昨今の計算機技術の劇的な進歩は,ラップトップコンピュータを楽器として扱い様々な音響処理をリアルタイムに行うという新しい音楽の演奏形態を生み出した.しかし,そうしたライブパフォーマンスでは,実際に演奏者が何をしているのか,観客の側からは分からないことが多い.そこで,本論文は,3次元ビジュアルインタフェースに基づく音楽パフォーマンスシステムを提案する.音声信号の流れなどの音響的なプロセスやそれらの制御関係などをビジュアルとして聴衆に提示することによって,音楽のパフォーマンスに音以外の新しい意味を付加することを試みる.

近年,Twitter の利用者は増え,誰もが気軽にアカウントを所有するようになっている.しかしその中には有害なサイトへの誘導等,利用者にとって不利益となる情報の配信を狙って情報の拡散を行うスパムアカウントも存在し,一般ユーザーを装う手口が巧妙化している.そこで本稿では,Twitter においてアカウント同士の言及関係のネットワークに着目し,各アカウントのクラスタ係数と,言及数を指標にした繋がりの強弱を利用してスパムアカウントの判定を行った.

本研究では,過去18 年間に生じた介護殺人716 件の全体状況を確認し,被告の介護を担う力量が問われた3 つの事例の分析を行った.介護殺人防止に向けては,国の施策として生じた事件の情報をデータ化し,特徴や傾向の分析を行い,得られた知見を制度や施策に活かしていくことが求められる.支援の現場では専門職により,介護を担う者の意思や能力の見極めを行うことも必要である.介護者を対象にしたアセスメントと,それに基づくケアプランの作成を行うことは介護殺人の予防のみならず,すべての被介護者と介護者にとって,介護や生活の質の向上を目指すツールとなり得る.現在日本でもイギリスの実践に習い,ケアマネジャーらが介護者アセスメントの開発を行い,ケアプラン作成技術の向上をめざす試みが始まっている.それらを一部の実践に留めることなく,介護者支援の方策として全国に展開していくことが今後の課題である.

We examine whether the nature of gender relations matters for the effects on household efficiency of exogenous variation in spousal control over the intra-household allocation of resources. Experiments testing for efficiency were conducted among married couples in eight sites representing a range of conjugal cultures: from an extreme form of separate spheres in northern Nigeria to (male) centralised control in North India, along with a variety of intermediate cases. Inefficiency is widespread, varies greatly and tends to be lower when wives control the allocation. The exception is a site in northern Nigeria where female control over resources is well established.

Moral education textbooks of “Morality and Life” and “Morality and Society” in the PRC combine history, geography and politics with morality in a world view. Morality is not integrated as a separate world view within personality, as it is in Japan, but it is overwhelmingly organized outside of children themselves. We analyzed 10 kinds of moral education textbooks used in the PRC, published from 2002 to 2013. In Chinese moral textbooks, the history of the Opium War and the defeat of the Japanese military are organized in order to legitimize the Chinese Communist party's integration and operation within China. Peace in these textbooks is not only viewed as the opposite of War, but the concept richly includes a view of the Chinese people’s liberation, global unity of economy with other countries, development of science and technology in the PRC, along with world politics from a Chinese perspective.

日本語歌詞からユーザの意向を反映して多様な歌唱旋律を生成するための自動 作曲法があれば,歌のプレゼント,メールの歌い上げ,非専門家の創作支援な どが行える.本論文では初めに,自動作曲される旋律の多様性向上と音楽性の 保持の両立が難しいこ とを議論し,特に日本語歌詞から歌唱旋律を生成する際には,(1)音符数の変化 にかかわらず同じ印象を持つリズムの生成法と,(2)ユーザの意向,歌詞の韻律 と古典的な作曲法に基づ く制約条件を満たす音高列の生成法が必要であることを論じる.(1)については リズム木構造仮説に基づく方法,(2)については,動的計画法を用いた確率最大の音高系列 の探索により解決できることを示す.様々な制約条件のもと自動作曲した結果について専門家による評価を行ったと ころ,本手法によって古典的な歌唱旋律の作曲法からの逸脱の少ない旋律が生 成されることが示され,ユーザの意向を反映して多様な旋律を歌詞から生成す る方法として有効であることが分かった.

本稿では、「学校法人会計基準」のとりわけ基本金制度に注目して、検討をおこなった。第1号基本金は時の経過とともに、学校法人が所有する固定資産の価額と乖離が生じてしまい、実態を表さないという問題点が生じてくる。そこで、この問題を改善すべく、第2号基本金を活用するという提案を行った。従来、第2号基本金に対しては、恣意性介入の余地があるという批判がされてきた。また、第2号基本金計上する学校法人数も少なく、その計上金額の割合も僅少であった。しかし、この度の「学校法人会計基準」の改訂により、第2号基本金を巡る規定は大幅に改善された。具体的には、「第2号基本金引当特定資産」の部を設けたことがあげられる。この第2号基本金の活用は、将来の買換更新のためであることはもとより、教育研究条件の改善に貢献しうる可能性があることの指摘を行った。

The consumption tax rate was raised from 5% to 8% from April, 2014. In addition, consumption tax rate was to be raised from 8% to 10% in October, 2015. But the increase to 10% of planned consumption tax rate was postponed by consideration to economic stagnation. Therefore, the consumption tax increase will not be avoided by the securing of stable social security resources and deficit financing. If we can use all lifetime income to spend all lifetime consumption, Consumption tax is proportional. To my regret, There are no a longitudinal survey containing income and consumption on Japanese households. But Estimating a Theil index with age-income cross-section data to proxy for estimating lifetime incidence of consumption tax makes constructing an influence index of intra-generational income equality in consumption tax. In this analysis, the influence of intra-generational income equality considers not only the deduction effect and the tax rate effect of the income tax but also the effect of the consumption taxation and analyzes the factor of intragenerational income equality based on a Theil index approach.
