1998年日本結核病学会予防委員会より院内感染対策についてのガイドラインが指導され, ツベルクリン反応 (以下, ツ反) 二段階法が推奨されている。これにはブースター効果を含めた結核感染診断に際して対照値 (ベースライン値) の記録を必要とする。われわれは612名の医療関係者に対しツ反二段階法を行った。その結果を分析し至適方法を確立すること。さらに, ツ反施行前に質問用紙を用いて過去のBCG接種歴, ツベルクリン反応歴およびその反応値を聴取し, その保存状況を把握することを目的とした。ほとんどの者が過去の測定値管理が不十分であった。二段階法の結果, 発赤径, 硬結径ともにブースター効果を認めた。さらに, 年齢別の硬結径の拡大径で壮年群のほうがより拡大傾向にあった。さらに, 職種別, 勤務部署別の計測値には統計学的有意差は得られなかった。二段階法ツベルクリン検査1回目の発赤径値が30mm以上の計測値でありながら2回目で10mm以上の拡大を認める被検者が多くいることから, 院内感染管理の上でこのような対象者に対しても二段階法を施行することが必須であると考えられた。

世界レベルで関心の高い医師のプロフェッショナリズムは,社会との関係性が十分考慮されることが重要であるといわれている.しかし,医療を受ける側・患者の視点から考える医師のプロフェッショナリズムの構成概念を実証的に検討した研究は少ない.1)東京と大阪の市民各6人を対象に約2時間グループインタビューを行った.2) インタビューの逐語録を質的・帰納的に分析し市民が認識する医師のプロフェッショナリズムを構成する要素を探索した.また,それらを欧米の医師憲章と比較した.3) 探索の結果,医師のプロフェッショナリズムと関連すると考えられる要素は,(1)患者への献身・奉仕 (2)公正性 (3)医師の社会的責任 (4)企業との適切な関係 (5)患者との適切な関係,の5つに分類された.4) 欧米の医師憲章とは重なる要素もあるが,抽出されなかった要素も認めた.患者との適切な関係では,医師への謝礼に関して患者間で相反する意見もみられた.5) 医師のプロフェッショナリズムについて社会から理解を得るためには,わが国の市民の認識を考慮した構成概念が必要であろう.

本研究は15,16 世紀のイタリア・ルネサンス絵画におけるユダヤ表象について分析を行うものである.イタリアの宮廷都市を代表するマントヴァのゴンザーガ家では代々,ユダヤ人の経済・思想文化に対する寛容策がとられており,その政治経済運営の一側面を特徴づけていた.とりわけ,マントヴァ侯爵フランチェスコ二世と夫人イザベッラ・デステの治世下では異教文化に肯定的な精神思潮が開花し,著名な人文主義者ピーコ・デッラ・ミランドラ,エジディオ・ダ・ヴィテルボ,マントヴァ貴族のパリーデ・チェレザーラ等が再評価したユダヤ神秘主義思想(カバラ)もひとつの流行的な関心を集め,さらにヘブライ語もまたラテン語やギリシア語に並ぶ第三の聖なる言語として崇敬された.その文化的潮流のなかで,ゴンザーガ家の宮廷画家アンドレア・マンテーニャはヘブライ語をモティーフとする絵画制作を行っており,本論ではそれが看取できる四作品《エッケ・ホモ》,《シビュラと預言者》,《ミネルヴァ》,《聖家族と洗礼者ヨハネの家族》の図像分析を行う.分析に当たっては,マントヴァで共有されていたユダヤ文化に対する関心と,従来のユダヤ人に対するキリスト教社会の態度,すなわちユダヤ人をキリストの敵とみなす伝統的な差別の文化形式の双方を鑑みつつ行い,マンテーニャの作品に見るこの時代独特のユダヤ宗教思想に対する知的・精神的態度なるものを明らかにする.This paper aims to examine the representations of Jews in Northern Italy in thefifteenth and sixteenth- centuries, particularly in the dominion of the Gonzaga family, andhighlights the significant diffusion of Hebraic themes in the Gonzaga court. In the historicalcontext of the broad movement to reassess Judaism (the mysticism of Kabbala) by prominenthumanists of the Quattro and Cinquecento, such as Pico della Mirandola, Egidio da Viterboand Johann Reuchlin, the humanists of the Gonzaga court, such as the erudite noblemanParide Ceresara, also affirmed the value of the Hebrew language, not only as the holy tonguebut also as the third source of knowledge beside Greek and Latin. In fact the religioustolerance characteristic of the Gonzaga rule, especially during the reign of FrancescoGonzaga II (mar.1484-1519) and Isabella d'Este, permitted many members of the Jewish elite to form connections within the milieu of the court. Following a brief overview of the socialhistorical-cultural situation confronting Jews in the dominion of the Gonzaga family, aniconographical analysis of Ecce Homo, A Sibyl and a Prophet, Pallas Expelling the Vices fromthe Garden of Virtues and The Family of Christ with the Family of St John the Baptistexecuted by Andrea Mantegna, the primary architect-painter at the Gonzaga court, revealsthat the Judaism representations at the Gonzaga court did not necessarily correspond to thetraditional image of the Jew as the heretic (the enemy of Christianity). Rather, they wereviewed as possessing sublime wisdom; namely, the secret of the God's verbs.

The purpose of this paper is to make something unknown known by describing concisely the contents of the above-named Calendar in terms of the teaching of English in the early years of the Meijiera.The description begins with the historical outline of the Tokio Kaisei-Gakko, or Imperial University of Tokio, which derives its origin from the Bakufu institutions for Western learning and studies. The following sections deal with its organization, admission, teachers both oyatoi and Japanese, catalogue and analysis of students enrolled.Much has been written about the curriculum of the General Course, especially about the syllabuses of English Language and Literature, Logic and Rhetoric. English textbooks used in the Course are also mentioned.The final section is given to some illustrations of questions set at the annual examination in July, 1876 by oyatoi professors. Additionally, the books located in the Kaisei-Gakko Library is classified and counted.

Characteristics of ground deformation are surveyed from the data of triangulation point, bench mark, permanent GPS monument and tide level, in east area of Hokkaido. The rate of subsidence in east area of Hokkaido is high, especially, is 1.36cm/year in Notsuke peninsula. The change velocity of tide level is almost constant in the long term. In the area that has high velocity of tide level change, the effect of sea level rise is relatively small, and change velocity of tide level is almost equal to that of subsidence. In Notsuke peninsula, the erosion of coastal area is a serious problem. About quarter of coastal erosion in Notsuke peninsula is caused by subsidence.
