 ppm B_1-supplemented feed (B+ group) was significantly higher than that in the livers of pigs fed the usual dosage of 1.5 ppm B_1 (Control group). B_1 content in the livers of pigs given a feed with 1.5 ppm B_1 plus 3% fat (F+ group) or a feed with 15 ppm B_1 plus 3% fat (B+F+ group) was significantly higher than that in pigs given a feed with 15 ppm B_1 (B+ group) or controls. The liver fat content in the B+F+ group was lower than that in the B+ group. Analysis of liver mRNA levels showed that gene expression of β-oxidation-related proteins increased in B_1-supplemented groups. Glycolytic pathway- and TCA cycle-related gene expression levels were also increased with fat supplementation. These results indicated that, in pigs with co-supplementation of high dose of B_1 and fat, glucose and lipid metabolism was enhanced in the liver.

Effect of Fe2O3 on reductive decomposition of gypsum was investigated. The experiments were carried out by employing CaSO4 powder of the mean particle size of 80, um which was mixed with 150 mass% Fe2O3, under CO : 2%-CO2 : 30%-N2 : balance and CO : 10%-N2 : balance atmosphere at 1273 K, in a gas-flow type tubular reactor. Furthermore, SO2 absorption characteristic of CaO thus regenerated from CaSO4-Fe2O3 mixture by CO reductive gas was studied.It was found that the rate of reductive decomposition of CaSO4 was drastically enhanced by addition of Fe2O3. Moreover, the formation of CaS was inhibited by the addition of Fe2O3. Calcium ferrite such as 2CaO.Fe2O3 was detected in the reaction product after reductive decomposition of the mixture of CaSO4-Fe2O3. As the result of SO2 absorption experiment, it was found that CaO regenerated. from CaSO4-Fe2O3 by CO reductive gas had a lower SO2 absorption performance than CaO regenerated from CaSO4. due to a decrease in Dore volume.

本論文では音声認識を使って多くの人に好感を持ってもらえる声である“モテ声”を診断する手法について述べる.我々は”モテ声”というものの基準を定めるために約10名の声を録音し,約20名にどの声に好感を持てるかアンケートを行った.そのアンケート結果に基づき投票数の高い声,低い声の声紋を比較し好感を持ってもらえる特徴を分析した.本手法では2種類の発声を想定しており,男性の「あー」という単調な声と,男女両方の声で「好き」という意味のある言葉を発声した場合の2種類を想定している.それらを分析したデータを元に,自分の声がどのぐらい他者に好感を持ってもらえるかを数値化するアルゴリズムを考案した.

Choreography is one of the important parameters in dance performance. To make dance cool, it is necessary to design the cool choreography. However, beginners can hardly design choreography because they do not know how to judge the choreography good or bad. In this paper, we propose a system which automatically estimates the coolness of choreography for Lock dance and supports for the beginners to design choreography more sophisticated. To realize the proposed system, we focus on the suitability between the dynamics of dance move and music as a parameter of the coolness. We propose the estimation formula of the coolness based on the suitability, and evaluate it experimentally. As the result, it is revealed that the higher the suitability becomes, the higher the coolness becomes especially for the experienced participants feel on the experimented environment. Consequently, it is expected that the proposed system enables beginners to design cool choreography.

Assistive instruments such as slopes and textured paving blocks are installed for helping elderly, visually and/or physically impaired people, who have any inconvenience to move outside. Though these precipitous situations of accessibility progress affect their migration pathway for their destination, up-to-date accessibility information is difficult to gain quickly because of local information disclosure. It is necessary to develop a comprehensive system which appropriately acquires and arranges scattered accessibility information and then presents the information intuitively. Thus, our final goal is to develop a social platform which can obtain and present the information depending on users' conditions and situations including users' disorders and places, and can share the information provided by users. Particularly in this paper, we analyzed the characteristics of shared information obtained by assessment and crowdsourcing for improving quality and quantity of accessibility information. Results indicated that different tendency of character counts among accessibility conditions was observed in the assessment and the crowdsourcing conditions.

It is important to include the behavior of load in studies of loss of generation and consequent load shedding and also in studies of long-term dynamics of a power system. This paper proposes a method which estimates load-frequency and load-voltage characteristic constants separately at the same time, by using normal operating data.The power system can be represented as an equivalent model which is composed of a major bus load, an equivalent impedance and a voltage source behind it. When the load capacity is small enough compared with the total system capacity, variations of active power of the load have little effect on frequency changes in the total system. Voltage changes behind the equivalent impedance are caused by variations of the operating condition in the external system, so voltage changes are independent to variations of active and reactive power of the major bus load under the state of nominal frequency and voltage. So coherences between them decreases to zero according to the increase of data in number and it is possible to estimate the load-frequency and load-voltage characteristic constants. Necessary measuring periods and accuracies of estimation are clarified and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation results.
