経頭蓋超音波検査(TCD)では脳動脈内の気泡,血栓などの微小栓子がHigh Intensity Transient Signals(HITS)として検出することが可能である。CPB中に脱血回路から空気が混入した症例で,脳動脈内でHITSが多数検出され,術後の覚醒遅延や痙攣などの合併症を経験した。今回,TCDを用いて3種類の静脈貯血槽(VR)の気泡捕捉能力を検討したので報告する。3種類のVRを用いて模擬回路を作製し,静脈回路に設けた空気の注入口から1mLの空気を注入し,VR出口,人工肺出口,動脈Filter出口にてHITSの検出を行った。灌流液には豚血を用い,灌流温36℃,灌流量は4L/minとした。3種類のVRから出る気泡数に有意差は認められなかったが,気泡径はVRのFilterサイズが150μmのA-VRから流出する気泡径が大きい傾向にあった。人工肺前後では気泡数に有意差が認められたが,動脈Filter前後では有意差が認められず,10μm以下のマイクロバブルみら捕捉はできないことが示唆された。マイクロバブルの捕捉には人工肺のほかにVRの除泡能が大きく関与することが示唆された。

少子化の原因を探る 少子化の要因として,一般に強調されている子育て環境の問題などは他者の研究に譲ることとして,筆者は以下の4点を仮説として挙げ,これに答えるべく実証的な調査研究を進めてきた. 1) 結婚に対して消極的である 2) 妊孕力が低下している 3) 人工妊娠中絶実施件数が増加している 4) 性交頻度が減少している 本研究の目的を達成するために,公表されている厚生労働統計のうち,①人口動態統計(出生,死産,結婚,離婚),②保健・衛生行政業務報告(中絶),③妊娠届出報告などに加え,筆者らが実施した「男女の生活と意識に関する調査」結果1~3)を資料とした.

近年、インターネット上のスパムメールによる被害が深刻な問題になっている。そのため、スパムメールと正規メールを精度よく分類するためのスパムフィルタが多数提案されている。本論文では、分類の前処理として k-means 法によるクラスタリングを行うことにより分類精度を向上させる手法を提案する。前処理後の分類方法としては、通常のベイジアンフィルタまたは SVM フィルタを用いる。まず、学習に使うメール集合に対して k-means 法を適用し、その後クラスタごとにどのような特徴が表れているかを分析する。その結果に基づいてクラスタごとにフィルタの調整を行うことで分類精度の向上を達成した。TREC Public Corpus を用いた評価実験から、本手法の有効性を確認することができた。

This paper describes a GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) precise point positioning (PPP) technique that can be applied to mobile robots in urban environments. The multipath signals, which from invisible satellites in urban area, cause serious effect on the GNSS positioning. Our proposed technique mitigates GNSS multipath signals by means of an omnidirectional infrared (IR) camera that can eliminate the need for invisible satellites by using IR images. With an IR camera, the sky appears distinctively dark. This facilitates the detection of the borderline between the sky and the surrounding buildings, which are captured in white, because of the difference in the atmospheric transmittance rates between visible light and IR rays. Positioning evaluation was carried out only with visible satellites that have less multipath errors. The evaluation results confirm the effectiveness of the proposed technique and the feasibility of its highly accurate positioning.

我々が開発している日英機械翻訳SYSTEM:JETSにつき、ここではTRANSFERの処理のなかで、従来統一的な処理が困難とされてきた連体修飾句の訳し分けにつき発表する。JETSのTRANSFER処理の内容は全体として、概念的に言えば、他のSYSTEM(例えば[2])とそれほど根本的、本質的差異があるとは考えてはいない。たいていの語に対しては、トップダウンに再帰的に辞書引きをして、意味コード、その語の使用されている条件から訳語を選択し、必要な構造変換を行う。そういう一般的な方法で対処が困難な特別の語(例えば、MODALITYを持っ名詞)に対しては、PRE-TRANSFERで構造変換を行う。ここまでは、ほとんど同じと思われる。(勿論、具体的な、個別の処理は他SYSTEMと全然異なっている。)JETSのTRANSFERの特色はPOST-TRANSFERがない、不要である点にある。英語生成に大きい機能を持たせ、TRANSFERの出力は英語意味構文木に止めたデザインである。これにより、統一的な処理が可能になった典型的な例として、連体修飾句の処理がある。

本研究は人同士のコミュニケーションにおいて視線によって伝わる意図や興味の理解と表出の仕組みを探り,意図や興味を表現できるロボットの視線動作をデザインすることを目的とする.人の意図や興味を理解すると同時に,人にわかりやすく意図や興味を伝える親密なコミュニケーションができるロボットの開発に寄与することを目指す.ここでは,特に人の興味や意図を表わす「いる」「いらない」を表す視線動作に注目し,人の視線によって意図を伝える場合とロボットの視線によって伝える場合とを比較する.コミュニケーションロボット(Phyno)を用いて評価実験を行った結果,ロボットの視線動作も人の場合と同様に人により理解可能であることを明らかにする.また,ロボットと人では凝視時間によって「いる」,「いらない」の解釈が変わることを示す.

The purpose of this study was to measure the organizational commitment of sports volunteer and to obtain some ideas for organization management. The questionnaire used for the study was designed for, and the data collected from, 242 volunteers participating in the Special Olympics Nippon. These volunteers provide sports programs in Japanese communities for individuals with mental retardation. Fifteen organizational commitment statements were measured using a 5-point Lickert-type scale. The means were computed for each statement and the means of the 15 statements were then computed. The data were compared by personal characteristics, statuses of involvement and soon. The main results were as follows : (1) The overall mean score for the 15 organizational commitment statements was 3.72, indicating that the level of organizational commitment of the sample was not particularly low. The subjects felt that they gained many benefits through their volunteer activity. However, they were not active in the organization's activities. (2) There were no remarkable differences in organizational commitment except for differences related to the amount of spending money. However, closer examination of the results from analysis of the 15 organizational commitment statements revealed subtle differences in volunteer commitment to the organization. (3) Organizational commitment shows some differences related to continuation of the activity, the amount of payment for the activity, and whether or not individuals have posts in the organization.

Rehabilitation makeup therapy supports social reintegration by altering self body images, and it is probably a type of cognitive behavior therapy in psychiatric medicine. The aim of this study was to clarify the significance of rehabilitation makeup by examining its psychiatric and psychological effects according to the examination lists created before and after rehabilitation makeup. Subjects consisted of 181 females and 6 males (mean age 34.9 years), who underwent rehabilitation makeup between January 2003 and March 2004, with their permission to participate in this study. Methodology : 32 items of a depression perception scale were used in the examination lists, including 10 items of negative self-perception such as extremely self-humiliating and self-deprecating tendencies, 11 items of interpersonal perception such as excessive sensitivity to others' evaluations and anaclisis, and 11 items of Compulsive thinking such as perfectionism and lack of flexibility. These 3 items and the comprehensive evaluation of each subject were classified into 3 status levels : critical area (-1point), moderately harmful (0 points), and no harm (+1point). A statistical test was Conducted using alterations observed before and after makeup as points (points after makeup-points before makeup). Results and Conclusion : As for the negative self perception, 33 subjects (17.6%) in the critical area before makeup were reduced to 11 (0.59%) after makeup. Similarly, the numbers of subjects in the critical area before makeup were reduced from 40 (21.4%) to 20 (10.7%), 23 (12.3%) to 16 (8.6%), and 25 (13.4%) to 8 (4.3%) after makeup as to interpersonal perception,compulsive thinking, and integrative evaluation, respectively. A statistical test confirmed a significant increase level of less than 5% regarding compulsive thinking, and less than 1% as to negative self perception, interpersonal perception, and the comprehensive evaluation. As to result, it is suggested that rehabilitation makeup has mental and psychological effects on individuals with facial disfigurements.リハビリメイクは、自己のボディイメージを変容、あるいは受容させることによる社会復帰を支援するものであり、精神医学における一種の行動療法・認知療法に通ずると考えられる。本研究では、リハビリメイク施行前後の調査表を用いてリハビリメイクの精神心理学的効果を調べることにより、その意義を明らかにすることを目的とした。方法:リハビリメイクを施行し、承諾の得られた187名(女性181名、男性6名、平均年齢34.9歳)を対象とした。「否定的自己認知」に関する10項目、「対人認知」に関する11項目、「強迫的思考」に関する11項目からなるうつ病認知スケールを調査表として使用した。各被験者について、この3項目とその総合評価を危険域(-1点)、中等度問題あり(0点)、問題なし(+1点)の3段階に分類し、施行前後の変化を点数化し、評価、検討を行った。結果・結論:「否定的自己認知」に関して、危険域にあった人数は、リハビリメイク施行前後で、33名(17.6%)から11名(5.9%)に減少した。同様に危険域にあった「対人認知」では、施行前40名(21.4%)、施行後20名(10.7%)、「強迫的思考」に関しては、施行前23名(12.3%)、施行後16名(8.6%)、また、総合評価については、施行前25名(13.4%)、施行後8名(4.3%)であった。統計学的検定により、「強迫的思考」に関して有意水準5%未満、「否定的自己認知」、「対人認知」および総合評価に関しては有意水準1%未満で状態の改善を認めた。以上の結果から、リハビリメイクが顔に何らかの外見的な障害を有する人に精神心理学的効果のあることが示唆された。

HL60はレチノイン酸で好中球に、Vitamin D3で単球に分化する。本研究ではHL60分化において経時的にRNAseqを行い、好中球および単球に分化する際に上昇してくる遺伝子を複数の遺伝子を同定した。しかしながら予想したようにこれらの遺伝子が染色体上の近傍に存在するということはなかった。そこで、HL60の分化におけるエピジェネティクスが果たす役割を調べるためにエピジェネティクス因子ASXL1のノックダウンを行い、細胞分化とヒストン修飾の関係を調べた。ASXL1ノックダウンはヒストンH3K4とH3K27のトリメチル化を低下させ、HL60の分化を阻害した。

Recently,healing pet robots are developed in application of AI, especially natural language processing. The psychotherapist ELIZA is a famous in early AI research but has not Japanese voice communication as human interface. We developed Japanese ELIZA system without translators,Japanese to English Englist to Japanese and with IBM Via Voice 98,speach recognition and speach synthesis system. Robot chat Eliza system by Peri on the network is discussed.
