本発表はAndroidのリアルタイム性評価と改善方法を検討したものである。近年、携帯情報端末以外の組み込み機器に対してAndroidを適用する動きが高まっている。Androidを組み込み機器に適用するにはリアルタイム性の確保が必要である。今回は、市販されている組み込み向け評価ボード上で、CPU負荷、割り込み負荷をかけた状態で、タイマー割り込みに対する応答性評価を行った。その結果、タイマー割り込みに対して大幅な応答遅延が観測された。本発表ではこの結果に対し、システムレベル、アプリケーションレベル両面での分析・評価結果を述べる。また、応答性阻害要因の解決策についても検討する。

切除不能大腸癌に対する化学療法は進歩し,3種類の殺細胞薬だけでなく,3種類の分子標的薬が使用できるようになった.生存期間中央値は2年まで延長したものの,未だに治癒を望むことは難しいので,化学療法の目的は,治癒ではなく延命である.抗VEGF抗体は単剤では効果がなく,殺細胞薬との併用により延命効果が期待できる.抗EGFR抗体にはバイオマーカーが存在し,RAS変異があると効果が期待できない.殺細胞薬と併用でも,単剤でも使用できる.FOLFOXとFOLFIRI,抗VEGF抗体と抗EGFR抗体どちらを選んでも効果に大差はないので,有害事象や腫瘍の状態に応じて選択する.注射のFUは効果を下げずに経口FUに置き換えることができる.重篤な有害事象の発生を好まない患者に対しては,支持療法だけでなく,分子標的薬をベースにすることや,用量調節により,QOLを維持した延命が可能になる.経口の分子標的薬レゴラフェニブの用量調節が困難な場合,titration法などを用いた工夫が必要になる.

To promote industrialization of agriculture in Japan, it is critical to accelerate the development of excellent new varieties that meet market needs, especially the needs of the food industry. To date, there are limited studies which have quantitatively analyzed factors influencing the introduction of new varieties by the food industry.Using the data of the questionnaire survey, this paper has analyzed the introduction of new varieties by the food industry. In the present study, by obtaining the information of new varieties from research institutes and to differentiate new varieties from existing one, the food industry's willingness to use new varieties increased.This paper also revealed that the utilization of new varieties differs depending on the type of food industry.

Transferring materials is necessary for research in universities. However, there are currently some problems regarding material transfer: firstly, the delayed completion of the Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) due to the complexities of MTA terms and the procedure of MTA completion, and secondly, the large risk of infringing on others' rights brought about by modifications, inventions resulting from the use of materials, etc.To solve these problems, we have begun managing all of the materials and the material transfer processes via a web system enabling an online application of the material transfer (MMC system). All researchers at the institution use the MMC system whenever they receive or send materials. As a result of the MMC system, the centralization of MTAs has been successfully implemented. The MMC system could also support the transfer of materials in compliance with laws related to the material transfers.

In this article, the author mentions the following three points as modern meaning of "Managing the Flow of Technology" which was published 36 years ago.Firstly, direct communication is still important to the engineers, as it used to be.Secondly, visualizing the flow of Information acquisition and dissemination into the organization is becoming more precise and with lower cost than before.Thirdly, the findings that the space design of the workplace affects communication among engineers might be extended to not only building design but also urban design.Three books are also recommended to be read together with this Allen̓s work. The readers can think more deeply about each of these three points.

This paper presents the research perspectives from the macro viewpoint of "corporate boundary dynamics" and the micro viewpoint of "organizational capability" regarding corporate strategy adapted to the evolution of convergence in advanced ICT era. As a first point, convergence is the viewpoint of accelerating "Collaborative Innovation" of people, organizations, companies and industries, and raising the possibility of creating a new business ecosystem by dynamically restructuring corporate boundaries. And as an element to decide the corporate boundary, this paper presents that the elements of "creativity-view" and "dialectic-view" as "boundary conceptions" held by stakeholders are important. Secondly, this paper points out the importance of "Dynamic Capabilities (DC)" as an organizational capability adapted to environmental change called convergence. In this paper, DC will increase the possibility of creating new innovation through asset orchestration of internal and external assets toward dynamic reconstruction of corporate boundary, inducing perception and cognition of new environmental change.

Unlike other Islamic polities that were colonized by the Western powers, the Ottoman Empire remained independent until the very end. Therefore, the relationship between Islamic law and the Empire's public law became an important topic in Ottoman jurisprudence, especially after the Young Turk Revolution of 1908, when the principle of national sovereignty (hakimiyet-i milliye) was proclaimed as a basis of the state's new constitution. This article addresses the views of Ottoman jurists regarding national sovereignty by analyzing Babanzade Ismail Hakki's Hukuk-i Esasiye, one of the first textbooks on Ottoman constitutional law. While continuing his predecessors' endeavors to defend Ottoman sovereignty, Ismail Hakki introduced a new approach to understanding the character of the Ottoman Caliphate. To wit, sovereignty derives solely from the nation which is one and indivisible. The state is a juridical person representing the nation's natural sovereignty. Consequently, the monarch, namely, the Sultan-Caliph, was no more than an organ of the state. Ismail Hakki discussed the development of parliamentarism in a way that enabled him to construct an alternative approach to world legal history. While in the West parliaments were the product of feudal privilege, in the East there was no such privilege, due to the fact that Islamic law dictated that all men were equal and also that the Caliphate was, in essence, nothing but a form of universal suffrage, through which the nation's will was expressed in the form of bay'a (oath of allegiance). Therefore, for Ismail Hakki, there was no reason to respect the three "privileges" that had been introduced into the Ottoman state governance since the late eighteenth century-the Capitulations (imtiyazat-i ecnebiye), autonomous provinces (eyalat-i mumtaze), and the religious privileges of non-Muslims (imtiyazat-i mezhebiye)-because they were contrary to the principle of equality among Ottomans and formed exceptions to the rules of a sovereign state system. While he took it for granted that the Ottoman nation was composed of various ethnic and religious groups, Ismail Hakki kept silent on the question of how to legally define the multi-ethnic and multi-religious character of the Ottoman constitution. He condemned the religious/ethnic quota system because, according to him, the Ottoman parliament represented the will of the one and indivisible nation as a whole. Religious/ethnic quotas contradict this fundamental basis of constitutional law. This attitude of Babanzade Ismail Hakki foreshadowed the subsequent legal tradition of the Turks to legitimize their Republic, which they alleged was ethnically homogenous.

H. G. Gadamer, z. B., hat Diltheys Verstehen als romantisch psychologisches Versehen kritisiert. Aber ich glaube, dass das Verstehen Diltheys andere und reiche Moglichkeiten hat. Durch 1. den Vergleich zwischen der Methodik in der Naturforschung Goethes und den methodischen Bedingungen des Verstehen, und 2. durch die Analyse der Entstehung von Bedeutungszusammenhang im Prozess des Verstehens mochte ich in diesem Aufsatz den Einfluss der Morphologie Goethes auf das Verstehen zeigen. Dieses Verstehen wird als die polyphonische Auffassung von den verschiedenen Bedeutungen charakterisiert. Schliesslich soll darauf hingedeutet werden, dass das o. a. Problem in Beziehung zum dualistishen Muster von metonymischem und metaphorischem Denken steht, das im Strukturalismus (besonders in R. Jakobson und Levi-Strauss) auftaucht.

We investigated the life cycle of the tanaidid Zeuxo sp. 1 (Crustacea: Peracarida: Tanaidacea), which lives epiphytically in dwelling tubes on the algae Sargassum spp. and Neorhodomela aculeata in Oshoro Bay, Hokkaido, Japan. We obtained data on its population size distribution, age structure, and reproductive phenology through monthly sampling from April 2011 to June 2012. From these data, we detected an overwintering group (F0) that arises from mancae that are released in autumn, overwinters, reproduces the following spring, and then disappears. The overwintering group produces mancae (F1) that reach maturity and themselves reproduce within six weeks after release; the F1, mancae give rise to an F2 and possibly an F3 generation within a single summer. We refer to individuals that reproduce in the same summer that they were released as the ‘annual group’. Reproduction overall was restricted to the period from May to October, when the seasurface temperature exceeded 10°C. During both years, overwintering females first became reproductive in May. Reproduction in the annual group began in June and continued through mid-October. Mancae were observed in samples from June through October. The two groups differed significantly in size at reproduction; compared to the annual group, females in the overwintering group reproduced at larger minimum and average body sizes, and males began to express enlarged chelae, a secondary sexual character, at a larger size. The difference in size at maturity may be related to the differences in water temperature during the main period of growth and maturation.

It is known that the rock strength increases with an increase in loading rate. Many studies on the loadingrate dependence of rock strength have been performed under two environments, namely water-saturated and airdried conditions, and the loading-rate dependence has not been investigated well under the conditions of various water saturations observed in situ rock masses. In addition, the quantitative relation between the loading-rate dependence and water saturation has not been examined. In this study, the uniaxial compression test of Sanjome andesite under various water saturations was carried out and the dependence of the strength on the loading rate and water saturation was investigated. The test was performed with alternating two loading rates and the strength corresponding to each loading rate was determined from a single specimen. The test results show that the strength increase with a ten-fold increase in loading rate is almost the same under various water saturations and that the strength increases with a decrease in water saturation. Based on the test results, the theory to explain the dependence of the strength on the loading rate and water saturation was suggested. The variation in the strength was discussed to validate the theory.

Environmental impact assessment was conducted at the Ohitachi Mine (Cu-Zn-Pb) located in Odate, Akita Prefecture, Japan. Zn concentration in river water exceeded the environmental standard (30 µg/L) even in the downstream of the Mine. Here, treatment facility for acid mine drainage had already constructed, however, the capacity of the facility was not enough to protect the environmental standard of Zn in the downstream. We calculated Zn load (mg/s) and concentration of Zn (µg/L) in individual watershed along the mainstream and branches. Several watersheds which emitted high concentration of Zn were recognized in the mining area. Particularly, discharge of Zn along the mainstream and watershed which includes open adit shows strong effects to concentration and load of Zn in river water. Based on concentration of Zn in river water and flow rate, we calculated mass balance of Zn load between sampling points. In order to protect environmental standard of Zn (30 µg/L) around village in downstream, we have to reduce 4.22 mg/s of Zn load. In that case, we have to reduce discharge of Zn along the mainstream and from open adit in the mining area. Based on the load and concentration of Zn in individual watershed around the mining area, quantitative evaluation is possible to estimate environmental risks of heavy metals in the river water caused by abundant mine.
