近年、映画による地域活性化が注目を浴びている。主たる議論としては、交流人口拡大のための観光領域、地域アイデンティティー形成のためのコミュニティ領域に集約されることが多い。 <br> 映画『未来シャッター』は、中小地域間連携による産官学金、市民の協力により、大田区を拠点とするNPO法人ワップフィルムが企画・製作した。本作は、従来型の地域映画と異なり、鑑賞後の対話を通して、鑑賞者、主催者、制作者、出演者等が各々の立場を越境し、新たなアクションへ繋げていっている。本研究は、本作の構造を明らかにし、協創力を創発して価値の再創造を行うためのファクターを洗い出し、複雑・大規模化する社会課題解決の新たな一方策を提示する。

本稿ではオープンアクセス運動の契機となったBudapest Open Access Initiative(BOAI)について分析し,これがどのような意図のもとで公開されたか調査した.まず,BOAIを提唱し,オープンアクセス運動を支援している財団であるOpen Society Institute(OSI)と,その設立者であるGeorge Sorosについて紹介し,彼らの思想的根拠であるKarl R. Popperの提唱した「開かれた社会」概念について概観した.また,BOAI中にその思想が影響していることを明らかにした.次に,オープンアクセス運動に関連する文献群中でのPopperおよび「開かれた社会」への言及状況とBOAIの受容状況の定量的計測から,オープンアクセス関係者の間での「開かれた社会」関連思想の認知状況を検討した.その結果,OSIは「開かれた社会」という政治思想の実現を目的にオープンアクセス運動に関与しているにもかかわらず,他のオープンアクセス運動関係者はこの思想の存在には言及していないことがあきらかになった.

Étienne Bonnot de Condillac, French philosopher of the eighteenth century and founder of sensualism,was appointed preceptor of the Infante Don Fernando Parma in 1758. He was in charge of his education until 1767.After this important mission, Condillac, in 1775 published study courses for the instruction of the Prince of Parma, atremendous work in 16 printed volumes. He presented his educational thought and the content of his teaching. In thisarticle, we would like to highlight the axis of the educational thought of Condillac, specifically analyzing the methodthat this philosopher has proposed. First, we will present the situation and the physiognomy of Parma at that time as apreparatory study, mentioning the appointment's history and the pedagogical activity of Condillac. We will then makea brief introduction of the Study Course for the prince of Parma statement related to the Mirrors of princes, traditionalliterary genre in Europe. Secondly, we propose to analyze the pedagogical situation that Condillac criticized in theeighteenth century. According to him, the education process at that time was only meant to provide basic knowledge orgeneral principles, requesting the memory only. Finally, we will try to identify the main idea of Condillac's education, aneducation that aims to engage children in the observation and reflection. Is the sensualist really attaching importance

四天王寺に現存する江戸期以前の童舞舞楽装束はさほど多くはないが、「四天王寺舞楽之記」をはじめとする関連史料によれば、江戸時代の四天王寺における舞楽法会では頻繁に童舞が演じられていたことがわかる。したがって、現在の四天王寺に伝来する江戸期以前の童舞舞楽装束の現状と、江戸時代の舞楽上演状況とは合致していないといえる。この矛盾を踏まえ、本稿では、江戸時代の四天王寺の舞楽法会における童舞上演の実態を、常楽会と聖霊会を中心に分析し、童舞で演じられた舞の実態を明らかにする。さらに、童舞を担当する楽家の子弟の年齢分布について考察し、走舞の舞童が同時に平舞を大人の舞人とともに舞っている事例があることを踏まえ、童舞かそうではないかの区別に関しては、走舞についてのみ厳密にこれがなされ、その区別をする基準は、童舞装束を着用するかどうかよりも、面を着用するかどうかであったことではないかとの推論を立てた過程について述べるものとする。これらの考察を踏まえ、四天王寺に伝来する童舞舞楽装束の実態と、江戸時代における童舞の演奏実態との間の矛盾はどのように理解すべきなのかについて考察する。

『方言文法全国地図』第38図「寒いけれども〜」を逆接確定条件の代表とし、言語地理学的、文献方言学的解釈を試みた。新古の点は、日本の外輪に(1)バッテ(ン)類と(2)ドモ類、中輪に(3)ガ類、中央に(4)ケレド(モ)類の分布から、(4)(3)(2)の新古順とした。(1)は、分布様態と、古く仮定条件でその後の確定化の経緯から(2)に遅れて局地的な発生と考えた。接続法では、もと已然形承接の(1)(2)が終止形承接となったが、この類は「旧・已然形+バ」の主要仮定条件類の周辺分布域とほぼ一致し、この承接法が仮定用法化した時期に承接法を変えたと考えた。伝播面では、古い(1)(2)(3)は近畿中央から全国に、新しい(4)は上方で盛行し江戸に伝播した2極放射で、圧迫されたガは東西ごとの周辺分布となり、中国地方では理由ケーニと同音衝突もあって残存したと見た。近世方言文献からは、今日への途上、ないしほぼ現況に近い模様が出来ていたと推測した。

The present study was designed to investigate the kinematic factors related to sprint running velocity. The subjects were 71 sprinters(49 males and 22 females)who ranged from world class to collegiate level. Movements were recorded around the 60-m point from the start line during a 100-m race(during official races including world championships in athletics, or under experimental conditions)using 16-mm movie or video cameras. The official best time during recording of the movements was 9.86. The correlation coefficients between kinematic data(see Fig.1)and sprint running velocity were calculated for three groups(male, female, and all sprinters). Step length and step length index(step length/body height to exclude the effects of body height)were correlated positively and significantly with sprint running velocity for all groups(male, female, and all sprinter). Step frequency and step frequency index[step frequency・(body height/gravitational acceleration)^<1/2>to exclude the effects of body height]were correlated positively and significantly with sprint running velocity for all groups except male sprinters with regard to step frequency. With regard to leg swing, maximal thigh angle and maximal leg angle showed no significant correlation with sprint running velocity, but the minimal knee angle showed a singificant negative correlation with sprint running velocity for both male and all sprinters. These results suggest that the purpose of high knee drills generally carried out during training needs to be reconsidered. The maximal leg touch down velocity showed a significant positive correlation with sprint running velocity for both female and all sprinters. This probably means that the leg touch down velocity acts to reduce the deceleration at the moment of foot contact and to accelerate the subsequent leg swing back velocity during the foot contact phase. As for the support leg, the maximal leg swing velocity showed a significant positive correlation with sprint running velocity for all groups. Although the maximal hip extension velocity during the foot contact phase was correlated positively and significantly with sprint running velocity for male sprinters, the maximal knee and ankle extension velocity showed a significant negative correlation with sprint running velocity for female and all sprinters. These results suggest that the knee should not be extended to transfer the hip extension velocity effectively to the leg swing velocity during the foot contact period. This was borne out by the fact that the top sprinters entered in the present study hardly extended the knee of the driving leg during the foot contact phase.

"SPICON" (Spiritual Convention) is one of the most famous events in recent spiritual boom in Japan. In "SPICON" many people including both sponsors and customers enjoy approaching the sacredness through buying things and taking part in sessions which are related to spirituality. Although approaching the sacredness is often accompanied with danger, they seem to devote themselves to "dedication" and yet keep themselves from any trouble and violence. How can they do so? In this paper I intend to verify, by taking "SPICON" as an example, that a new type of safety device for approaching the sacredness is appearing in Japanese society.

障害者相談支援により,市町村の障害者福祉事業を充実させるためには,社会資源の改善・開発を推進する実践として,生活問題を把握し,地域課題を明確化するとともに,それを解決する計画化・事業化に取り組む「実践課題の政策化」が必要である。本研究では,障害者相談支援システムにおける「実践課題の政策化」の現状について,そのシステムの中核となる基幹相談支援センターを対象にした調査をもとに探求した。結果としては,「一般的な相談」を含めた安定的な相談支援体制の構築,相談支援事業所等関係機関の緊密な連携のための環境づくりや技術向上に対する福祉専門職の意識と行動,自立支援協議会の活性化などの必要性が課題として明らかになった。今後,「実践課題の政策化」に向け,基幹相談支援センターの充実・強化が求められる。
