異類物のお伽草子(室町物語)。桜木の大王の三宮露の宮は梅が枝中納言の姫朝顔の上と一夜の契りを結ぶが、姫は継母の讒言により吉野山中に捨てられ、絶命する。露の宮は姫を求めて諸国を放浪し、権現の導きで朝顔の塚に至り自害したとする。植物を擬人化した異類の継子物語で、伝宗祇筆の室町末期写と推定される写本(赤木文庫旧蔵)をはじめ、「草木のさうし」と題される元文2年(1737)写本(刈谷市中央図書館蔵)、寛永頃の刊行と推定される絵入り大本(赤木文庫旧蔵上下巻、天理図書館蔵下巻存)など、多数の伝本が知られる。明暦4年(1658)山田版、万治2年(1659)松江版、寛文4年(1664)山本版など複数の版種が確認されており、人気のほどが窺える。掲出本は上巻のみの端本ながら、寛永頃の刊行と推定される絵入り大本の覆刻の丹緑本であり、注目される。屋代弘賢(1758-1841)の「不忍文庫」、徳島藩の「阿波国文庫」の印記を付す。(恋田知子)(2019.11)

難治性気管支喘息患者14例に柴朴湯エキス剤7.5g/日を投与し投与前後52週の長期で比較検討した。喘息点数及び臨床症状より14例中8例 (57.1%) にやや有効以上の効果がみられステロイド節減効果は14例中6例 (42.9%) に認められた。また服用患者の尿中排泄物質を測定し厚朴の一成分マグノロールを検出。有効例では遊離型マグノロールが帯有意に増加を示しマグノロールの抱合化能の測定が臨床的に有用な指標となることが示唆された。また柴胡剤のステロイド節減効果の作用機序の1つと考えられているステロイド代謝酵素11β-hydroxy steroid dehydrogenase (11-HSD) の阻害作用を3つの柴胡剤について健常者を対象に検討。柴朴湯は11-HSD活性を低下させ, プレドニゾロン (PSL) の血中濃度を上昇させたが, 柴苓湯はPSLの体内動態に影響を及ぼさず, 小柴胡湯は逆に11-HSD活性を上昇させ, PSLの血中濃度を低下させ柴胡剤の中でも各々異なった結果を示した。

Recent advances in broadband seismic observation enable us to analyze high quality waveform data just after the earthquake occurrence. An automated system for rapid determination of earthquake mechanisms for local events occurring beneath central Japan is developed with this point as background. When an earthquake occurs, its hypocentral parameters are determined automatically in several tens of seconds. In a case when an event occurring in a given area has a magnitude larger than a certain value, its source process is automatically analyzed by the use of a broadband waveform inversion technique. Considering the importance to shorten the computer process time to obtain the result, we calculate the Green's functions immediately after hypocentral parameters are calculated and when waveform data to be used in the inversion are being retrieved. The data of the Earth's response parameters, which are used in the calculation of the Green's functions, are stored on the hard disk so as to reduce the total lapse time. As a result, the CMT solution and source time function can be obtained in a few minutes after the earthquake occurrence. Inadequacy of theoretical waveform calculated by the 1-D Earth's model is corrected by introduction of station corrections to the observed arrival time and overparameterization to the source time function, where a number of double couple small sub-events are located in a certain time range. The CMT solution is represented by superimpose of moment tensors of small sub-events with very short duration. All the sub-events are assumed to occur at the same location (i. e., at the hypocenter) but to have different onset times. The source time function is also estimated from the temporal distribution of the sub-events. To evaluate the reliability of the results obtained from the present study, we compare them with the following two data sets: i) focal mechanism solutions determined by P first motion analysis, and ii) CMT solutions obtained from the other method for the same events. Our results are basically consistent with these two sets of mechanism solutions. However the agreement of the solutions is obviously better among the CMT solutions. Possible explanation for the difference between CMT and focal mechanism solutions is that the latter may be inaccurate because of insufficient push and pull first motion data, or that the total rupture may occur along the fault different from the initial rupture.

This paper shows how female mediums such as itako and kamisama are taking a leading part in two religious practices, which have mainly spread through the Tsugaru and Shimokita regions of Aomori Prefecture. In hotoke-oroshi, the female mediums mediate the narratives of the dead and persuade local people of a shamanistic reality; for instance, the dead can interactively communicate with the living through the female mediums, often provide great influence on the lives of the living, and the dead get older year by year along with the living. As Japanese tradition shows in shinda ko no toshi wo kazoeru (counting the age of dead children), even fetuses, infants, and youths who die at an early age can often be kept growing, with the ability to attain marriageable age. Because the dead grow old in the minds of the living as the same pace as the living, it is no wonder the shamanistic messages sometimes convey the dead's strong psychological attachment to unfulfilled achievements in life, most of which are related to happy occasions in rites of passage, especially weddings. These shamanistic realities mediated by the narratives of the dead connect with local Buddhism to create another cultural device for the communication between the dead and the living-weddings of the dead. It is notable that Buddhist ritual in these religious events accepts the involvement of spiritual mediums such as itako and kamisama. Here we see a typical appositional synchronism of Japanese culture in the two different religious practices for the repose of the dead and the fulfillment of their lives in the world of the living. All ethnographic data were collected during fieldwork intermittently conducted by the author between 1991 and 2001.

本稿の目的は, 普天間基地移設問題を事例に, 米軍基地をめぐる政治が沖縄に何をもたらしてきたのか明らかにすることである. 補完性原理を理念的背景にもつ地方自治法第1条の2が定めている国家存立事務には, 外交や防衛が含まれている. それを根拠に, 政府は, 沖縄県の強い反対があるにもかかわらず, 名護市辺野古区への普天間代替施設の建設を進めている.そして辺野古区は, 条件つきで普天間代替施設の建設を容認している. 米軍基地と深い関係をもっている辺野古区は, 米軍基地への反対を主張しづらい地域である. それに加えて, 沖縄県が米軍基地についての決定権をもっていないため, 反対しても建設を止められる保証はない. だから辺野古区は, 条件つきで受け入れを容認し, 政府との交渉を進めているのである. こうした辺野古区の行動は, 沖縄県が米軍基地に対する決定権をもっていない以上, 沖縄がおかれている状況を集約したものであるといえよう.このような政治的環境のもと, 沖縄の人たちが米軍基地問題をどのように経験しているのか描き出していくこと, そして政治が沖縄社会にもたらしているものの意味を捉え, そこから政治がもつ問題性を析出することが, 社会学には求められている.

新潟県糸魚川産のヒスイ輝石岩の研究の過程で,上記とは異なる産状のストロンチアン石が発見されたので報告する. ストロチアン石を含む岩石は青海川で転石として発見された.肉眼的には白色緻密半透明で,当初は細粒のヒスイ輝石岩と思われたが,ほとんどソーダ珪灰石からなる岩石であった.偏光顕微鏡と走査型電子顕微鏡では,ストロチアン石は最大長0.5mmの半自形~自形の長柱状~針状結晶の集合体で,集合体の形は不規則であり,母岩中に偏在している.結晶の伸長方向も一定ではなく,母岩の塊状のソーダ珪灰石に見られる脈の方向とも一致しない.また, ストロンチアン石は晶洞中や脈として産することが多いが,糸魚川産ストロンチアン石はそのいずれでもない. 試料が微細であるためガンドルフィカメラを用いてX線粉末回折データを得たところ,ストロンチアン石によく一致した. EDSによる化学分析の結果を,カチオン数が1となるように計算して得られた実験式は(Sr86.3 Ca13.4 Ba0.3)CO3となり,皆川(1995)の報告したものに近い組成を持つ.なお,母岩の大半を構成するソーダ珪灰石からはストロンチウムは検出されなかった. 糸魚川地方では,ヒスイ輝石岩,曹長岩,ロディン岩,コランダム岩などから多種多様なストロンチウム鉱物が発見されているが,ストロンチアン石のように一般に低圧で生成すると考えられているストロンチウム鉱物が発見されたのは初めてである.

This study examined the effects of continuous outpatient intervention by pharmacists on medication adherence in patients with heart failure after discharge. Data in the intervention group (n = 25) and non-intervention group (n = 25) were compared on admission (baseline) and after 6 months. Medication adherence was evaluated using the Morisky Medication Adherence Scale (MMAS-4). The number of medications and the medication regimen complexity index (MRCI) were examined as factors influencing such adherence. For statistical processing, the paired t-test was used to clarify differences in the means of dependent variables between before and after intervention in both groups. The significance level was set at 0.05. MMAS-4 scores significantly decreased after intervention in the intervention group, while MRCI scores markedly increased after it in the non-intervention group. In conclusion, regular intervention by pharmacists for outpatients with heart failure may improve medication adherence.
