宿主特異的毒素を生成する<i>Alternaria alternata</i>群植物病原菌の病原性発現および分生胞子発芽時の毒素生成に及ぼす化学物質の効果について検討した。ナシ黒斑病菌分生胞子懸濁液に,抗生物質セルレニンまたはメチオニンをそれぞれ20ppm, 100ppm以上の濃度で添加すると,胞子の発芽,付着器形成などは殆んど影響されなかったが,胞子発芽時の宿主特異的毒素(AK-毒素)の生成・放出は著しく抑制された。また二十世紀ナシ葉に対する病原性の低下が観察された。さらに,これらの化学物質は,リンゴ斑点落葉病菌のAM-毒素生成およびイチゴ黒斑病菌のAF-毒素生成も阻害し,両菌の病原性低下を引き起こした。また,KH₂PO₄, NH₄Cl,酵母エキスおよびシステインも,ナシ黒斑病菌の胞子発芽にはほとんど影響することなく胞子発芽時のAK-毒素生成能力および病原性を阻害した。しかし,これらの化学物質の効果は,セルレニンやメチオニンほど顕著ではなく,比較的高濃度処理によって,阻害効果が認められた。以上の結果から,<i>Alternaria alterrata</i>群病原菌の分生胞子懸濁液に,ある種の化学物質を添加することにより,胞子発芽時の宿主特異的毒素生成が阻害され,その結果,病原性の低下が引き起こされるものと考えられ,本群菌の病原性発現における胞子発芽時の宿主特異的毒素の重要性が示唆された。

症例は28歳女性で, 咳嗽, 喘鳴を主訴に当科に入院した. 約5年前より上記症状を繰り返し, 気管支喘息として通院加療を受けていたが, コントロールは不十分であった. ペットとして猫を飼育している. アロテック吸入による1秒量の改善率は24.4%であり, 皮内テストでは猫毛, 犬毛, ハウスダストが陽性, IgE-RAST score は猫毛4, 犬毛3, ハウスダスト3であった. 猫毛抗原による吸入誘発試験を施行したところ二相性喘息反応を呈した. 以上より猫毛による気管支喘息と診断し, 猫を遠ざけた生活を指導し良好なコントロールが得られている. 我々の知る限りでは, 我が国での猫毛, 猫毛皮屑による気管支喘息の報告は少なく, また二相性喘息反応を呈した報告例は認めない. 猫毛による気管支喘息の臨床像とともに, 特に二相性喘息反応での臨床的, 肺生理学的変化について報告した.

肺葉切除術後患者における理学療法の介入頻度の違いによる効果を無作為化比較対照試験によって検討した。研究の同意を得た肺癌患者63例を手術に先立って無作為に2群に割り振った。通常の看護ケアに,理学療法士による理学療法介入を1日1回行う群を1回群とし,理学療法介入を1日3回行う群を3回群とした。当院の理学療法は,排痰,早期離床,呼吸練習などを中心に行い,手術当日から介入した。手術後1週間毎日の肺活量,酸素投与期間,歩行開始日,歩行自立日,手術後呼吸器合併症の有無を評価した。肺葉切除術を実施した症例は51例であり,1回群27例,3回群24例であった。手術後1週間毎日の肺活量,酸素投与期間,歩行開始日,歩行自立日は1回群と3回群の間に差を認めなかった。また,手術後呼吸器合併症は,1回群に膿胸1例,遷延性肺瘻1例,無気肺1例,肺炎1例の計4例であり,3回群には呼吸器合併症を認めず,2群間で有意な差を認めた。肺葉切除術後患者における多頻度の理学療法介入は,手術後呼吸器合併症を減少させるかもしれない。

It is well known that the characteristics of rubber vibration isolators depend upon their shapes. So the authors obtained experimental equations which show the variations of their characteristics in relation to the shape factor S=(cross sectional area)/(free surface area). They previously proposed the successive approximation method already on a supposition that the variations of characteristics are chiefly caused by shape effect due to their deformations. Here the more accurate approximation method is presented on a supposition that the deformed shape is a sort of rotating parabolic body. And the radius of curvature of bonded part largely influences the moduli of rubber vibration isolators, but even in such cases this calculating method is applicable.

本研究では、中国辺境地域が、市場経済や国家による開発に組み込まれる過程で、均一的な文化の受容を通して地域社会を変容させながらも、少数民族独自の伝統や文化を継承していく様態を明らかにすることに努めてきた。それは、グローバリゼーション時代において直面せざる得なくなった多文化社会のあるべき方向性を模索する作業で、そこには多重の人為的な「境界」による他者性を生きながらも、そうした「境界」を使い分けている構造があったといえる。

The genus Ragadia in Indo-China is revised taxonomically, and four species, R. makuta, R. crisilda, R. crito and R. critias, are recognized. The latter three species are very similar to one another and have been variously treated in the past. The geographical variations including the male genitalia are described for these species.

A rabbit osteoarthritic knee model was used to analyze time-related accessibility of high molecular weight 2,700 kDa hyaluronan to healthy and osteoarthritic articular cartilage and synovium. Fluorescein-labeled high-molecular weight 2,700 kDa hyaluronan (F-HA) was found in shallow, inner and deep layers of degenerated cartilage within 3-24 h after injection. It quickly reached the deep cartilage layer and was retained within inner and deep layers up to day 28. In constrast, in healthy knees, F-HA accessibility was confined to superficial and shallow cartilage layers during 3-24 h and did not change until day 28, showing no signs of deep layer retention. In both healthy and osteoarthritic knees, F-HA penetrated synovium from its synovial lining cell layer to the interstitium in subsynovial fat tissue (deep layer) at 3-24 h after injection. Though having a high molecular weight, 2,700 kDa HA rapidly penetrated shallow, inner and deep layers of degenerated cartilage and deep layer of synovium after its intra-articular injection. The joint tissue penetration of 2,700 kDa HA after its intra-articular injection in an animal OA model indicates that soon after the injection, hyaluronan is rapidly accessible to synovial and degenerated cartilage tissues. There, it exerts its anti-inflammatory actions on the synovium and degeneration-inhibiting action on the articular cartilage.

Hevea stocks have been used to produce vibration isolators but recently they are using many synthetic rubbers. Each of them has its own merits and demerits, so by vibration tests we intended to explain and compare their characteristics employing hevea stock F.A.Q. No. 3, neoprene G.N.-A., hycar-OR-25 and silicone, so that we may obtain data to decide what sort of rubber should be used to design isolators.The followings were examined: (a) influence of temperature, (b) amplitude dependency, (c) oil resistancy, (d) after effect, and (e) others.

1.昨年決定した戯単の解説執筆の分担に基づき、戯単解説の執筆を進めた。原稿の完成した6点の解説は、中里見敬・潘世聖編『「『春水』手稿と日中の文学交流――周作人、冰心、濱一衛」国際シンポジウム論文集』(第3冊資料編)に収録し、あわせて中国語訳も掲載した。2.濱文庫所蔵のレコードについて、基礎的なデータの採録をほぼ終えた。レコードの音声をデジタル化する作業については、音質その他の技術的な問題があり、作業が中断している。早期に開始できるよう対策を講じたい。3.濱文庫に所蔵される冰心の詩集『春水』(1923)が、作者自筆の手稿本だと判明した。さらにこの手稿が周作人から日本人留学生・濱一衛に贈られた経緯も明らかになり、『中国現代文学研究叢刊』2017年第6期(総第215期)に中里見敬「冰心手稿藏身日本九州大学:《春水》手稿、周作人、濱一衛及其他」として発表した。その後、周家・濱家双方の尽力により、書簡15通が発見された。さらに周作人から濱一衛に贈られた書4点(周作人、銭玄同各1点、兪平伯2点)も見つかり、九州大学附属図書館に寄贈されることとなった。このように、周作人と濱一衛の交流に関する研究は短期間のうちに大きな進展を見せた。4.研究会・シンポジウムを2回開催した。(1)研究集会「演劇アーカイブの最前線:イギリスと中国」平成29年6月17日(九州大学伊都キャンパス)発表者:三須祐介、松浦恆雄、太田一昭。(2)「『春水』手稿と日中の文学交流――周作人、冰心、濱一衛」 国際シンポジウム、平成30年2月6日(九州大学新中央図書館)基調講演:周吉宜、趙京華、小川利康、李莉薇。学術シンポジウム:顧偉良、平石淑子、佐藤普美子、濱田麻矢、松岡純子、牧野格子、岩﨑菜子、宮本めぐみ、虞萍。あわせてシンポジウム論文集(全3冊、554頁、28名執筆)を刊行し、戯単をはじめとする濱文庫資料の展示を行った。

In this paper, we discussed about As build data measured with 3D laser scanner, and the application of it. We measured one of the industrial heritages "Gunkan-Island" which the collapse is advanced. We carried out a rendering of point clouds as a sphere. That picture has the texture information such as pictures to add the shading in the pillars, beams and damaged part. So we can support to make damaged plans by using the rendered pictures. We solved that the width of cracks below resolving power of the photograph taken with the digital camera, has a correlation between the numerical data of features and the distribution width of colors. We created the index which Crack Index is "the numerical data of features and the distribution width of colors" and made a system for assisting in drawing the cracks. We could reduce the cost and term for tracing cracks.
