異なる種類のライフログを効率的に集約・連携(マッシュアップ)するために,先行研究において我々は,ライフログのための標準データモデルと,ラィフログデータを横断的に検索・取得するマッシュアップAPIを提案している.これらの有効性を評価するために,本研究では提案するマッシュアップAPIを用いて実際のライフログサービスをマッシュアップするアプリケーションを構築する.具体的には,Twitter, Flickr, GARMIN Connectの3つのライフログサービスを連携し,ウォーキング中のつぶやきと写真データを,歩いたコースの地図上にオーバーレイするサービスLifeLogMapsを開発する.ライフログサービスが公開しているAPIを用いた場合と,マッシュアップAPIを用いた場合の二通りの開発を行い,両者の比較評価を行う.

新しく開発された注射用オキサセフェム系抗生物質である6315-S (flomoxef, 以下本剤と略す) を開腹術後および内視鏡的治療後の外科的感染症の6例に使用し, その有効性につき検討した。また, 胆道疾患開腹術後に胆管ドレナージを行なった4例については, 本剤1g点滴静注後の血中および胆汁中の濃度を測定し, 薬動力学的検討を行なった。<BR>外科的感染症6例中5例の本剤投与量および投与方法は2g (分2), 3g (分3), 4g (分2) を点滴静注し, 肝膿瘍の1例にはセルジンガー法により腹腔動脈内から1日1回4gをone shotで2日間, 総量8gを注入した。外科的感染症における本剤の有効率は肝膿瘍の著効例を含む6例中4例, 66.7%であった。最高投与日数は13日, 最大投与量は39gで, 副作用はなく, 1例にのみ活性化部分トロンポプラスチン時間 (APTT) の軽度延長を認めた。<BR>本剤1960分点滴静注後の血中および胆汁中動態に関して, 薬動力学的解析を試みた。点滴終了時の平均血中ピーク濃度は42.9μg/ml, 消失相の半減期T1/2 (β) は1.02時間であった。胆汁内濃度は総胆管胆汁採取例 (1例) においてピーク値Cmax.=47.1μg/ml (79分) であり, 肝内胆管胆汁採取例では3例平均Cmax. は12.4μg/ml (100分) であった。総胆管胆汁濃度は, 肝内胆管胆汁濃度に比し, 約4倍の値を示した。<BR>以上, 本剤は消化器外科感染症に対して, 有用な薬剤であることが示唆された。

高度道路交通システム(ITS: Intelligent Transport Systems)におけるマイクロ波帯の周波数のheterogeneous無線サービスを,車車間中継を介して車内の無線端末へ提供するための広帯域異種無線通信基盤を構築することが求められている.本研究では,既存の無線サービスをその信号形式を変更することなくミリ波帯へ周波数変換し,車内の移動体端末へ転送する際の,車車間マルチホップ無線チャネルの信頼性を向上させるため,車載マルチアンテナを用いた空間分割多重化(SDM: Space Division Multiplexing)の適用を提案し,その特性評価を行う.

Denne artikel har til hensigt at drøfte metoden for tekstfortolkning ved overvejelse af klassificeringen af videnskaberne i indledningen af Begrebet Angest. Pseudonym forfatteren, V. Haufniensis klassificerer forskellige områder af videnskab så som dogmatiken, psykologi og etik. Han starter med en diskussion om psykologi og foreslår en "anden etik" til at forklare friheden til at angre ved synd. Forordet fra Begrebet Angest er således forbundet med den "Existentiele-Videnskab" udarbejdet i samlingen af efterladte Papirer, Pap. IV C 100. Kierkegaard indfører derefter begrebet inter-esse som at være i mellem at være og at tænke. Det er i områder, der er af interesse for Tilværelsen(dasein), og psykologien betragter Angest for det at mægle i spørgsmålet om synd og frihed. Psykologien er indført som en ny videnskab for at fjerne konflikten om etik og dogmatiken. Derfor overvinder vi disse konflikter, der er domineret af traditionel metafysik, ved indførelsen af psykologi og bliver istand til at forklare vanskelighederne ved frihed relateret i angren af synd. Denne tilgang er en forudsætning for at kunne fortolke teksten Begrebet Angest, som har til formål at kombinere forholdet mellem frihed og synd. Denne artikel afslører, at den akademiske konflikt, der er mål for frihed og synd, er elimineret af psykologien, som er blevet indført af den Existentiele Videnskab.

Perhaps the greatest challenge that Japanese companies face in their expansion abroad is how to deal with the cross-cultural environment of the foreign subsidiary. As the number of Japanese foreign subsidiaries increase, it is becoming increasingly important for Japanese organizations to effectively utilize the talents of non-Japanese employees. This paper uses original data to demonstrate that Japanese organizations experience great difficulties in integrating host country nationals (HCN) into the management process of their foreign subsidiaries. Quantitative and qualitative data was gathered from Japanese subsidiaries in Australia, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand. A model, developed from statistical analysis of the quantitative data gathered, illustrates that difficulties experienced in communication and dealing with cultural differences lead to international human resource policies that impede the integration of HCN managers. This paper discusses the particular attitudes and cultural traits of Japanese individuals, organizations and society that appear to be inhibiting effective cross-cultural human resource management. The consequences of the lack of HCN integration are examined and remedies are suggested.

An 8-year-old, spayed, female Shiba dog was presented to a referring veterinarian with a complaint of chronic diarrhea and anorexia. Ultrasound and radiographs revealed an irregular mass in the pelvic cavity. The mass and the affected section of colon were surgically removed. Histopathological examination revealed multifocal coalescing granulomas and effaced intestinal structures. Central necrotic debris surrounded by multinucleated giant cells, lymphocytes, plasma cells and neutrophils was observed. Numerous, irregularly branched hyphae with pale basophilic, thin walls and occasional bulbous enlargements at the tips were present. Polymerase chain reaction identified Basidiobolus ranarum, successfully confirming a definitive diagnosis of basidiobolomycosis. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report of intestinal basidiobolomycosis in a dog.

オーケストラをはじめとした大人数の演奏形態は身近な存在となり,アマチュアを中心としたオーケストラも多数見られるようになった.大人数による音楽演奏の場において,指揮者の存在は演奏をまとめる上で重要である.指揮者に求められる専門知識の敷居は高く,アマチュアオーケストラにおいては指揮者不足が問題として挙げられている.その状況に焦点を当てた,指揮者不在でも演奏を成立させるための仮想指揮者の研究が存在する.しかし,それらの仮想指揮者は人間の指揮ほど多種多様な表現を行えないため,演奏内容を豊かにするだけの指揮能力を持たせることは困難である.そこで我々は,演奏者一人一人に指揮を行う環境を提案する.本システムでは,演奏者全員の面前にタブレット端末を配置し,これに演奏者の役割に応じた個別の仮想指揮者を表示する.それぞれの仮想指揮者のタイミングは同期を取る.このシステムによって,高い指揮能力を持つ仮想指揮者を実現し,指揮者不在でも演奏しやすい環境を提供できることが期待できる.Instrumental performances which consist of a large number of people, such as the orchestra, have been familiar. In addition, orchestras consist of many amateur musicians are often seen. When music is played by a large group, what becomes most essential in order to put together a performance is the existence of the conductor. A conductor is required of a wide range of expertise, and shortage of conductors due to this load, has been a serious problem within amateur orchestras. Focusing on such situations, there are studies using a Virtual Conductor in order to make performances workout in the absence of the conductor. Unfortunately, these Virtual Conductors obviously lack variety of expressions than human conductors, so it is difficult for the conductor to have conducting abilities to enrich the performance. Therefore, we suggest an environment where each performer can have one conductor to conduct them. In this system, tablets are placed in front of each player. Separate Virtual Conductors are in display that could provide personalized directions that suit their role in the orchestra. Timing of each Virtual Conductor is synchronized. This system can realize a Virtual Conductor with high conducting ability, and is expected to make possible to provide supportive playing environments for amateur players without the conductor.

Background:Little is known about subclinical atherosclerosis on coronary computed tomographic angiography (CCTA) in asymptomatic individuals with metabolic syndrome (MetS).Methods and Results:We analyzed 5,213 asymptomatic individuals who underwent CCTA. A cardiac event was defined as a composite of all-cause death, myocardial infarction, unstable angina, or coronary revascularization. Of the study participants, 2,042 (39.2%) had MetS. MetS was an independent predictor of significant coronary artery disease (CAD) in at least 1 coronary artery (odds ratio [OR]=1.992, 95% confidence interval [CI]=1.623–2.445, P<0.001) and significant CAD in the left main (LM) or proximal left anterior descending (LAD) artery (OR=2.151, 95% CI=1.523–3.037, P<0.001). During the follow-up period (median 28.1 [interquartile range, 19.2–36.5] months), 111 individuals had 114 cardiac events. Individuals with MetS were significantly associated with more cardiac events than those without (RR [rate ratio]=1.67, 95% CI=1.15–2.43, P=0.007). In the MetS group, individuals with significant CAD had the majority of cardiac events (RR=64.33, 95% CI=29.17–141.88, P<0.001). Furthermore, in the MetS with significant CAD group, those with significant CAD in the LM or proximal LAD had more cardiac events (RR=2.63, 95% CI=1.51–4.59, P=0.001).Conclusions:MetS was associated with subclinical atherosclerosis on CCTA with subsequent high risk for cardiac events. These findings suggest the importance of reducing unfavorable metabolic conditions in asymptomatic individuals.
