プロフェッショナリズムをどう伝えるか.アカデミアだけでなく,臨床にいる薬剤師にとっても大変難しい課題である.2006年,医療技術の高度化や医薬分業の進展等に伴い,高い資質を持つ薬剤師養成のために薬学部の修業年限は4年から6年に延長された.現行の改訂薬学教育モデル・コアカリキュラムには「薬剤師に求められる基本的な資質」が示され,生涯にわたりそれらの資質や能力の研鑽が求められている.医療現場で生じる様々な課題に向き合い,医療者として,あるいは薬剤師としてどのように行動すべきかを考えるとき,その推進力になるのがプロフェッショナリズムであろう.このプロフェッショナリズムをどのように伝え,どのように身につけていくのか.コロナ禍で社会構造が激変するなか,患者中心の医療を提供し続けるためにプロフェッショナリズムを維持することは決して簡単なことではないが,教育として伝え続けなければならないことは明白である.

麦焼酎はここ20年あまりの消費拡大のなかで減圧蒸留あるいはイオン交換といった新しい技術を利用した香味の軽いタイプが主流になってきた。今回はその軽いタイプについて現場での実用研究を続ける著者自身の研究成果も踏まえて解脱していただいた。

2 0 0 0 OA 責任概念の素朴理解と非難を規定する心理過程の解明と法的概念の教育方法の考案
「責任」や「意図」といった概念は、現実の司法において決定的な役割を果たすにもかかわらず、これらの概念が法律の世界において持つ意味と、一般人がそれについて理解する内容(「素朴法理解」)の乖離は大きい。そこで、社会心理学の研究者が中心となって、法社会学、応用倫理学等の専門家との協働により、実証研究を行った。得られた知見からは、違反行為に関する責任追求と違反者に対する責任追及の峻別の困難さ、法人等の本来は心的状態をもたないはずの社会的実体に自然人と同様に意図や動機などの作用を推論して責任判断を行う傾向等が明らかになった。また、応用倫理学や法教育に適用可能な理論的枠組みの提案を試みた。

今日、精神科医療においては、これまでの入院中心の精神医療から地域での生活を支えるための支援が行われている。なかでも精神科訪問看護は、精神障がい者の地域生活をサポートする上で重要な役割を果たしている。そこで、本研究では、質問紙開発のために、精神科訪問看護師が認知する精神科訪問看護のアウトカムを明らかにすることを目的とし、文献概観および北東北3県で訪問看護を実施している施設で訪問看護に従事する看護師49名を対象に半構造化面接を実施し内容分析を行った。面接の内容は、1)患者の観察点、2)実施した看護内容、3)患者の変化や効果、4)症状悪化のサインについてである。精神科訪問看護師が認知する訪問看護のアウトカムを文献概観および内容分析の結果をカテゴリー分類した結果59項目23カテゴリーに分類された。本研究の結果と文献検索から得られたアイテムとはほとんど整合していた。本研究の特徴的な事としては、利用者本人のケアだけではなく、家族ケアにも視点を置かれていた。centered mind medical care. Therefore, in this study, I was aimed at clarifying the outcome of the psychiatry home visiting at home that community mentally psychiatric visiting nurses visit recognized and I carried out a half posture Creator interview for 49 nurses who engaged in documents general view and the temporary nursing at home of the institution which carried out temporary nursing at home in three prefectures of North Tohoku and performed a content analysis. The contents of the interview about 1)the patient of the observation 2)practice content 3) a change and the effect patients, 4) a sign of symptom aggravation. Documents surveyed the outcome of the temporary nursing at home that nurse psychiatry visit recognized and it was classified the results of the content analysis in 23result 59 items categories that were similar for a category. I almost adjusted it with the item provided from document retrieval as a result of this study. When it is decided that this study is characteristic, the knowledge at the action level that I compare it with there being the thing which put a viewpoint for the family care as well as the care of the user person himself, an existing study and depend, and is concrete is a provided point.

The domestic cat is a very popular companion animal. However, there is very little work focusing on cat-specific physiology and behavior. In this review, we introduce our studies uncovering scent signals for species- and sex-recognition and the behavioral significance of the silver vine response in cats. Cat urine emits a specific catty smell. Our chemical analysis identified a sulfur-containing volatile organic compound, 3-mercapto-3-methyl-1-butanol, that is detectable in the urine of cats but not of dogs and humans. In addition, its level varies between sexes; its level is markedly higher in intact males than in castrated males or females. These indicate that the sulfur-containing compound is a urinary scent signal involved in species- and sex-recognition in cats. The other characteristic in cats is the behavioral response to silver vine, which comprises licking and chewing the plants, rubbing against the plants, and rolling over on the plants. Previous studies identified some bioactive compounds designated as matatabilactones from the plants, but little is known about why cats do the response to the plants. Our analyses found that nepetalactol which was missed in the plants is a potent bioactive compound for the response and stimulates the μ-opioid system which is responsible for the euphoria in humans. Nepetalactol has the repellent activity of pest insects such as mosquitoes. The rubbing and rolling responses to the plants transfer nepetalactol onto the feline fur that repels mosquitoes. The licking and chewing of the plants changes not only emission levels of nepetalactol and matatabilactones but also their contents which increase bioactivities toward cats and mosquitoes. These findings improve our understanding of the species-specific physiology and behavior in cats.

抄録 大麻乱用後に幻覚妄想状態を呈した2症例を報告した。症例1は大麻精神病,症例2は大麻乱用の経験がある統合失調症と診断し,両者の違いを考察した。急性期症状は類似点が多いが,本症例の大麻精神病は幻覚妄想に対し恐怖や緊張を伴わず,妄想内容が了解可能であることが統合失調症と異なっていた。大麻精神病の経過では,大麻による無動機症候群を認め,意欲減退などが原因で社会機能が低下し,統合失調症の陰性症状と類似した。しかし,対人関係の障害や認知機能障害は認めず,治療により社会機能が病前の状態まで回復したことが異なっていた。大麻乱用が統合失調症を惹起する可能性が推察された。
