The complexity and scale of embedded software have increased. To improve the productivity, the mruby on TOPPERS embedded component system (TECS) framework, which employs a scripting language (i.e., lightweight Ruby) and supports component-based development, has been proposed. In the current mruby on TECS framework, mruby programs must be compiled and linked every time they are modified, because mruby bytecode are incorporated in the platform. Moreover, while the framework supports multiple virtual machines (VMs), developers must be familiar with the functions of real-time operating systems to effectively execute multiple mruby programs concurrently or in parallel. This paper proposed an extended mruby on TECS framework that improves development efficiency more than the current framework. We implemented a Bluetooth loader receives an mruby bytecode, and a RiteVM scheduler simplifies multitasking. Synchronization of initializing multiple tasks is also implemented using an Eventflag. Experimental results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed framework.

We use two oriental medical techniques in headache management. One is topological microstimulation, and the other is acupuncture point BL10 (Tianzhu) block. 1. Topological microstimulation The topological microstimulation apparatus delivers programmed fluctuating electrical signals to electrodes placed on the distal portion of the limbs, where meridians are concentrated. Topological microstimulation adjusts "qi-blood-fluid" circulating through meridians. "Qi-blood-fluid" is a virtual concept of oriental medicine that means 3 elements (qi, blood, and colorless body fluid). Topological microstimulation induces natural healing power through the bio-homeostatic function, and reduces chronic intractable pain. 2. Acupuncture point BL10 (Tianzhu) block Tianzhu as a meridian point is located at the intersection of the superior nuchal line of the occipital bone and lateral border of the trapezius. This site is located in the superficial layer of the trunk of the greater occipital nerve. Tianzhu block has therapeutic effects on the trigeminocervical complex. As a result, various types of headache are relieved. Tianzhu block was performed in 50 patients in our clinic, and marked effects were observed in 6 patients, moderate effects in 22, slight effects in 19, and no effects in 3. According to the type of headache, this block was effective in 47% of patients with tension-type headache, 38% of those with migraine, 50% of those with chronic daily headache, and 71% of those with neck and/or shoulder pain. Conclusion Various somatic and mental stresses induce headache and functional somatic syndrome, i.e., Tianzhu syndrome. Acupuncture is useful and can be actively recommended for the management of intractable headache such as complicated headache due to Tianzhu syndrome.

The Glossary of English and Japanese Words' written by Ranald MacDonald (1824 -1894) contains a few words peculiar to the dialects of Northeastern Japan and those of Kyushu. About the Kyushu dialect, there have been comments by numbers of scholars, however, about the Northeastern dialect, no one but Dr. Yoshio Yoshimachi, has ever suggested the existence of Northeastern dialect in the MacDonald's 'Glossary'.This paper attempts to find out some phonological regularities in descriptions in the vocabulary of the 'Glossary' and determine the words in questions whether they are dialectal words or not, referring to the phonological characteristics observed in both dialects at present.Regarding the fact that MacDonald had been captured in Ezo, the present Hokkaido, for almost 3 months before being sent to Nagasaki, he must have heard the Japanese language spoken in that area. His first Japanese informant, Tangaro, is likely to be a temporary employee of the guard house in Rishiri Island, then under the control of the Soya Headquaters of the Bakufu. The history of the Northern Japan tells that there were numbers of military people despatched from northern parts of Honshu to Ezo to defend the land and the people from the Russian intrusion; besides them, many fishermen and farmers also crossed the Tsugaru Straits seeking the temporary jobs. Tangaro must have been one of them.This paper includes on the result of the interview check with the native speakers of the two representative cities, Aomori and Nagasaki, in order to check if the people there accept or approve of the words in questions in the MacDonld's 'Glossary' as their dialects. Also, other Word Lists written by foreign scholars such as Thumberg, Curtius, Sansom are refered to, to observe how they describe the Japanese dialectal words in their works.

The aim of this study was to investigate the coaching beliefs of foreign high-performance track and field coaches in South East Asian countries. Five foreign coaches from Germany, Portugal, and New Zealand who represented Malaysia and Singapore in track and field events at the South East Asian Games in 2017 were asked to participate and were interviewed in this study. For the purposes of this research, the factors believed most important for coaching from the coach’s perspective were asked. The results showed that the coaching beliefs of foreign high-performance track and field coaches in South East Asian countries were divided into 3 categories. These were (a) goal oriented: developing athletes’ competence and developing athletes’ character; (b) coaches’ knowledge oriented: professional knowledge, and interpersonal and intrapersonal knowledge; and (c) coaching context oriented: coaching context.

<p> 本研究では、ピンクと青の衣服を着ることが、ジェンダーに関する自己認知と他者認知に及ぼす影響を検討した。実験では、参加者にピンクあるいは青の服を着てもらった状態で、女らしさ・男らしさに関する自己認知と他者認知を測定した。自己認知はIATにより潜在的側面を、質問紙による自己評定により顕在的側面を測定した。結果、潜在測定では、ピンクの服を着た参加者は青の服を着た参加者に比べ、自己と女らしさの連合が強くなっていた。顕在測定では服の色の効果は見られなかった。他者認知は女性と男性の刺激人物に対する印象を測定したが、ピンクの服を着た参加者は青の服を着た参加者に比べ、女性の刺激人物を男らしいと評定していた。この効果は男性の刺激人物に対しては見られなかった。これらの結果は、衣服を着用すると、その衣服に連合している概念が自己認知に対しては同化効果を、他者認知に対しては対比効果をもたらすことを示唆している。</p>

Kaolin clay intake is generated in rats by a variety of nausea-inducing treatments, including rotation (motion sickness), irradiation, and administration of emetic chemicals such as lithium chloride, copper sulfate, ritonavir, recreational drugs (e.g., morphine, apomorphine, nicotine, and ethanol), and various anti-cancer drugs (e.g., cisplatin, cyclophosphamide, and 5-fluorouracil). Recent studies conducted in my laboratory have shown that kaolin clay intake is also generated in rats by running in an activity wheel or swimming in a water bucket, suggesting that these activities induce visceral discomfort similar to nausea. This finding is consonant with the fact that, similar to emetic treatments conventionally employed in conditioned taste-aversion studies in rats, running and swimming act as unconditioned stimuli to establish avoidance of a paired taste.

三島由紀夫「弱法師」(一九六〇)は、これまで「盲目」と晴眼者の世界を二項対立で捉えることで、三島の述べる「形而上学的主題」(「あとがき」『近代能楽集』新潮社、一九五六年四月)を明らかにすることに焦点が絞られてきた。本論では家庭裁判所や戦災孤児としての俊徳を分析することで、個人的な視覚経験がどのような形で「盲目」として表象されるのか、その権力編成のあり方を明らかにする。家庭裁判所での発話が近代的な家族を前提にしていることを明らかにし、家族の物語という了解枠組みに沿わない俊徳のトラウマ的な視覚経験の語りが、家族の権力編制の中で「子ども」「狂人」「盲者」として配置され抑圧されていくさまを明らかにした。

焦げ肉摂取による尿及び便中変異原に対する植物性乳酸菌の抑制効果について検討した.(1) 発酵乳は植物性乳酸菌L. casei subsp. casei 327を109cfu/gを含むものを用い,変異原物質として牛挽肉を炒めたものを用いた.(2) 焦げ肉,尿及び便中の変異原物質はブルーレーヨン法で抽出し,変異原性試験を行った.(3) 被験者4人と少数で焦げ肉摂取により尿及び便中の変異原性の上昇を確認し,尿では6時間で,便では約3日間で排泄された.(4) 被験者8人で焦げ肉摂取時,発酵乳と焦げ肉摂取時,牛乳と焦げ肉摂取時の尿及び便中の変異原性を測定し,発酵乳を摂取することで変異原性が有意に低下することを確認した.対照食である牛乳摂取では明確な変異原性の低下は見られなかった.(5) 発酵乳を摂取することで腸内乳酸桿菌数の有意な増加が見られ,内2人の腸内乳酸桿菌が検出されない被験者で増加したため,当該乳酸菌が腸内到達性を有することが示唆された.
