先天性左心室憩室は極めてまれな心奇形であり,しばしば正中線上の異常を合併する.症例は,18歳男児で心不全から肺炎を併発し死亡した.剖検にて心房中隔欠損,両大血管右室起始,左心室憩室,dextroversionの心内奇形と胸骨下1/3の欠損,心膜・横隔膜の部分欠損,腹直筋離開の正中線上の異常を伴い,Cantrell症候群と診断した.本邦における先天性左心室憩室の13例を集計し,文献的考察を加えて報告した.

これまでからすみ市販製品についてその特性を明らかにする研究例がないことから,市販品及びその原料卵巣の粗脂質含量,粗タンパク質含量,脂質クラスの成分分析を行った。市販品は,個体差は大きいものの成熟度の高い原料を用い,粗脂質およびワックスエステル含量の高い製品が製造されている。トリアシルグリセロールは,過去の測定例と比較して高い含量を示した。からすみ製造過程で,脂質はタンパク質と同様に分解する。ワックスエステルの分解は明らかにできながったが,からすみ製造過程で酵素分解による脂質の分解が起こり,トリアシルグリセロールは減少し遊離脂肪酸は増加する。

To invent a functional natto promoting bone formation, the construction of a strain with high productivity of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7: MK-7), which is important in the carboxylation of a kind of bone protein participating in bone formation, osteocalcin, was investigated. To screen for a strain appropriate to making natto (a Japanese traditional fermented soybean food) with high productivity of MK-7, a combination of analog resistance to the compounds on the biosynthetic pathway of menaquinones with mutation was done. Consequently, strain OUV23481, with 2-fold higher productivity (1,719 μg/100 g natto) of MK-7 than that of a commercial strain, was constructed as a mutant with analog resistance to 1-hydroxy-2-naphthoic acid (HNA), p-fluoro-D,L-phenylalanine (pFP), m-fluoro-D,L-phenylalanine (mFP), and β-2-thienytalanine (βTA). This strain was classified as Bacillus subtilis (natto). The natto made using this strain was evaluated to have a good quality as natto in all the viewpoints of appearance, flavor, taste, texture, and stringiness.

Organic bases are important class of reagents for synthetic chemistry. Recent developments in optimizing the basicity and in reducing nucleophilicity provide various new synthetic methodologies. This review describes synthetic applications of two excellent organic superbases. One is phosphazene base developed by Schwesinger and the other is proazaphosphatrane base, which was first synthesized by Verkade. The bacisity of the Schwesinger's P 4 base is in the range of organolithium bases and 18 orders of magnitude more basic than conventional DBU. Verkade bases are also strong bases due to the protonation on the bridgehead phosphorus atom with a resultant transannulation to form the corresponding azaphosphatrane structure. Properties, applications, and synthetic benefits of these bases are discussed.

我が国5海域における珪藻Skeletonema属の種組成を,遺伝子解析(LSU rDNA D1-D3)と微細形態の特徴から種を同定し,明らかにした。亜熱帯域の沖縄海域ではS. grevillei,温帯域の有明海,富山湾,女川湾および亜寒帯域の噴火湾ではS. dohrniiが優占し,S. japonicumが混在した。高水温期に塩分の低かった有明海や富山湾ではS. costatumが,塩分30以上の女川湾や噴火湾では順にS. grevilleiとS. pseudocostatumが出現した。

経口減感作療法の有効性の報告は増えてきているが,現在,経口減感作療法に標準化された方法はない.当院では学童期以降で少量の原因食物の摂取でアナフィラキシー症状が誘発される児を対象に初期量を閾値と同量,1日2回摂取,100%増量とする急速法を6~9日間かけて行なっている.当院の経験とこれまでの報告を交えて適応や方法について検討し,経口減感作療法の標準化の可能性を探ってみたい.

経済学の世界において,これまでは幸福を表す指標として効用が用いられてきたが,近年では包括的自己評価点として基数的計測が可能である主観的幸福度指標に利点を見出す研究が増えてきている。本研究では主観的幸福度指標を軸として,GDP,失業など経済の条件が幸福に与える影響を取り除いた上で,環境の条件が幸福とどのような関係性にあるのかについて検証を行う。先行研究でも扱われている環境汚染指標の浮遊粒子状物質(PM10)濃度と二酸化硫黄(SO2)排出量を分析の対象とし,さらに,先行研究では扱われていないエネルギー消費量,二酸化炭素(CO2)排出量といった地球全体に関わる指標についても検証を行った結果,PM10濃度および一人当たりSO2排出量の低減が主観的幸福度向上の可能性を有していることが示唆された。

一部の工場や船舶機関において,環境負荷低減技術としてスクラバが用いられている.スクラバは,噴霧水滴との反応で,NOx,SOxを低減できるだけでなく,噴霧水滴との衝突で PMの捕集も可能である.しかしながら,スクラバ処理後は水槽内に排ガス成分を含んだ廃水が伴い,その処理が問題視されている.本研究は,3流体噴射弁を用い,燃料と廃水による混合燃焼により,廃水処理を含めた環境負荷低減技術を開発した.水との混合燃焼は,燃焼温度が下がることにより NOxの低減が見込め,同時に燃焼性が向上しPMの低減も可能である.廃水による混合燃焼は,水道水による混合燃焼と比べるとA重油では約5%,C重油では5-30%NOx濃度が上昇した.PMについては,水道水による混合燃焼では SOFが約 73%,DSが約 80%低減でき,廃水による混合燃焼では,SOFが 68%,DSが 74%低減できた.よって,本研究は,廃水処理と同時に排ガスを削減できた.

As one kind of regional finance institutions (RFIs), shinkin banks have closer relations with development of regional economies than city banks. This paper aims to apply principal components analysis to evaluate the performance of shinkin banks' contribution to regional economies in northeast area of Japan. Different from the existing studies, this paper is the first attempt to use principal components analysis to analysis of shinkin banks. Meanwhile, we limit our analysis to 27 shinkin banks in the northeast area of Japan and put our emphasis on extracting an effective indicator to measure the contributions of the shinkin banks to regional economies and clarify the issues for the shinkin banks to improve or strengthen their regional contribution.

Recently almost all advanced companies own transactional ITs such as POS (point-of-sales), ERP (enterprise resource planning), MRP (material requirement planning), etc. Since analytic processes are necessary to obtain significant information from them, decision makers of most of those companies can not utilize the outcomes directly. A modern and advanced IT system consisting of models and algorithms is called analytic IT. The objective of the analytic IT is to help the decision maker. In this paper, we survey the supply chain (SC) optimization. We introduce three decision levels of the SC and show the classification of inventories. We also discuss several basic optimization models such as logistics network design, inventory, scheduling, lot-sizing, and vehicle routing models.

Major studies on cell production have put the emphasis on technical factors (machine order/layout, family part grouping, workŽow sequence, etc.), it is still insufficient to investigate how workers' aptitude affect the productivity of production cells. As the first attempt to examine the workers' aptitude toward the assembly tasks in production cells,we make a comparatively detailed literature review on the major theories and assessment measures developed in the field of industrial and organizational psychology. Then we give the definition of four aptitudes and related hypotheses from the aspects of workers' cognition and interest, finger dexterity, affection, and behavioral intention. We design a self-evaluation sheet to measure the workers' aptitudes, and moreover design a cell production experiment to investigate the relation between the workers' aptitudes and productivity of production cells. Through our experimental study, we verified statistically that the workers' cognition and interest, negative affection correlate significantly to the productivity of production cells. However, there are still some issues to be addressed further in order to measure the workers' aptitudes through the self-evaluation sheet.

The establishment of post-disaster humanitarian logistics (PD-HL) network is essential for humanitarian relief in emergency events, and the research of trust in PD-HL plays a crucial role in building and implementing humanitarian logistics network. This paper analyzes the trust structure of relief patterns in PDHL network based on three topology models: ACE (Agency Centric Efforts), PIE (Partially Integrated Efforts) and CAN (Collaborative Aid Networks). Three kinds of in?uence matrices of PD-HL networks are constructed and simulated through NK model to analyze the trust structure in three indicators including global optimum,the average of local optimum and the number of local optimum. Finally, several recommendations are given for the operations of PD-HL.

The performance measurement scales on logistics and supply chain management can be used not only for benchmarking but also for the strategic formulation. The measurement scales in different scorecards were summarized in four areas, i.e., Logistics Performance (LP), Planning/Execution Capabilities (PE), IT Methods and Implementation (IT), and Corporate Strategy and Inter-Organizational Alignment (SO). Six hypotheses on the relationships among these four areas were proposed. A survey with 177 samples was conducted in Chinese manufacturing and logistics industries to test the hypotheses. A proposed framework suggests that planning/execution capabilities in the strategic formulation should be separated from logistics performance and the operations on the corporate strategy and inter-organization alignment on supply chain should move earlier than the IT methods and implementation.

目的:せん妄はICU患者の入院期間延長や生命予後悪化につながるが,スクリーニングされずに見落とされ,治療されないことも多い.ICDSC(Intensive Care Delirium Screening Checklist)は,ICUでのせん妄評価法として国際的に認められた方法である.本研究は日本語版ICDSCの妥当性・信頼性の検証を目的とする.研究方法:日本の2ヵ所の大学病院ICUで実施された.妥当性評価として,精神科医が評価するDSM-IV-TRをせん妄診断の標準基準として,リサーチナースおよびスタッフナースの日本語版ICDSCのカットオフ値を検討し,感度・特異度を算出した.また,リサーチナースとスタッフナースの日本語版ICDSCの評価を比較し,評価者間信頼性を算出した.結果:評価対象者数は82名であり,DSM-IV-TRでのせん妄有病率は22%であった.興奮・鎮静度はRASS-0.33±2.5であった.DSM-IV-TRに対して日本語版ICDSCのカットオフ値は2点の場合に感度と特異度の和が最大となったが,特異度が高いのはカットオフ値を3点とした場合であった.カットオフ値3点でのリサーチナースとスタッフナースの日本語版ICDSC評価結果は,それぞれ感度が66.7%と72.2%,特異度が78.1%と71.9%であり,評価者間信頼性はκ=0.55であった.結論:日本語版ICDSCは外科系ICU患者において,せん妄診断の標準基準であるDSM-Ⅳ-TRと比較して妥当性と評価者間信頼性を有するせん妄評価ツールであり,記録物からレトロスペクティブにせん妄評価が可能なツールである.高い特異度を確保するという臨床上の理由から,カットオフ値を3点として使用することを推奨する.

集中治療室と一般病棟という2つの異なる職場環境における新卒,新任看護師を対象に,気分・感情の変化をprofile of mood states (POMS)を用いて経時的に調査,検討した。20~29歳の健康成人女性のPOMSの結果と比較すると,集中治療室勤務の新人看護師は,調査期間中,常に高い「緊張・不安」状態であった。これに対し,一般病棟勤務の新人看護師は調査期間中,健康成人女性に比べ,常に過度の「疲労」「混乱」を感じており,両者に差がみられた。当施設においては,一般病棟新人看護師のほうが,集中治療室看護師よりも疲労感が強く,怒りを表出できない抑うつ状態であり,精神的に疲弊した状態であることが明らかになった。
