本報告の目的は,認知症のクライアントに対し,意図的関係モデルと人間作業モデルを併用した介入の有用性を検討することである.介入当初,認知症の行動・心理症状が強く見られていたことから,良好な治療的関係の構築に困難が予測された.そこで意図的関係モデルにより,作業療法士はクライアントが好む関係性を考慮して関わり,その上で人間作業モデルを用いて,興味と価値を反映した生活習慣の構築を図った.その結果,良好な信頼関係が築けたことで,生活史を反映した作業への従事が促されて,行動・心理症状に改善が見られた.認知症のクライアントに対し,意図的関係モデルと人間作業モデルを用いた作業療法介入の有用性が示された.

Amazon.com や楽天市場のようなショッピングサイトでは,商品やコンテンツ (以降,アイテム) に対してレビューを簡単に作成・閲覧することができる.小説や映画などのストーリーを持ったアイテムに対するレビューには,レビュアの感想や意見が存在する一方で,そのアイテムのストーリーに関する記述が存在する.その記述の中には,実際にアイテムを見た時の楽しみや感動が減ってしまう記述(本稿では 「ネタバレ」 と呼ぶ) が含まれる場合があり,問題である. 本研究では,ネタバレがストーリーの進行における位置づけと関係があるのではないかという仮定のもとでネタバレの検出を行う.しかし,記述内容がストーリーの進行においてどの位置に対応するのかはレビュー文書単体からでは把握できない.これに対処するために,本研究では,レビュー文書とは別にアイテムのストーリーを記録した文書 (以降,ストーリー文書) も用いる.本研究では,まずネタバレとストーリーの進行における位置づけとの関係を知るために,ストーリー文書内のネタバレに関する記述について調査を行う.調査で得られた結果を基に,実際のレビュー文書からネタバレの可能性について考察する.

This paper examines how the recent changes in higher education policy and science and technology policy have changed the research environment, how they have affected research activities, and the issues that can be seen from the field of research by means of qualitative research. We interviewed 21 researchers with more than 20 years of research experience who have actually conducted research during the period of change in higher education policy and science and technology policy over the past 30 years, in order to pick up the reality from the perspective of "researchers" that is difficult to see from literature and data. In light of the results of these surveys, international comparisons were made with Europe, particularly with Germany, the current situation in Japan was compared, and issues were discussed.

Background: As the COVID-19 pandemic spread, the Japanese government declared a state of emergency on April 7, 2020 for seven prefectures, and on April 16, 2020 for all prefectures. The Japanese Prime Minister and governors requested people to adopt self-restraint behaviors, including working from home and refraining from visiting nightlife spots. However, the effectiveness of the mobility change due to such requests in reducing the spread of COVID-19 has been little investigated. The present study examined the association of the mobility change in working, nightlife, and residential places and the COVID-19 outbreaks in Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya metropolitan areas in Japan.Methods: First, we calculated the daily mobility change in working, nightlife, and residential places compared to the mobility before the outbreak using mobile device data. Second, we estimated the sensitivity of mobility changes to the reproduction number by generalized least squares.Results: Mobility change had already started in March, 2020. However, mobility reduction in nightlife places was particularly significant due to the state of emergency declaration. Although the mobility in each place type was associated with the COVID-19 outbreak, the mobility changes in nightlife places were more significantly associated with the outbreak than those in the other place types. There were regional differences in intensity of sensitivity among each metropolitan area.Conclusions: Our findings indicated the effectiveness of the mobility changes, particularly in nightlife places, in reducing the outbreak of COVID-19.

高齢者の単独世帯が増加しており、ひとり暮らし高齢者は2020年には高齢者の中で16.4%と予想されている。地域包括ケアシステムの具現化、専門職による多職種連携が推し進められている現在、訪問看護師が「ひとり暮らし」利用者の訪問看護の中で、生活を支えるために実際に実践していることは「療養相談」「傾聴」「会話の促進」が6割だった。利用者が活用している専門職、他等の支援は多い順から「ケアマネジャー」「介護職・ヘルパー」「別居の家族・親戚」だった。ひとり暮らし療養者に関して【自助力の不足】【家族の対応能力】【互助力の不足】【公的支援の不足】【緊急時・災害時の対応】を訪問看護師は課題と感じていた。

While some state that“ the Tokyo-based national media pay little attentionto issues relating to U.S. military bases in Okinawa,” the conservatives arguethat the coverage of local media in Okinawa is unfair, focusing only on protestsagainst the stationing of the U.S. army. The gap between the national mediawith headquarters in Tokyo and the Okinawa-based local media was created bythe different histories of both sides after the Pacific War. When the campaignagainst the proposed revision of the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty surged in 1960,the U.S. government acted not only on Japanese political and business leaders,but also on the media to maneuver the silencing of criticism against the treatyrevision. They also moved their military bases from the Japanese mainland toOkinawa and turned the eyes of the majority of Japanese citizens away fromissues concerning the treaty. Although the severe suppression of dissidents wasenforced in U.S.-occupied Okinawa, an immense surge of movement towardsthe reversion of Okinawa to Japan took place and the 20-year-long struggle ofmass media in Okinawa against suppression resulted in their winning the freedomof speech. While the local media have continued to protest against the concentrationof U.S. military bases that have persisted even after Okinawa’sreversion to Japan in 1972, the Tokyo-based national mass media pays littleattention to issues related to the Japan-U.S. Security Treaty due to the effectivemaneuvers of both the government of the United States and that of Japan tohide the military-related issues between the two nations. It is still unforeseeablethat the gap between the local and national media will be narrowed. The intensifying confrontation between the Shinzo Abe Cabinet and theGovernor of Okinawa Prefecture, Takeshi Onaga, as well as the heated politicalargument concerning national security legislation, have stimulated anew theinterests of the Tokyo-based national media in the issues of the relocation ofMarine Corps Air Station Futenma. While the Abe Cabinet tries to forcefullybuild a new military base in the Henoko coastal area in compensation for theAir Station Futenma as proof of the strengthening of the Japan-U.S. militaryalliance, the local Governor continues to appeal against the national government’splans. Media regarded as liberal are especially becoming more attentive to thevoices of people in Okinawa than they were before. The Abe Cabinet, however,has put pressure on the media to manipulate its coverage, and it seems that theapproach of“ guessing the will of the Cabinet and hesitating to irritate them” isbeginning to prevail, which affects media coverage.

日本におけるニホンジカの採食植物および不嗜好性植物について既存文献を元に一覧表を作成した.67文献を調査した結果,143 科900 種がリストアップされ,そのうち採食植物と判断されている種は114 科646 種,不嗜好性植物と判断されている種は68 科135 種,採食植物・不嗜好性植物のどちらにも判断されている種は119 科62 種であった.リストアップされた採食植物で種数が多かった科の上位3 科はキク科(60 種),バラ科(41 種),イネ科(31 種)であった.また不嗜好性植物で種数が多かった科の上位3科はキク科(8 種),サトイモ科(7 種),シソ科(6 種)であった.
