探索目標に関する映像中の位置情報を用いて録画データからインタラクティブに目標を探索する手法を提案する.手法の考え方は発掘作業になぞらえることができる.地層を掘り下げるように,利用者はスコップのような道具と目標位置に関する補助情報を用いて過去映像を掘り下げ,目標映像を探す.手法を実装したシステムの詳細とその評価実験の結果を紹介する.

原子核の運動の量子論的性質がもたらす構造と物性を主として筆者の研究にもとづいてレビューする。始めに調和振動子と自由回転子の量子力学による記述法を述べ,次にトンネル状態が核の波動性の表れであることを示す。そのような状態を表現する用語として「陽子雲」を導入する。ブロモヒドロキシフェナレノン結晶の重水素誘起相転移が水素結合上の陽子トンネル運動に由来することを,熱容量測定と遠赤外吸収スペクトルの実験にもとづいて論じ,トンネル準位をもたらす2極小ポテンシャルを実験データから導く。その結果が構造解析とよく対応することを示す。次に酸性硫酸(セレン酸)アルカリ塩結晶の重水素誘起相転移を熱測定と中性子回折の実験にしたがって論じ,極低温における構造が基底トンネル準位の陽子波動関数を反映すると解されることを示す。最も顕著な重水素効果を示す結晶として亜クロム酸の同位体誘起相転移について述べる。ヘキサクロロ金属酸アンモニウム結晶においては,トンネル回転準位の関係する重水素効果が現われる。熱測定と中性子回折によって,これらの結晶の基底状態において水素核が直径0.8オングストロームの円環状をなすことを示す。最後に核の波動性と,化学反応におけるトンネル効果及びプロトン分極率の関連に触れる。

症例1:42歳男.5年5ヵ月の不妊を主訴として受診し,無精子症を指摘された.全身所見で異常はなく,精液検査所見も無精子症であった.染色体検査では末梢リンパ球培養G band法で細胞20個において検査を行ったところ46,XXと女性の核型であった.また2番染色体短腕p11,長腕q13を切断点とする腕間逆位が認められた.以上の所見よりXX male症例と診断した.さらにPCR法によるsex-determining region Y(SRY)は陽性,deleted in azoospermia(DAZ)は陰性であった.患者は挙児は希望せず,現在も外来で経過観察中である.症例2:29歳男.1年3ヵ月の不妊を主訴として受診した.症例1と同様に無精子症を指摘され,全身所見で異常はなく,精液検査所見も無精子症であった.染色体検査でも症例1と同様に末梢リンパ球培養G band法で,細胞20個において検査を行ったところ46,XXと女性の核型であり,以上の所見より,XX male症例と診断した.また,PCR法による測定を行い,SRYは陽性,DAZは陰性であった.挙児を希望し,非配偶者間人工授精により正常男児がえられたWe report two cases of XX male with chief complaints of infertility. Physical examination of both patients aged 42 and 29 demonstrated normal male habitus except for small testes. Semen analyses demonstrated no spermatozoa. Endocrinological examinations showed hypergonadotrophic hypogonadism. Vesiculograms demonstrated normal seminal tracts. Histological examination of their testes did not reveal germ cells; one case lacked seminiferous tubules and there was hyalinization in the seminiferous tubule in another case. Chromosomal analyses of peripheral blood demonstrated 46,XX. The sex-determining region Y gene was positive and DAZ (deleted in azoospermia) gene was negative in both cases.

We propose a high security facial recognition system using a cellular phone on the mobile network. This system is composed of a face recognition engine based on optical phase correlation which uses phase information with emphasis on a Fourier domain, a control sever and the cellular phone with a compact camera for taking pictures, as a portable terminal. Compared with various correlation methods, our face recognition engine revealed the most accurate EER of less than 1%. By using the JAVA interface on this system, we implemented the stable system taking pictures, providing functions to prevent spoofing while transferring images. This recognition system was tested on 300 women students and the results proved this system effective.

寒害によって生じたビワの種子枯死果の肥大発育と収穫果の品質に及ぼすジベレリンならびにホルクロルフェニュロンの散布処理の影響について調査し, 無核果生産の可能性について考察した.<BR>1.GAとKTの併用処理によって, 種子枯死果の果実肥大は有核果に相当する程度まで促進された. また, その果形は細長く, 果肉の厚い果実であった.<BR>2.寒害遭遇直後の処理による肥大効果は著しく,時間をおいて処理した場合には, 処理による効果が小となった. また, 年内に寒害に遭遇し, 種子の枯死した果実にKTの併用処理を行うと肥大効果はより大であった.<BR>3.寒害遭遇直後の処理果では, 着色の促進, 糖含量低下の傾向が見られ, とくに肥大の著しかったGAとKTの併用処理で果汁のBrixが著しく低下した.

In this paper, we investigate effects of harmonic electromagnetic field to torque characteristics of induction motors from both side of experiment and electromagnetic field analysis. The characteristics of two kinds of the aluminum cage three-phase induction motors are measured and calculated. One is with the closed rotor slots. The other is semi-closed. In the experiment, the negative torque at synchronous speed is measured by driving the induction motor by the synchronous permanent magnet motor. The total torque at load condition is also measured by the torque detector. In the analysis, the harmonic magnetic fields, the harmonic losses and the harmonic torques at each time and space harmonic order are calculated using the nonlinear time-stepping finite element method to clarify the mechanism of the harmonic torque generation. The measured and the calculated results agree well. It is clarified that the negative torque caused by the slot harmonics at the rated load condition is not negligible and that the negative torque is mainly generated by the harmonic core losses.

ネットワークルータにおいて,ルーティングやフィルタリングの処理を行うために,IP アドレスから該当する情報を検索する必要がある.その実装に現在広く用いられている TCAM ( 3 値連想メモリ) は高コストかつ高消費電力であり,今後ネットワークに接続されるデバイス数の増加が見込まれるなか,その消費電力削減は重要な課題である.ハッシュテーブルの利用などの代替手法もあるが,ハッシュ競合など解決すべき問題がある.本稿では,ニューラルネットワークを用いた IP ルックアップ方式を検討し,その性能と電力を評価する.
