This paper defines "shakyo-style learning" as the learning of computer programming by mimicking input according to sample programs, running them and ensuring their outcome. We developed shakyo-style learning material based on missteps found in the process used by novices in learning computer programming; we then evaluated it in an undergraduate computer literacy course. As a result, we found that learning material with documented in-detail work instructions for the programming process worked well among novices. Additionally, through smoothed work in learning, this learning process had strong implications for understanding the concepts in computer programming.

This paper analyzes the mechanism of informatiom distribution and provides new framework about Contents Tourism. This research adopt analysis website traffic linked real situation. It has two conclusion. One is Consumer Generated Media (GCM) leading to an increase in the number of website traffic, and the other is constructing new Contens Tourism framework adding an actor which has no immediate relationship to tourist site.

応用行動分析学はその黎明期において、精神科臨床の領域においても盛んに研究が行われていた。ところが、その流れは1980年代には行動療法の一部としてみなされるようになり、現在では広義には第3世代とされている認知行動療法(CBT)の中で、行動分析学の原理を取り入れた臨床行動分析として発展を続けている。しかし、CBTあるいは臨床行動分析の効果検証は、実証的に支持された治療(EST)の影響を受けて、主に無作為対照化試験(RCT)などのグループ比較デザインにとどまっており、行動分析学の方法論に基づいた実践研究はほとんど行われていない。本論文では、最初に、①精神科臨床における応用行動分析学の歴史を振り返る。次に、②現在の精神科臨床において薬物療法以外で標準治療とされているCBTについて、その歴史と行動分析学との関係について整理する。そして、③CBTが掲げるエビデンスの特徴と問題点を指摘する。最後に、④精神科臨床において、グループ比較デザインの知見とシングルケースデザインの方法論に基づく実践効果検証それぞれの利点を活かして統合し、応用行動分析学に基づく完成度の高い実践(well-established practices)を目指すことが重要であることを論じる。今後、精神科臨床の領域においても行動分析学の方法論を用いた実践を増加させる仕組みづくりが必要である。

There are two objectives in this thesis: one is to clarify features of communication in the process of digital contents tourism creation and development. Another is to indicate how manage interaction among various actor containing tourists in information society. This research adopts the following method. 1: Construction of method for communication analysis in contents tourism. 2: Analysis of “Lucky☆Star Mikoshi (portable shrine) in a case “Washimiya” as sacred place of “Lucky☆Star”. This research shows that communication between various actors create contents tourism process and that actors who reconcile among various stakeholders having interests is needed in contents tourism management.

筆者は拙稿「日本における民族の創造」(大阪経済法科大学『アジア太平洋レビュー』第5号、2008年9月)で、1880年代末の日本で「民族」という言葉・概念が生じてから、どのよう に民族が創造されてきたかを、大和民族(1888年初出)と出雲民族(1896年初出)を対比しながら検証した。本稿では民族の三要素(歴史・文化、言語、宗教)の中で、日本の中ではより単一だと思われがちな言語に焦点をあてて、単一・同質だといわれるものの内部から、その幻想を解体してみたいと思う。

抗菌および抗ウイルス活性を持つことが知られているポビドンヨードを主成分とする各市販製剤(イソジン液、イソジンガーグル)を動物コロナウイルス(豚伝染性胃腸炎ウイルス:TGEV、猫伝染性腹膜炎ウイルス:FIPV、牛コロナウイルス:BCoV)にin vitroで作用させたところ、常用濃度で強い抗ウイルス活性を示した。このことは本製剤による手洗い、うがいがウイルス感染防御に役立つことを示唆している。

原子力発電所の安全を担保する思想は深層防護である。東日本大震災による発電所への影響を深層防護に従い検討を行うと,いかなる場合においても,電源を供給できるようにすることが必須であることが見えてくる。全交流電源喪失,全交流電源系統喪失,全電源喪失など,発生確率とリスクに応じて,電源に対する対策を考えていくことが重要である。わずかな電源容量であっても,ある程度の時間は稼ぐことができる。事象を整理し,俯瞰的に評価することで,プラント全体のリスクを低減していくことが重要である。

A single specimen (130.0 mm standard length: SL) of Platyberyx mauli Kukuev, Parin and Trunov, 2012, collected at 452–453 m depth off Shizugawa Bay, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan, is the first record of the species from the Pacific Ocean. Previously reported only from the eastern central Atlantic, P. mauli is characterized by the following combination of characters: dorsal-fin rays 28 (28 in present specimen); anal-fin rays 17 (17); pectoral-fin rays 17 or 18 (18); total vertebrae number 33 or 34 (34); head length 30.4–33.9% SL (30.5% SL); body depth 45.6–52.2% SL (46.3% SL); prepectoral length 34.2–35.3% SL (34.2% SL); dorsal-fin base length 75.4–79.1% SL (76.1% SL); ventral caudal spur absent; procurrent rays cylindrical; gill rakers stout, rounded, with many small bristles, especially near tip and midway along each raker; jaw teeth in multiple rows anteriorly; posterior margin of upper jaw extending nearly to posterior margin of orbit; dorsal pharyngeal papillae multifid; conspicuous multifid papillae throughout inside of mouth cavity. The new standard Japanese name “Shamoji-yaegisu” is proposed for the species. Additionally, a single specimen (176.9 mm SL) of Platyberyx andriashevi (Kukuev, Parin and Trunov, 2012), collected off the Pacific coast of Hokkaido, represents the first record of the species from that region. A key to the six species of Caristiidae currently known from Japan is provided.

本報告の目的は、アニメ聖地巡礼者の行動や態度を把握する方法として、アニメ聖地巡礼ノート分析を提案し、その有効性と課題を抽出し、報告することである。具体的には、埼玉県鷲宮町にある大酉茶屋に設置されたアニメ聖地巡礼ノートを分析の対象とし、その有効性と課題を抽出した。埼玉県鷲宮町は、アニメーション作品「らき☆すた」によってアニメ聖地として価値付けをされ、鷲宮神社を中心にアニメ聖地巡礼が活発におこなわれるようになった地域である。大酉茶屋は、鷲宮神社に隣接する飲食店兼休憩所であり、アニメ聖地巡礼者が多く訪れる場所である。

A 35-year-old woman who was 14 weeks pregnant visited a gynecology hospital to undergo a surgical abortion. Although she was not jaundiced, and had no signs of hepatitis, liver function was abnormal (ALT, 100 IU/L; AST, 96 IU/L). The serum obtained was negative for markers of hepatitis A, B, and C viruses. However, based on the positive results of non-routine IgM/IgA anti-HEV and HEV RNA assays, the patient was occasionally diagnosed with sporadic acute hepatitis E. The HEV isolate recovered from the patient was phylogenetically close to known genotype 3 HEV strains circulating in Japan, with the highest identity of 93.2%. We believe that testing for hepatitis E should be routine in Japan, in cases of suspected viral hepatitis.
