本研究は,自閉スペクトラム症(Autism Spectrum Disorder;以下,ASD)のある児の箸操作の特徴を明らかにすることを目的とした.ASDのある児18名と定型発達児16名を対象とし,「箸の持ち方」,「箸の操作パターン」,「箸操作時の指の動き」を比較検討した.その結果,ASDのある児の箸操作の特徴として,「箸を開く時の一定しない母指の動き」,「橈側と尺側の分離運動の未熟さ」,「動きが一定しない不安定な指の動きによる箸操作」があることが明らかになった.また,これらの要因としては,手指の分離運動の未熟さ,視覚優位な情報の捉え方,行為機能の障害が影響していることが考えられた.

Carefully selected stories can motivate and engage students in the language classroom.Additionally, in the context of Japan where students entering university are unfamiliar with language learning strategies, the integration of strategy instruction within a course could lead to huge learning advancement for students (Tanahashi, 2009). Comprising six story-based units of learning, the proposed course is designed to develop the English Communication skills of upper beginner / lower intermediate level university students. Students will engage in activities geared towards developing their understanding of basic story elements, developing their ability to tell a fictional narrative and a personal narrative, developing language skills, developing their ability to participate in discussion using different discussion skills, and enhancing their interest in extensive reading. Moreover, students will be introduced to six different language learning strategies with the aim of enabling them to develop learner autonomy, integrating self-regulation into their language learning process.

漱石文芸における<狂気>とは、平常は人間の心の闇に潜み、突如として人間を襲う不可抗力としての歪みを発生させるものである。漱石文芸の主人公たちは、こうした恐怖と不安をともなう居心地の悪さのなかで人間の暗闇に潜む「人間の罪」のまえに佇立し続け、人間の関係性に悩む能力を高めていくのである。漱石は、「神経衰弱と狂気」(『文学論』序)を手がかりに、人間連帯への求道のなかで、<狂気>の超克の可能性を模索するのである。漱石文芸における<狂気>の諸相は、自己「本来の面目」と現実との歪みを認識し、「人間の罪」を自覚することで、その罪の前に佇立する人間の姿である。漱石は、自己の文芸創作をとおして自己の内なる<狂気>と対峙するなかで、「自然」に逃避するのではなく、「自然」を呼び覚ますことの重要性に気付きはじめる。漱石文芸の登場人物は、「自然」からの疎外に病んだ孤独を抱えながら、自己の内なる〈狂気〉と対峙し、「自然」に帰一するように、自己「本来の面目」にたどり着こうとするのである。

This research note reports the first analysis of how same-sex marriage is framed by stakeholders in Japan, in a larger Japan-Hong Kong comparative project examining how same-sex partnership is advocated or resisted, what the implications are for the heteronormative institution of the marriage and the family, and how same-sex couples negotiate marriage and family norms in their everyday life. The analysis shows that whether arguing for or against same-sex marriage, the state as well as civil society reinforce homonationalistic discourses, albeit in a slightly different manner than observed in the West. Further, there is a tendency for advocates of same-sex marriage to construct marriage as the essence of human existence, leaving little room for a critical examination of a gendered and unequal institution, at least as it is practiced in today’s Japan. All this provides some preliminary support for the claim that the legalization of same-sex marriage might indeed reinforce rather than undermine heteronormativity.

マスメディアの現状に照らしつつ,「機能分化し閉じられた(オートポイエティックな)システムとしてのマスメディア」というルーマンの議論の射程と有効性を検討する.ルーマンはマスメディアを,機能分化し,「情報/非情報」のコードによって自律化し閉じられたオートポイエティック・システムであると見なす.ルーマンのこの議論は,マスメディアの自律性を過度に強調し,マスメディアと社会(全体社会Gesellschaft)とのつながりを無視して前者の社会的責任を免除するものだとして,しばしば批判されてきた.またマスメディアが社会の諸領域に浸透・融合し影響力を拡大しつつある現状にそぐわないとの指摘も為されている.しかしこの種の批判では,「コードによる自律性」が常に無限遡行の可能性と決定不能性を孕んでいること,あるいは自律性とはこの決定不能性に他ならないことが見逃されている.ルーマンのマスメディア論は,ITの進展・普及によって明らかになりつつある,マスメディア・システムに内在する偶発性・不確定性を理論的に指摘しているという点で,むしろ「先進的」なのである.

ハイエク(Friedrig August von Hayek,1899~1992),レプケ(Wilhelm Röpke,1899~1966),山田盛太郎(1897~1980)の三者は共に19世紀末に生を受け,ナチズムと軍国主義の台頭という歴史の激流に抗しつつ壮年期を経た経済学者として知られている。ハイエクはネオ・リベラリストの,レプケはオルド・リベラリストの,山田は日本の講座派マルキストの重鎮である。<BR>1989年11月ベルリンの壁崩壊以後,市場経済に対する信頼が喧伝されて来た。結果的にロシア・東欧の厳しい賃金危機と(ハイパー)インフレーションを招きながらもなお,ドイツにおける社会国家解体論,日本における新自由主義(あるいは新保守主義)改革必要論が勢いを増している。ロシア・東欧のみならず,旧西側の住人の我々にも市場経済の有効性を再検討する意義が高まっている。本稿はこうした間題意識に立ち,社会哲学者としてのハイエク,エアハルトの経済顧問としてオイケンと共に実際家としても活躍したレプケ,日本の農地改革プラン作成に大きな影響を与えた山田の認識を市場を軸として比較検討し,その思想を整理するものである。

The central nervous system injury such as stroke can severely cause the motor paralysis. Although the approach of the rehabilitative training is developed, many patients still face the restrictions in their daily living after rehabilitation. Thereby, a new compound with strong potential to enhance motor function recovery with rehabilitation is an unmet medical needs. We focus on the one of glutamate receptors, AMPA (α-amino-3-hydroxy-5-methyl-4-isoxazolepropionic acid) receptor, which plays an important role in learning and memory. Here, we found a novel small low molecular compound, edonerpic-maleic acid edonerpic MA), facilitated experience-dependent synaptic AMPA receptor delivery in barrel cortex and dramatically accelerated motor function recovery after brain damage in rodent model. Furthermore, edonerpic MA enhanced the upper limb function recovery of macaque monkeys with the internal capsule hemorrhage. Currently, a phase 2 clinical trial is being conducted to verify the efficacy of edonerpic MA in stroke patients and has attracted global attention.
