本研究では,記号を用いて英文の構造を作図するWebアプリ「LangDraw」の特長とそれを実際に用いた英語の精読授業の結果を報告する。学習者自身が課題となる英文の構造を考え作図することにより,教師はその図を見るだけで学習者が英文構造をどのように捉えているのかを即座に把握できるというメリットがある。また,回答数は少ないものの,授業アンケート結果からは教師がLangDrawを用いて記号付けを実際に見せながら解説を行うことにより,学習者の理解が深まるメリットも示唆された。

清酒の製造に豊富でよい水は欠かせない。名水あるところ名酒ありとも言われる。水は,清酒の重要な原料である。この水の成分は,全国一律ではない。それは,降った雨が地面に浸み込み通ってきた地層等に関係しているからである。今回は,水と酒質の関係をさらに進めて,地質学の専門家に日本列島全体を俯瞰して地質と清酒の酒質との関係について解説いただいた。

A 28-year-old woman experienced gross hematuria after the administration of the second dose of an messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) vaccine (BNT162b2). She was diagnosed with Immunogloblin A nephropathy (IgAN) by a renal biopsy two weeks after vaccination, which revealed a mild increase in mesangial cells and a matrix with co-depositions of galactose-deficient IgA1 and C3 in the mesangial region. The gross hematuria and proteinuria gradually improved without any medication, suggesting that immune activation by the mRNA vaccine may not elicit continuous disease progression of IgAN. Thus, further studies investigating the relationship between mRNA vaccines against COVID-19 and the progression of IgAN should be conducted.

高敏感者(highly sensitive person: HSP)と自閉スペクトラム症(autism spectrum disorder: ASD)はいずれも感覚の敏感さをもつため,両者の併存や判別が議論になる。教養科目・教職科目の心理学を受講する大学生141名(男性53名,女性87名,その他1名,M=21.6歳,SD=3.15)に,①Highly sensitive person尺度短縮版(Aron, et al., 2010)11項目7件法,②エンパス尺度(Nine-item EmpathScale: 串崎,2019)9項目7件法,③自閉性指数(Autism-Spectrum Quotient: AQ-J-10, Kurita, Koyama & Osada, 2005)10項目4件法,④認知的フュージョン質問紙(CognitiveFusion Questionnaire (CFQ): 嶋他,2016)7項目7件法,⑤心理的非柔軟性(Acceptance andAction Questionnaire-II: 嶋他,2013)7項目7件法,⑥対人反応性指標(Interpersonal Reactivity Index,日道他,2017)を実施した。重回帰分析の結果,AQに対しては,男女共に共感(情動直感・想像性)の係数が負であり,CFQは関連していなかった。HSPに対しては,予想に反して,男性においてCFQの係数が正で,共感(共感的関心)の係数が負であった。なおHSP尺度とASDは正の相関があり(r=.25),両者の併存を視野に入れた研究が必要である。

America, we see a widening of legalizing partnership between the same sex. However, there has not been discussion on the family that takes this into account. Moreover, in the U.S., there are increasing cases where lesbian couples procreate through artificial insemination. How can anthropological kinship studies deal with this? In Japan, there are no institutional bases for legalizing and securing same-sex couples, so that often, the system of adoption in the name of parent-child has been used between mature persons instead. Here, I will also consider how this absence of legal security and the substitutive system of adoption has affected the relationship among gay men and lesbians in Japan.

With the start of the “Fifteen-Year War” against China by the outbreak of the Manchurian Incident on September 18, 1931, the press reports of the period came to be focussed on military operations in mainland China. The nation-wide hurly-burly in wartime, brought about by dramatic changes of the social situation, prepared a way to the establishment of war footing. In this atmosphere “Sensou Bidan” or “amazing stories of self-sacrificing warriors” were fabricated to “applaud their valiance.” Was it the State Power that forced the press to invent such tales? Or was it the press which prepared the path to this propagation? In order to see that the state power and the press went hand in hand in each stage of the war, I will take up “Nikudan Sanyushi” ( “In Praise of the Three Suicide-Bombing Heroes”) which marked the summit of the campaign.

We review the relationship between information and thermodynamics, especially with focusing on the issues surrounding the Maxwell’s demon. Furthermore, we briefly introduce our experimental demonstration of an “information-heat engine”, which can pump heat from an isothermal environment by using information about the system’s microscopic degrees of freedom.

本稿では,男女一対一の性関係を基盤にした関係と血縁に絶対的な価値をおき,ジェンダーに基づく役割分担の再生産が行われる「従来の家族」に対し,レズビアン家族・ゲイ家族の実践から何を問いかけることができるかを,先行研究などから実例を挙げて検討した。(1) レズビアンやゲイにとって友人やコミュニティが家族になっていること,(2) 血縁家族は精神的な支えになるとの前提が疑問視され,誰を「家族」と見なすのかの再考がなされること,(3) レズビアンやゲイが親になることで,「親=父親+母親」との前提が崩され,親子関係が「無の状態から交渉できるもの」となりうること,(4)ジェンダー役割を問い,日常の家事や育児に柔軟に対応するパートナー関係の実践があることを挙げ,これらが「従来の家族」に問いかける可能性があると論じた。最後に,レズビゲイ家族の実践が主流への同化か挑戦かの判断の難しさを述べた。

近年、生物多様性は急速に失われつつあり、その保全と持続可能な利用は人類社会の重要な課題である。「生物多様性」は、生物学者たちによって1986年に創られ保全活動の普及宣伝に使われてきた言葉であり、1992年に採択された生物多様性条約において異なる3つの階層(生態系、種、遺伝的多様性)を包括する概念であると定義される。日本は条約締約国として生物多様性国家戦略を過去5回にわたって策定してきた。しかし、日本で国家戦略がどのように生物多様性の科学的側面と関わり、その内容を変化させてきたかは明らかでない。本研究では、全5回の国家戦略を対象に定量テキスト分析ならびに内容分析を行い、内容の変遷を特に多様性の3つの階層の扱われ方の違いに注目して記述した。さらに、最新の第5次国家戦略において基本戦略や世界目標である愛知目標に対してどのように施策が設定されているかを定量的に調査した。その結果、国家戦略において中心となる話題が、「野生生物」から「自然環境」、そして「人間社会」へと2度の大きな変遷をしてきたことが示された。生物多様性の3つの階層に関連する各コンセプトに言及している段落の出現頻度も変化し、「生態系」に関してはどの時期の国家戦略でも27%程度で最も頻繁に言及されていたが、「種」に関する言及は23.4%から11.2%に、「遺伝子」に関する言及は15.9%から6.2%まで、第1次から第5次国家戦略までの間に減少したことが明らかになった。現行の国家戦略では施策数においても、種や遺伝的多様性に関する施策は特に少なく、遺伝的多様性に関する数値目標数はわずか1つのみにとどまった。そして科学的基盤の強化に関する基本戦略に対応する施策が他の基本戦略と比較して少ない一方で、「生態系サービス」への言及頻度は急激に増加し、「生態系サービス」が生物多様性を宣伝する新たな用語として使われ始めていることが示唆された。

The purpose of this study is to examine the development of play itself through elucidation of the mode of being and the transformation of play, based on play theory by K. Nishimura and H-G. Gadamer. The fundamental sense of playing is the medial one ; the basic structure of "play" is the movement backward and forward. In addition, "play" contains elements of self-presentation. Starting from concepts of "play" like these, the mode of being and transformation of "play" are examined through observing children's play episodes. The results suggest that the transformation of "play" itself is not single-track way used commonly in the sense of the word "development". It is necessary to reconstruct a developmental theory on "play" itself based on the appreciation of the mode of being of "play".
