This paper aims to clarify the spatial problems of a place for immigrants by analyzing a group of small shops built by immigrants in A housing complex. A residents' association established the land, which was built the shops. They had a role as a node for ethnic groups. But they were removed because the segregation had occurred. By analyzing their transition, following problems are found: 1. Locating to the outside of the living region. 2. The construction urged by the spatial form of enclosed land. 3. Lack of communication with the local residents. 4. Spatial closure of the shops.

本研究では,長時間過密労働をシミュレートした環境下での,1)情動的負担の変容過程,2)情動的負担と行動的疲労の関係を明らかにするために事例的検討を行った.その際,情動的負担が顕著だった事例と,同じ状況にあっても情動的負担が抑制されていた事例に着目した.結果より,「怒り-敵意」因子に属する訴えは,行動的疲労が亢進する上での重要なサインであること,情動的負担と行動的疲労との関係は情動的負担が高い時に行動的疲労が軽・中程度で,情動的負担が低くなると行動的疲労は高くなる関係にあることが示唆された.

セシウムはカリウムと同族のアルカリ金属であり,両者の化学的・物理的性質はよく似ており,人体には約4,000Bqの放射性カリウムが常在している.2011年3月11日に発生したマグニチュード9.0の東北地方太平洋沖地震と随伴巨大津波によって,東京電力福島第一原子力発電所では全電源喪失の事態が発生し,運転中の原発3基では炉心溶融が起こり,運転休止中の1基でも冷却保管されていた大量の使用済燃料棒が破損し,1986年4月26日に旧ソ連で発生したチェルノブイリ原発事故による放出量の約10%の放射性物質が放出され,福島県をはじめとする広範囲の地域が放射性物質によって汚染されることとなった. チェルノブイリ原発事故で多数の小児甲状腺がん発生の原因となった放射性ヨウ素への被ばくは,政府が速やかに行った汚染原乳の出荷制限措置によって最小限に抑えられ,数か月後には被ばくの虞もなくなった.一方,セシウム137への被ばくについては,その半減期が30年と長期であるため,多数の人が将来の健康影響を懸念している. チェルノブイリ原発事故によるセシウム137の健康影響はこれまでのところ認められていないというのが大多数の研究者の考えであるが,福島原発事故後の日本ではスウェーデンのマーチン・トンデル(Martin Tondel)博士やベラルーシのユーリ・バンダジェフスキー(Yuri Bandazhesky)博士などごく一部の研究者の研究が過大に評価されており,インターネットや講演会などを通じての広報活動によって,一般住民に無視しえない影響を与えている. 本報告では,彼らの研究を統計的因果推論と現代疫学の視点から検討する.

In this study, the development of multi-role bipedal walker based on human-assisted passive walking is discussed. In this paper, the effect of upper body with non-linear spring characteristic is demonstrated. And, the bipedal walker with human-like appearance is developed. There is a close resemblance between human being and the developed bipedal walker.

This paper describes a theory, algorithm, and experimental results of a new 3-D sound source localization system which is based on the spatio-temporal derivative method applied to acoustic signals.The principle is outlined as follows. We observe the sound field through amplitude f and its spatiotemporal gradients fx, fy, ft of a single point. An instantaneous distribution of time-varying vectors fx, fy, ft, f in a 4-D gradient space is classified according to its degree of orderness. Each orderness is theoretically related to constraints on possible source locations. Under this classification, we obtain an unambiguous 3-D location of a single source under a second degree of orderness and a co-existing line or plane of double sources under a first degree of orderness.We applied the principle to a sound source visualizer system by which a possibility map of the source locale is accumulated and superposed realtimely on TV images. By several experiments, this system is shown to be able to localize multiple wideband sources such as white noises and human voices while discriminating a number of them.
