In this paper, to analyze the administrative control of municipal government in public high school entranceexamination. In Hyogo prefecture, it has been carried out numerous attempts for high school entranceexamination. However, it did not analyze all municipal government of effort. Therefore it was investigated inthis paper. This achievement is that it revealed the "Himeji method", which is operated in Himeji.Features of "Himeji method" is, examinees can select the school of choice, if there is a public high schoolof capacity shortage in the neighborhood after the pass, it was to be changed to the school. "Himeji method"were discontinued in a short period of time because they do not choose a school of choice. And, Himeji Citywas changed to policy to depend on the capacity of the private school.To focus on measures of municipal government is effective in helping to understand the region-specificeducation issues in public high school entrance examination. In addition, the paper pointed out the importanceof analyzing the experience that the municipal government has accumulated.

We describe a method for rendering the surface of water, focusing on the problem of realistic color rendering. This method takes into account scattered and absorbed light, interreflection between objects located above the water surface and between those in the water, the shape of the bottom surface of the water and shadows cast on/under the water surface. It can be applied to point light sources with various characteristics of luminous intensity distributions and spectra. Two examples show the effect of the depth and quality of water on this color, comparing simulations with photograph of a pool. They suggest that this method is useful for designing lighting for scenery surrounding water

医薬品開発におけるリアルワールドデータ (RWD) およびリアルワールドエビデンス (RWE) の活用は, 開発の効率化, 患者の新薬へのアクセス向上, 二次利用データの活用による医療機関側のデータ収集の負担軽減など, さまざまな立場でのメリットが期待される. 一方で, RWD/RWEの承認申請での受け入れ可能性は日米を含むいずれの国においても不明確な点が多い. そこで, 日米の規制当局におけるRWD/RWEに関する規制と基盤整備プロジェクトおよび承認申請でのRWE活用事例について調査した. 規制や基盤整備プロジェクトは, 日本では未承認薬や適応外使用に関するもの, 市販後の安全対策を目的としたものおよびレジストリデータ活用に関連する取り組みがみられた. 一方, 米国では, FDAから承認申請へのRWD/RWE活用を評価するための枠組みが示されていた. また, FDAは製薬や医療データベース分野の民間企業やアカデミアと協業して, RWD/RWEの活用の可能性や懸念点を検討するプロジェクトを実行していた. FDAへの承認申請でRWEがエビデンスとして採用・不採用となった事例からは, エビデンスとしての適切性や信頼性が問われる点が明らかになった. また, 米国ではレジストリデータ, もしくは電子健康記録 (EHR) データにもとづく事例が認められたが, 日本ではレジストリデータが主に活用されていた. わが国において承認申請へのRWD/RWE活用を促進するためには, 多様なデータソースを利用できる環境整備や, 信頼性のあり方の共通目線をもつことが重要である.

目的:救急外来(ER)における患者動態の把握は,業務の評価および患者予後改善の観点から重要であるが,測定が困難である。本研究では,システムログを用いてER混雑度と患者待ち時間の定量化を行った。対象:2019年6月1日〜2019年6月30日に当院ERをwalk-in受診した患者を対象とした。ERシステムNext Stage ERの記録を解析することで,ERにおける待ち時間およびER滞在時間・滞在人数を算出した。結果:観察期間中のwalk-in受診患者857名のうちトリアージ時間のデータのある者691名を解析対象とした。トリアージ待ち時間の中央値は10分36秒であった。急なwalk-in患者の増加に対して,待ち時間の延長を認めた。結語:日常診療において自動的に収集されるシステムログを活用することで,ERの業務評価,および診療の質評価と改善につながる可能性が示唆された。

At the front of the state chamber is a unique grand staircase. It is spread out like an open fan with carved lions on the handrails, and the main pillars fixed with ryu-chu.In this paper. I studied whether dai-ryu-chu (grand dragon pillar) on the staircase had faced to the front or had faced each other.

複数大学で一般的な学生を対象に,発達障害のスクリーニングである質問紙調査を実施した.質問紙にはAQ-J(Autism-Spectrum Quotient Japanese version)を中心に3種類を採用した.調査結果を発達障害学生のデータと比較し,カットオフ値を検討したところ,先行研究とは異なる結果であった.同様に複数大学の協力を得て一般的な大学生を対象に認知機能検査であるWAIS-Ⅲ(Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale 3rd)を実施した.この結果を,修学支援や就労支援を受けた発達障害学生と比較したところ,両者のプロフィールが異なることが示された.

Recently, the demand for commercial Hokkaido rice has been on the rise. Consumers are calling for the development of Hokkaido rice cultivars that are suitable for commercial use, in addition to the popular household varieties. In response, we have been developing new Hokkaido rice cultivars as well as evaluation methods to determine the suitability of these cultivars for commercial use.1.Definition of suitability for commercial useFrom 2009 to 2013, we visited 13 major commercial users of Hokkaido rice and conducted interviews to gain an understanding of the qualities considered essential in commercial rice. All the surveyed companies listed the following four processes in rice production: 1) commercial milling, 2) commercial cooking, 3) rice processing and molding, and 4) storage and distribution prior to consumption. The data demonstrated that in each process, the suitability of rice was evaluated based not only on taste and quality, but also on the unique commercial perspectives of economic efficiency and workability.2.Development of a method to evaluate the suitability of Hokkaido rice for commercial useBased on the results of the above survey, we identified the appropriate parameters to evaluate the suitability of commercial rice, as specified by actual consumers. We undertook the development of new evaluation methods that take into consideration economic efficiency (cooking yield) and workability (stickiness), aspects not previously considered. Addition of the parameters from the new evaluation method to the existing parameters of taste and quality is anticipated to make the assessment comprehensive and address the requirements of various commercial users, which include determining the amount of water to be added to achieve low stickiness (workability) and high cooking yield (economic efficiency). The ultimate goal is to select cultivars with reduced stickiness (workability), culminating in the selection of cultivars that have only moderate stickiness and little discoloration (taste and quality).

9月に上陸した二つの台風の影響で、NTTドコモやKDDI、ソフトバンクモバイルなどの通信・通話サービスが停止した。通信ケーブルの破損や停電などが原因だ。奈良県、和歌山県の一部ではいまだに復旧していない。UQコミュニケーションズは通信量の増加でソフトのバグに直面した。

『失われた時を求めて』は五感の知覚から喚起される実に様々な連想や記憶に溢れている。何らかの契機に五感で知覚したものが、突如、話者である「私」の意識に上昇してくる。Et tout d’un coup le souvenir m’est apparu. (突如として、そのとき回想が私にあらわれた。)という無意識的記憶が起きるときに発せられるフレーズである。視覚、聴覚、味覚、触角、嗅覚の五感の中で、進化の過程で視覚器官を頂点とし、嗅覚を最も下位な原始的な器官と位置づけるのは一般通念であるが、その位置づけとは逆に、嗅覚で知覚する匂や香りこそ最強で、その記憶は最も強く、記憶の拡がりと定着は永続性があるとする、プルーストの唱える本質(エッセンス)とは何かを、この作品の中で展開し探求したい。また匂や香りから連想する隠喩や表現方法の多様性についても分析していきたい。
