企業は将来にわたって事業を継続することを前提に利潤を追求し自らを発展させてきた。近年、これに加えて企業も社会を構成する一員であるとの考えから、自らの発展と同時に社会貢献が求められるようになった。特に「企業の社会的責任」元年と呼ばれる2003年以降、多くの企業が「企業の社会的責任(Corporate Social Responsibility 以下CSR)」を推進している。企業が行う植樹活動もその多くがCSRの一環として始められ、環境活動を行う環境CSRの具体的な方策として植樹による「企業の森づくり」に参加する企業が急増している。しかし、それらは、都道府県との連携による森づくりであり、短期的な企業主導の森づくりであるため、地域の森林計画や地域住民の意識との乖離といった課題が明らかになっている。本論では、企業のCSR報告書を中心に、資料・文献を整理したうえで、聞き取り調査を行い、これらの課題を解決するために企業が行う新たな活動形態として、ピジョン株式会社が茨城県常陸大宮市の社有地で行う「ピジョン美和の森」植樹活動の特異性を明らかにした。環境CSRの一環として行う植樹活動を自社の保有地で行い、自社の資産として森づくりを進めるためには、他の有形・無形の資産同様、維持管理のための持続的森林管理方法の構築が必要である。A company, developing its business in chase of profits, is required contribution to society as a member of the community. Since 2003, many companies have developed and promoted corporate social responsibility (CSR). In recent years, more and more companies introduce an activity of foresting as a part of CSR. The number of companies with CSR Forest is rapidly increasing. However, other studies have concluded that the creation of a forest is dissociated from the local forest plan because of domination by administrative division and short-term contract.In this article, first of all, the current reality of foresting by companies was clarified by the survey of CSR reports. Secondly, the investigation was made of the company continuing planting trees in its own land as CSR for years to reveal the uniqueness of the activity. The following are the main findings(: a)many companies have lack of knowledge about forestry preservation and(b) it is requested to construct the management system for forest assets like established one for other tangible or intangible assets.

The second competition to design a monument for Frederick II. (the Great) of Prussia in 1796-97 has become an epochmaking event for the architectural design at the end of 18C. in Germany. Especially through designs by C. G. Langhans, H. Gentz and F. Gilly, it was extended to the scale of urban design and its idealistic conception of publicity. Through the process to form the monument by Gilly, that can be analysed from his sketches and notes, the idea of architectural form was radically changed by means of neoclassicism or revolutionally architecture, starting from Winckelmann-aesthetics. The idealistic aesthetics of symbolic form was also introduced through changing the character of the monument to the mausoleum. Gilly's design expressed also social aspects of the modern civic society and the national-state through architectural method, that is the civic and the representative publicity. He designed almost as a free architect depending on his own artistic genius and conception, and wanted the social enlightenment with the notion of public openness and the rational geometric system of urban space. The whole architectural form of monument, on the other hand, respresented the idealistic notion of national society in pyramidal form, through being devided into three levels. The problem to design a national monument acted as a mean to establish the new idea of architecture and urban design in the public space in 19C.

西川祐信の風俗絵本。3巻。享保16年(1731)8月、大坂毛利田庄太郎刊、大本3冊。序に「一日浪華書肆来りて、当時所見の艶容を図して梓にせば、絵法初心の一助とならんと、ひたすら乞求る」云々とあり、制作趣旨が知られる。上巻は官女、中巻は町女、下巻は遊女についての描図を集めたもので、それぞれ巻末に半丁分の解説を置き、描法及び彩色に関する注意を付記しており、祐信が本絵本を肉筆画の手本と考えていたことがわかる。また上巻は、源氏絵、伊勢ほかの女性歌人、当世の女性風俗の順に収め、垂髪の官女、島田髷の武家の女性を交え描く。中巻は町女で、外出時の衣被りや、花火遊び、盆踊りなど、四季の景物とともに描いた図もある。下巻は京、大坂、江戸の順に遊女を描く。(鈴木淳)

1) The hemianamorphic development of the Japanese house centipide, Thereuopoda ferox VERH., is divided into eleven or twelve growing stadia which have the morphological characters as are shown in Table 1. 2) Adult bears numerous spines on each segment of legs and on the flagellum primum of antennae. Growth of spines has relations to growing stadia as shown in Table 2.

骨の成長は骨端軟骨板の閉鎖により停止するが, そのメカニズムについては不明であったが, 最近この閉鎖に骨端軟骨細胞のアポトーシスが関与することが明らかにされた.本研究では骨端軟骨細胞のアポトーシスに対するエストロゲンとテストステロンの影響について検討した.在来種の白色家兎の成長軟骨板を組織培養し, これら性ホルモンを作用させ, 休止・増殖・肥大軟骨層におけるアポトーシス細胞の発現を組織化学的に検索した.その結果, 肥大・休止層ではエストロゲンおよびテストステロンによってアポトーシス細胞の発現率が増加された.同様にエストロゲンを家兎に腹腔内投与すると, 成長軟骨板におけるアポトーシス細胞の誘導が認められた.また抗ニトロタイロシン抗体を用いてパーオキシナイトライトの発現を免疫組織化学的に検索したところ, エストロゲン刺激で肥大・休止層にパーオキシナイトライトの染色性の増強を認めた.細胞培養系で骨端軟骨板由来の軟骨細胞にエストロゲンを添加し, 一酸化窒素の誘導を検討したところ細胞のアポトーシスと一酸化窒素の誘導を認めた.以上の事象より, 骨端軟骨板閉鎖のアポトーシス死にエストロゲンも関与し, 機序として骨端軟骨板のフリーラジカル産生を誘導し, 間接的にアポトーシスに関与していることが考えられる.

これまで、キーボードの操作履歴の分析により、プログラム作成過程を解明してきたが処理過程における学習者の状況認知や意思決定が不明であった。そこで、非反応測定法によりBASICプログラム作成中のキー入力デ-タを収集するとともに、発話思考法によって発話データを収集し、両者の情報を統合してプログラミングにおける状況認知と処理過程を明らかにすることを試みた。本研究は中学生2名の状況認知と処理過程について報告する。

Haiti Earthquake, Mw7.0, was happened in 12 January 2011 and the epicenter was located at 25km west-south-west far from Port-au-Prince, capital city, on Enliquillo Fault System. Port-au-Prince is the biggest city in Haiti and the population of this city is about 3 million. About 233 thousand people was killed and about 300 thousands people was injured due to the earthquake. And about 200 thousands buildings were destroyed and, after the earthquake, about 1200 thousands people were evacuated by using temporary tent houses. We have done a fundamental investigation on ground shaking characteristics by using microtremor measurements at Port-au-Prince for seismic microzoning study. In this paper, we would like to present a foundamental quick result.
