Problems concerning working women and child-rearing, as well as economic problems, attract strong attention from the aspects of childcare, social welfare, clinical psychology and ethics. The social understanding of "child-rearing by mothers" as a private problem has deepened also as a public problem. The publication of "Collection of articles and documents on women's work before the war" is a result of my research to date, collaborative research with people involved in the Women's and Minor's Bureau. This is related to the analysis of the history of ideas of working women and child-rearing. In this present study, discussion is especially based on the viewpoint of the history of ideas in postwar Japan. Taking publicness and changing gender roles into consideration, I argue that the important viewpoints for analyzing reality include keeping an eye to human rights, citizens' and human dignity and grasping domestic and international correlative dynamics.

After the great crash of15th March, markets of stocks and commodities continued to turmoil. At the end of March the future markets of stocks and commodities were cleared but that wasn't a true clearance. Because clients of local areas refused to receive stocks which were falling and brokers of stock and bankers who lent money to them found pile up stocks to be cleared in their hands and in their safe. Such manipulation was brought to light by the bankruptcy of Masuda Bill Broker Bank on7th April. Prices of stocks and commodities fell sharply and the stock markets were closed. In meanwhile the tops of stock exchanges begged the finance minister Korekiyo Takahashi and the governor of the BOJ Junnosuke Inoue to finance for the clearance of stock trades. The BOJ announced to finance stock traders through their banks. And the finance minister Takahashi announced the troubles of stock market were resolved by the relief finance of BOJ but the stock market was collapsed on the day Takahashi made the announcement.

Lactobacillus acidophilus SBT2062およびBifidobacterium longum SBT2928の人工消化液耐性試験, および腸内有害細菌 (Escherichia coliおよびClostridium perfringens) との混合培養試験を実施した.人工胃液耐性試験では, pH4, 37℃3時間保持においてB.longum SBT2928の菌数は1/10に低下したが, L.acidophilus SBT2062は初期の菌数を維持した.しかし, 人工腸液耐性試験では両菌とも高い耐性が認められた.また, 腸内有害細菌との混合培養では, L.acidophilus SBT2062およびB.longum SBT2928の初発培養菌数が105cfu/gにおいて有害細菌は完全に抑制され, さらに104cfu/gに低下しても強い抑制効果が認められた.よって, L.acidophilus SBT2062およびB.longum SBT2928は, 摂取後も生菌の状態で腸内に到達し, そこで腸内有害細菌を抑制する可能性が認められた.

Japan has become a super-aging society, and the number of elderly persons with dizziness is increasing. In addition, elderly persons with dizziness have a high risk of falling, and fractures caused by falls can decrease the life span. It is therefore necessary to take appropriate countermeasures. Treatments for dizziness are wide-ranging and include physical therapy, such as canalith repositioning, and pharmacotherapy. However, many patients do not improve even after these treatments. In this study, we compared the results of stabilometry examined before and after the use of a cane in 21 patients aged 65 years or older with a history of dizziness who visited our department (DHI score of 28 points or higher). The use of a cane improved the following measured parameters: total length of body sway, area of body sway, and unit area body sway length at the time of eye opening and closing. To prevent falling, somatic sense input and skeletal muscle input focused on the lower extremities are important. It is expected that these inputs decline in elderly persons, and based on the results of the current study, it is likely that the use of prosthetics, such as a cane, will play an important role in the future in supporting these subjects.

猫の消化器疾患に関係するウイルスの検索のために猫糞便を調べた. 特に逆転写酵素遺伝子増幅法を用いて猫コロナウイルス(FCoV)に焦点を当て検索した. 最も高頻度に検出されたのは猫汎白血球減少症パルボウイルス(FPLV;陽性率28.5%)で,次がFCoVであった(10.7%).FCoV陽性の猫に共通した症状は嘔吐, 下痢および脱水で, 多くは間もなく回復した. しかし, FPLVが混合感染していた猫は重症であった.

症例は62歳男性で,悪性リンパ腫に対する臍帯血移植後に急激な視力低下をきたした。頭部MRIにて両側頭頂葉および後頭葉の皮質下白質〜深部白質に高信号域を認め,脳生検および脳脊髄液中JCウイルス(JCV)検査にて進行性多巣性白質脳症(PML)と診断した。経過中にBálint症候群を合併したが,塩酸メフロキンとミルタザピンの併用療法によりBálint症候群および頭部MRI所見は改善し,脳脊髄液中JCVは陰性化した。PMLではBálint症候群を合併し得ること,ならびに塩酸メフロキンとミルタザピン併用療法は有効であることを示した。

板厚内部の残留応力を実測する手法として、改良型深孔穿孔法(以下、MIRS法:Modified Internal Residual Stress)を開発した。MIRS法には3タイプあり、算出する応力成分数で使い分ける。MIRS法の3タイプの紹介と円筒継手などでの実測例を紹介する

[目的]パフォーマンスに基づく臨床的なバランス能力評価指標開発のための実施したアンケート調査の結果を報告する。[対象]バランスに関する研究報告がある理学療法士23名より回答を得た。[方法]郵送法にてアンケート調査を実施した。質問項目はバランスの定義,バランス能力測定の枠組み,臨床的なバランス能力測定法に必要な条件,バランス能力測定の現状などとした。[結果]バランスの定義やバランス能力測定の枠組みは理学療法士間での意見の違いがあった。臨床的なバランス能力評価指標としては,測定時間の短いこと,結果の客観性,結果の臨床的意味などが重視されていた。また,現在使用されている評価指標についても,測定の簡便性や結果の臨床的な有用性など,実用性の面では種々の問題があることが確認できた。[結語]今回の結果を参考に,より実用的な臨床的バランス能力評価指標を考案したいと考えている。

地域医療研修は2004年に卒後臨床研修制度が開始されて以来, 必修分野として現在に至っている. 研修の現場は, へき地や遠隔地の診療所から市街の保健所まで多岐におよんでいる. 地域医療研修を充実させ, よりよい研修医を育てるためには, プログラム責任者の役割が重要である. 震災被災地での地域医療研修や, 北海道と鹿児島の研修医の交換研修などユニークな研修も行われている. 充実した地域医療研修は, 地域でもとめられ世界的にも注目される, 持続可能で新しい日本の保健医療システムをつくるための人材育成に不可欠である.
