ピント位置では良く写るレンズでありながら, 背景や前景のいわゆるボケ像は, 2線ボケに代表される悪い描写をするレンズが数多く存在し, ボケ像の改善が望まれていた。このために, 我々は, 理想的なボケの結像状態の検討と, ボケを悪化させる要因の分析を行った。さらに, ボケ像改善の設計手法の比較・検討を行った。これらの検討を基に, 135用交換レンズSTF135mmF2.8 (T4.5) では, 従来にない方法でボケ像改善にトライし, その顕著な効果について確認をすることができた。

現在、「民主主義の後退」が注目されているが、その考察に民主的正統性のインプット/スループット/アウトプットの側面に注目する枠組みを適用し、新たな知見を得ることを試みる。第1節では民主主義の後退の議論を整理・検証し、第2節ではV. A. シュミットの3つの民主的正統化のメカニズムの議論をまとめ、第3節ではその適用を試みる。結論として、民主主義の後退の議論で注目されてきたのは、民主的正統性のうちインプットの側面に関わるものであり、アウトプットやスループットの民主的正統性まで視野に入れると、権威主義化する政権がそれらによる「補完」によって支えられている可能性が見えてくる。

In the conventional rail vehicle, traction motor is mounted on the truck frame, and the shaft torque is transmitted to the wheel set via flexible coupling and reduction gearing. The reduction gearing is effective to increase the torque, but gives rise to maintenance, noise and transmission loss. To overcome these problems and simplify the truck structure, we conceived an idea of wheel mounted direct drive traction motor system without the reduction gearing, and started the development.In this system, the traction motor is required to produce more torque and reduce the mass. So we introduced permanent magnet synchronous motor for the first time in the rail vehicle. Here, we propose fundamental structures of the wheel mounted direct drive traction motors, and present a prototype wheel mounted traction motor model, which is manufactured by trial as the first step of the development. We overcame the problem of temperature rise of permanent magnet, through analysis and improvement of the magnetic structure.

放置車両確認事務等の業務を民間委託することを骨子とした駐車対策法制が,平成18年6月に施行された.この駐車対策法制の効果を明確にするために,この対策が駐車車両関連事故に与えた影響を,警察庁の交通事故統計と駐停車違反取締りデータを用いて分析した.H17~25年の駐車車両関連事故の変動をみたところ,駐車車両対策法制の施行後には,駐車車両関連事故が全事故と比較して顕著に減少していることが明らかになった.また,駐車車両関連事故の中では,速度が高い事故,夜間事故,自動二輪車,原付,軽車両による駐車車両衝突などの減少率が大きく,駐車車両関連事故が発生しやすい状況における減少率が大きいことが示された.また,駐車監視員の導入状況により,駐車車両関連事故の減少率はさほど変化していなかった.

Background: We assessed the awareness of multidisciplinary healthcare professionals of the challenges related to implementation of molecular autopsy (MA) for sudden cardiac death (SCD) among children and young adults.Methods and Results: We conducted 11 focus groups with 31 multidisciplinary healthcare professionals, and categorized them into 2 themes: values, and challenges of MA implementation. The participants recognized 2 different values of MA: discovering the unknown cause of SCD, and SCD prevention among family members of victims. The coexistence of these values makes the MA process and role of professionals more complex. Participants were concerned about the psychological burden for bereaved family members and mentioned challenges in each process of the MA delivery system: obtaining consent, cause of death investigation, disclosing results, and preventive intervention.Conclusions: MA is a valuable procedure both in terms of forensic and preventive medicine. However, the dual meanings and complex characteristics of genetic information is a potential source of concern and confusion among healthcare professionals as well as bereaved family members. Increasing awareness among healthcare professionals of the MA process is essential for connecting all related areas of expertise.

日本には約50種のミノガ科の種が生息しており,成長した幼虫の携帯型の巣筒であるミノは大きさや概形,表面に使われる素材等の特徴で属あるいは種までの同定が可能である.成虫が脱出後の空になったミノの保存性が高いことから,ミノによる種の同定によって過去の生息範囲を推測することができる.一方,若齢幼虫期のミノは,形態が単純で種の特徴が十分現われていないために正確な同定は期待できず,これまで主に中齢幼虫期から終齢幼虫期のミノが同定に用いられた.しかし,日本産のミノガについて,このような識別形質を含むミノの形態の詳細な記載とその比較はこれまでほとんど行なわれてこなかった.そこで本研究では,ミノの形態から属あるいは種の同定を容易にすることを目的として,日本産ミノガ科23属30種について,成長した幼虫あるいは終齢幼虫のミノの写真を示し,その形態的特徴と蛹化状況を記述するとともに,これまで発表されていなかったミノによる種や属の検索表を,2論文に分けて発表する.第1報では原始的な小型ないし中型種の中で比較的普通な13属19種について記載を行なった.その結果,ミノの本体は円筒形,紡錘形,円錐形または管状で,表面には種特異的な被覆物がつけられていた.中齢ないし老齢幼虫期のミノは,種や属を同定するための有効な特徴を備えていた.

複雑ネットワーク上の協力現象はユークリッド格子上のそれとは本質的に異なる場合があることが,近年明らかになってきた.本稿ではスモールワールド性を持つネットワークでしばしば観測される臨界相に注目する.臨界相とは,2次相転移の臨界点が有限のパラメータ領域に広がったようなものである.このことからスモールワールドネットワークは臨界的な状態を,パラメータ変化に対してロバストにする構造を持っていると考えられる.本稿ではいくつかの代表的なネットワークのボンドパーコレーションについて,それぞれの相図と基本的な性質を概観し,ネットワーク構造と臨界性の関係を考察する.

The central figure of the Action Frarnçaise, Charles Maurras presented his “religious nationalism” amidst a tense conflict between republicans and Catholics, which culminated with the separation of the Churches and the State in 1905. The Catholic blocs supported him, because he reclaimed the Catholic monarchy from the French Republic by criticizing individualism and representative democracy. This article tries to contextualize his political thought at the dawn of the twentieth century and to analyze it from the viewpoint of political theology.   It primarily focuses on Maurras' so-called “Catholic positivism” which was largely influenced by Auguste Comte. However, Maurras deviates from the founder positivist in that he emphasizes the French “nation” instead of the “humanity”; he didn't acknowledge the idea of separation between temporal and spiritual powers. His monarchical nationalism stands on the positivistic horizon, and the autonomous nation rendered absolute doesn't require a heteronomous religious justification. This scheme of political theology, which appeared through his polemic with Marc Sangnier, bore some resemblance to neo-Thomism, despite its pagan character.
